lack of payment methods in my region (México), the reports or docs that you can export are too complicated to understand and does not give you the elements you need to manage the operations and finance activities, in case you need to integrate a new product the costs to integrate or develop a plug-in its to expensive. Cost is on the higher side given the plethora of services offered. Therefore smaller organisations can feel the pinch. Support. The one main area that has always been a struggle over the many years of our relationship is the support when things go wrong which ultimatley is inevitable. Without specific key individuals involved, the response & resolution times are far behind any modern businesses' SLA's and as such it makes it tricky to support your own Partners & Customers in a timely manner.
