We primarily use the RMM agent for NinjaOne, and it has been one of the most reliable tools in our stack. It does have quirks every once in a while, but it’s still very simple to manage and use across all of our clients. Recently, an Intune integration was released, and it lets us push the Ninja agent into our clients’ Intune environments without necessarily tying us to their new computer purchases.
