However, it also allows you to use the phishing tests to run simulations to see how cautious for your learners are and lead use these phishing simulations as training tools. They fail to catch people in a state where they are receptive to learning, and instead become "a thing they have to do". Learning under duress is known to be ineffective, but what else can we do? Huntress' use of humour and tailoring the content to the users' needs in the moment (e.g. Phishing Defense Coach) demonstrate their deep commitment to breaking this cycle and making content "land" so that it moves actually moves the needle on security awareness. The product is easy to use and configure too, and plenty of features without making them feel overwhelming or complex. Setup is a breeze with simple integration with Microsoft and Google. Always love talking to the team as will - they are a great bunch who are genuinely committed to ensuring your success as a partner. **What do you dislike about Huntress Managed Security Awareness Training?** The biggest bugbear is that the offering still isn't fully integrated with the rest of the Huntress portal. You can SSO into it with one click from the main portal, but after that everything for SAT is in a separate pane of glass. I believe they are working on a unified experience but not sure when we'll see that. The fact it throws out separate reports is also a little annoying - having SAT on the same monthly report as the other services would be great. **What problems is Huntress Managed Security Awareness Training solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are an MSP primarily supporting small and micro businesses. Traditional security content just doesn't land with them - they are far too busy to spend 10min watching a boring video about why complex passwords are important. Huntress' use of animation and comedy make the content a lot more approachable and we have reasonable take-up as a result. ### 47. With Huntress' managed approach to SAT and proactive phishing, we set it and forget it. It's an easy integration into the client's M365 tenant. There's no messing around with DNS records for email. Everything works directly via the M365 API. You can also upload your own custom conent if you need to. We count on it to protect our clients every day. Huntress partner relations and tech support is second to none. **What do you dislike about Huntress Managed Security Awareness Training?** When Huntress sends out the emails to the users notifying them that they have training, it sends them a number to paste into the webpage to log in. That process is a bit clunky, but I guess I undestand why it is done that way. **What problems is Huntress Managed Security Awareness Training solving and how is that benefiting you?** Huntress' Managed SAT is taking care of user training for our MSP without any intervention from us. Once a client is set up, it's completely hands-off. ### 48. One of the best things about huntress as a whole is the support team and account managers are always available to help with any solution they provide. **What do you dislike about Huntress Managed Security Awareness Training?** Id like the animation to move from their animation with Children to more animation with employees and businesses i think it would really drive the point across better. **What problems is Huntress Managed Security Awareness Training solving and how is that benefiting you?** With our past solution, the content was relevant and entertaining but the trackability in the back end was very confusing and hard to understand where end users were with thir participation, with Huntress it is easy to see what modules users have completed and their scores. ### 49. The Campaign setup is smooth and just works. Integrating directly into Entra ID made things very easy. Setup was super quick, and the Support team were fast to resolve any issues as they arose. **What do you dislike about Huntress Managed Security Awareness Training?** The 'report message' functionality seems a little behind. You have to create an anti-spam policy in Defender to allow an external autoforward, as well as create both a contact and a shared mailbox. Other products supply an Add-in that you deploy via the M365 admin center and does all the work for you. **What problems is Huntress Managed Security Awareness Training solving and how is that benefiting you?** Before SAT, our clients had no insight into the security literacy of their users. There were no metrics on how well their users were identifying dodgy emails. There were multiple instances of users being successfully phished every week. With SAT we now have visibility of this data, and can report to the client for their own internal processes. Phishing statistics are down estate-wide ### 50.
