## About CloudBlue
CloudBlue is a monetization platform built to help service providers, distributors, and technology vendors scale their digital commerce across complex partner ecosystems. We bring catalog management, billing, and marketplace distribution together in one platform; enabling organizations to package, sell, and manage subscription solutions across multi-tier channels with consistency and control. We understand the operational friction that comes from fragmented vendor portals and manual processes. CloudBlue unifies product sourcing, lifecycle management, and revenue operations into a single workflow, reducing complexity through automation, standardized integrations, and centralized governance. This allows teams to launch offers faster, enable partners more effectively, and accelerate time to revenue. CloudBlue is designed not just to process transactions, but to support ecosystem growth. Our procurement and pricing engine adapts to existing commercial relationships, while automation manages provisioning, renewals, invoicing, and SKU updates at scale. Integrated analytics provide visibility across partners, products, and markets. This allows your team to make informed and confident decisions. ## CloudBlue Reviews
 ### 1. A Cloud and Software monetization solution

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Todd C. | Director Cloud Commerce and Marketplace platforms and strategy, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 13, 2025

**What do you like best about CloudBlue?**

CloudBlue has developed more than just a commerce platform and provisioning/fulfillment system, they have created an ecosystem that quickly enables customers to align with the growing XaaS subscription economy. With a robust set of features, customers can automate their business with customer marketplace and onboarding including shopping, ordering and billing. Their ecosystem of pre-developed integrations with strategic ISV partners like Microsoft, Adobe, Google, and AWS save customers time and money getting into market.

**What do you dislike about CloudBlue?**

With a robust solution like CloudBlue, the capabilities can be complex for a small team. Its a full subscription accounting solution which includes all the features of selling and maintaining a recurring revenue business. Training and enablement is an area CloudBlue needs to improve.

**What problems is CloudBlue solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As more technology companies embrace a subscription based model, we must also embrace these changes. CloudBlue automates our recurring revenue business. We could not scale our Microsoft CSP or Adobe business without a solution like CloudBlue. Growing a reseller business that embraces selling and managing Cloud, Software, and technology sales is a challenging endeavor. There are more software applications available today than there has ever been. Creating sales platforms that enable a broad marketplace for our customers in a high priority.

 ### 2. CloudBlue Marketplace for any B2B

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vish K. | SVP Product, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 14, 2025

**What do you like best about CloudBlue?**

CloudBlue offers a robust marketplace platform designed to help customers rapidly expand their offerings without the complications of complex contracts or ongoing integration changes. The marketplace is highly functional, enabling cloud service providers (CSPs) to easily onboard and offboard products as needed, and to segment their offerings across different markets and channels with minimal effort.

Implementation of the CloudBlue platform is straightforward, typically taking only a few months rather than years, which accelerates time to market and reduces operational overhead. The platform’s intuitive user interface ensures that even complex user journeys are easy to manage, making adoption and daily use simple for organizations of all sizes.

CloudBlue’s design supports flexibility, scalability, and automation, allowing users to manage product listings, pricing, and subscriptions efficiently, while also providing the ability to create custom catalogs and bundled solutions tailored to specific customer needs. This streamlined approach empowers businesses to scale quickly and optimize their commercial environments without unnecessary complexity.

**What do you dislike about CloudBlue?**

Not much to dislike about CloudBlue as an offering as they serve the market requirements very well.

**What problems is CloudBlue solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CloudBlue is addressing critical challenges in the telecommunications sector, where providers are under pressure to accelerate revenue generation amid rapidly shifting market demands. Telcos require agile, cloud-native solutions that can be quickly deployed within their highly complex environments. CloudBlue delivers a platform specifically designed to meet these needs, offering modular, scalable, and extensible tools that enable telcos to onboard, bundle, and manage products efficiently.
The platform integrates seamlessly with essential systems, such as through its partnership with CloudSense, allowing telcos to enrich their solution portfolios, automate operations, and streamline the creation of quotes and contracts without manual intervention. This integration supports telcos in achieving both financial and operational objectives by enabling faster time to market, reducing manual processes, and providing access to a broad ecosystem of digital and XaaS solutions.
By leveraging CloudBlue, telcos can adapt more rapidly to market changes, diversify their offerings, and maintain a competitive edge in the evolving digital landscape.

 ### 3. it's a great platform for resell and manage products but with a really big learning curve.

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Norberto O. | Product Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 09, 2025

**What do you like best about CloudBlue?**

manage resellers and end customers from multiple levels, impersonate in both levels, add debt and credit notes, check out journeys, import or charge ppr files, create group discounts.

**What do you dislike about CloudBlue?**

lack of payment methods in my region (México), the reports or docs that you can export are too complicated to understand and does not give you the elements you need to manage the operations and finance activities, in case you need to integrate a new product the costs to integrate or develop a plug-in its to expensive.

**What problems is CloudBlue solving and how is that benefiting you?**

reseller programs

 ### 4. At least for our business model it appeared to be the right fit, but it is a little complicated

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mario R. | Product and integrations manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 12, 2025

**What do you like best about CloudBlue?**

Integrations are there and some of them work pretty good

**What do you dislike about CloudBlue?**

Reporting is not good and platform is not intuitive, also you need to do somethings in UX1 and others in classic panel, it is not consolidated in one view

**What problems is CloudBlue solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I does provide our resellers a marketplace where they can buy digital services

 ### 5. Scale and Automate

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jamie B. | Solutions Architect, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 23, 2025

**What do you like best about CloudBlue?**

Cutting/bleeding edge technology stack, good UI, Marketplace for many business and billing models. Highly scalable and automatable.

**What do you dislike about CloudBlue?**

Support experience, triage and assistance is very slow and often lacking detail/structure.

**What problems is CloudBlue solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Onboarding vendors and services with a self-service Marketplace approach.

 ### 6. Automation platform with a lot of features.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 13, 2025

**What do you like best about CloudBlue?**

It's a very powerful, robust and complete platform to automate both billing and provisioning (for select products). It includes modules for almost everything.

**What do you dislike about CloudBlue?**

A lot of features that were critical for my customers were removed and it transitioned from a whole automation platform to a billing and marketplace platform (as perceived by myself). Not a bad platform though.

**What problems is CloudBlue solving and how is that benefiting you?**

manging customers and subscriptions at scale. Billing is awesome, has a lot of features and it's integrated with my external systems.

 ### 7. Scalable Cloud Services Management Tool

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Soubitya S. | Senior Onboarding Specialist, Client Success - Enterprise & Partnerships, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 30, 2024

**What do you like best about CloudBlue?**

It offers a comprehensive suite of tools for managing the entire lifecycle of digital services and cloud solutions. I really like their operational efficiency to automate tasks, covers a wide range of services allowing businesses to offer solutions. Lastly, data driven decisions can be taken at ease as it provides advanced analytics and reporting.

**What do you dislike about CloudBlue?**

Cost is on the higher side given the plethora of services offered. Therefore smaller organisations can feel the pinch. There can be integration challenges with existing systems and workflows that can potentially cause disruption during the transition period.

**What problems is CloudBlue solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It offers a robust platform for managing cloud services and subscriptions, providing significant advantages in scalability, operational efficiency, and customer experience.

 ### 8. Huge Potential, Key Individuals and a Strong Future

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jamie B. | Head of Platform & Product Operations, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 19, 2022

**What do you like best about CloudBlue?**

CloudBlue are at the cutting edge of the latest technologies and are constantly innovating, bringing out new versions and components that drastically modernize and improve business insights & efficiency. Key individuals at CloudBlue make it clear that they care about you as a client and contribute significantly to both businesses' success.

**What do you dislike about CloudBlue?**

Support. The one main area that has always been a struggle over the many years of our relationship is the support when things go wrong which ultimatley is inevitable. Without specific key individuals involved, the response & resolution times are far behind any modern businesses' SLA's and as such it makes it tricky to support your own Partners & Customers in a timely manner.

The only other minor gripe would be documentation, but this has gotten better year-by-year.

**What problems is CloudBlue solving and how is that benefiting you?**

By the time this review is published, it's likely even more problems will have been solved by leveraging the CloudBlue Commerce platform.
In our business it is known as 'CORE' for a reason; I would estimate that CloudBlue Commerce has saved years (maybe even decades) of manual effort from it's automation capabailities which are only continuing to grow.

 ### 9. Get ahead and stay ahead with Cloud Blue

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Clare S. | Borough Councillor & Cabinet Lead for Planning, Seafront Strategy, Tourism and Coastal Management, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 15, 2021

**What do you like best about CloudBlue?**

CloudBlue's tech combined with their people helps us ensure we have state-of-the-art commerce and a personalised service from people who really understand our business to make sure we stay ahead.

**What do you dislike about CloudBlue?**

Cloud Blue on the face of it seems expensive however, whilst I am sure that all businesses would prefer not to have to pay for many things Cloud Blue offers great value for money and most importantly predictable costs and the ability to stay ahead in our complex industry.

**What problems is CloudBlue solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automation, integration, billing. marketplaces, marketing services and so much more. The broadening portfolio of services and the access to industry insights is second to none.

 ### 10. Packed with features that enable us to work smoothly

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Paul B. | Azure Sales Specialist, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 17, 2021

**What do you like best about CloudBlue?**

end user login capibility. can access full software estate for end user via this single platform and administer users. saves opening browsers all day and signing in every time as admin for end user!

**What do you dislike about CloudBlue?**

1 and only gripe, you cant have a one time purchase product in without a 'subscripton term'. currently our one time purchase products show up as a 10 year subscription.

**What problems is CloudBlue solving and how is that benefiting you?**

smooth e-commerce. our customers come to us because of what we can do as a whole, so having a decent platform and support for it are essential. thank you guys and gals!

 ### 11. Best in class technology to grow and scale your subscription business

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Coen K. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 13, 2021

**What do you like best about CloudBlue?**

CloudBlue has the largest ecosystem of integrated ISVs (currently 250+). These standard integrations allow you to launch new solutions quickly without having to develop anything. Non-standard or own developed services can be easily integrated with the use of CloudBlue Connect. Besides the rich ISV ecosystem and the ability to add non-standard or your own services, the Platform is scalable and it's multi-tier functionality is unparalleled.

**What do you dislike about CloudBlue?**

There are no points our team dislikes; it's a complete and robust solution.

**What problems is CloudBlue solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The automation of the service delivery of subscription-based services, from ordering to provisioning and invoicing.

 ### 12. CloudBlue Commerce review

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Julian D. | Chief Technical Officer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 22, 2021

**What do you like best about CloudBlue?**

CBC's multi-tiered marketplaces suitable for resellers and their customers to use.
Allowing successful purchasing and provisioning of Microsoft Cloud Services and more

**What do you dislike about CloudBlue?**

It can be complex to configure and maintain, particularly multiple marketplaces with differing currencies. Vendor (supplier) business logic particularly for reseller authorisation (by the vendor) can also complicate onboarding.

**What problems is CloudBlue solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scaling our Cloud Distribution business without CloudBlue is almost unthinkable. The rate of change demanded by our suppliers (Microsoft, Acronis etc) and at the same time successfully serve our resellers, and their customers would have been impossible.

 ### 13. An excellent choice

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Osman J. | Cloud Solutions Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 09, 2022

**What do you like best about CloudBlue?**

Cloudblue Commerce's underlying framework is easy to expand on. Newer modules are easy to deploy on the microservice architecture. The product has well-documented APIs, making it easy to integrate with 3rd party systems.

**What do you dislike about CloudBlue?**

Major selling point is to enable partners to configure an AaaS (Anything as a service) Marketplace over Cloudblue Connect. Integration between the two platforms, while impressive, needs to reduce the time to market for providers that rely heavily on automation. In order to make use of all the APIs and automation features of this brilliant platform, one should get familiar knowledge of the underlying APIs.

**What problems is CloudBlue solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Enabling our partners to go live with existing portfolios, integrating with their existing financial and operational systems.

 ### 14. Powerful Cloud Commerce platform

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Arun N. | Partner Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 23, 2021

**What do you like best about CloudBlue?**

CloudBlue platform is very scalable and the ecosysytem of integrated ISVs makes it easy for us to on-board any new products to the marketplace fast and easily.

**What do you dislike about CloudBlue?**

CloudBlue could improve the sub-reseller on-boarding process, sometimes the process is complicated for the partners.

**What problems is CloudBlue solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keenondots automates the platform onboarding and service delivery of subscription-based services for our partners.

 ### 15. Powerful B2B and B2C ecommerce platform

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Szymon M. | Business Development Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 16, 2021

**What do you like best about CloudBlue?**

CloudBlue is a very scalable platform that allows fast implementation of new products. The integrations with 3rd party's products make the go-to-market process smooth and easy. You can provide digital goods to your customers, having all processes (provisioning, invoicing, subscriptions) in one management panel.

**What do you dislike about CloudBlue?**

Some of the features are too complex. It may be difficult to onboard new employees and explain all features (and where to find them).

**What problems is CloudBlue solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CloudBlue is a very scalable platform that allows the implementation of new products very fast. The integrations with 3rd party's products make the go-to-market process smooth and easy.

 ### 16. Largest Cloud Commerce Platform globally

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Laurens v. | Founder & Racing Driver, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 13, 2021

**What do you like best about CloudBlue?**

CloudBlue entails the largest ecosystem of integrated vendor solutions and has the best capabilities for a modern cloud commerce platform.

**What do you dislike about CloudBlue?**

CloudBlue could improve the integration between their different product offerings.

**Recommendations to others considering CloudBlue:**

Explore their latest SaaS model.

**What problems is CloudBlue solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keenondots realizes quick time to market for business partners and helps them optimize their subscription lifecycle processes.

 ### 17. Easy clean e-commerce experience

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jay H. | Partner Relation and Operations Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 01, 2021

**What do you like best about CloudBlue?**

Ease of creating own catalog of vendors and products. Great search functionality in UX1.

**What do you dislike about CloudBlue?**

There is not a lot to dislike. Updates are frequent and feature-rich.

**What problems is CloudBlue solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having an interactive purchasing experience with our partners allows for a stronger connection with them.

 ### 18. CloudBlue 20.5 used for webhosting and DNS. Webhosting is outphasing product.

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Telecommunications | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 13, 2021

**What do you like best about CloudBlue?**

We only use a subset of the tool, not much I can say about that.
TAM support is really a need to get decent support on the ouphasing modules.
Our TAM and sales contact are helping a lot to overcome the limitation of the Cloud Blue Product and organisation

**What do you dislike about CloudBlue?**

Support on the outphasing modules is poor, and very slow.
Especially when development team is involved. Why are there no people reserved at development to help support with complex problems?

**Recommendations to others considering CloudBlue:**

Make sure you are not using Cloudblue for Webhosting or DNS.

**What problems is CloudBlue solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Cloud blue 20.5 is used as an orchestrator.
And it needs a lot of manual interventions to keep it running.

 ### 19. Cloudblue

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Education Management | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 20, 2021

**What do you like best about CloudBlue?**

I like that CloudBlue is very easy to use, it has incredible customer features, and it's an immaculate design that will help new users move throughout the site

**What do you dislike about CloudBlue?**

I'm not too fond of that as a new company; it took us a little longer to get through the onboarding process

**What problems is CloudBlue solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Great ecosystem providers, as well as thorough support techs, also allow for growth in the company.
