Does more than I knew it could. Awesome you can run cmd prompts without user seeing anything, file browse/delete, uninstall/install programs, schedule programs to install as well. And, it's all done withing one dashboard! The new Ninja remote connect is quick and amazing as well. Also, the new connect in background feature is another game changer. I use Ninja everyday to monitor and troubleshoot PCs. Recently had a new co-worker on an overnight update use Ninja without a hiccup. Saved so much time rather than hands on 100+ devices.

Being able to view computers for users. The ability to seamlessly remote into those devices.

Since my last review. one of the features that we requested in the improvements section has now been implemented. The platform continues to be easy to use and just works which is what we need after using alternatives in the past. We have been able to deploy custom scripts reliably to help with onboarding new devices which is not a new feature but something we have recently tried and it works well. I continue to use Ninja on a daily basis and it just works which is a huge positive when working with customers on remote issues.
