What I appreciate most about Admin Droid is how quickly I can access the data I need. While I do enjoy using PowerShell, I simply don't have the time to master every aspect of it. I find that some of the language used in the interface is contradictory, which makes it unclear what the intended meaning is. However, I do appreciate that admin Droid offers quick and responsive tech support, and I like that they allow users to submit feature requests. There are a few features I would like to see added, and I have already submitted my suggestions. Now, I am interested to see how these might be addressed in their development roadmap. When the setup fails, there’s very little documentation available to troubleshoot the problem without contacting support. Support was excellent in addressing the issue, but having more troubleshooting steps provided up front would likely have shortened the time I needed to spend with support. We like AdminDroid for its ability to centrally monitor and report on multiple M365 tenants from a single, well-organized console. This feature saves us time and improves visibility across all our clients. I also appreciate the detailed visibility it provides across multiple customer tenants without having to switch portals, allowing us to quickly identify issues and review audit activity. Since we are still fairly new to AdminDroid, there is a lot to learn and we haven't identified any major issues so far. The only minor thing we have noticed is that occasionally the portal can take a few minutes to load during login, but overall nothing significant has impacted our use yet. The dashboard layouts are clean and intuitive, so I can get a quick overview of user activity, security posture, and usage trends without digging through multiple admin portals. There’s a lot of depth in the platform, which is great, but it does mean there’s a learning curve before you can make full use of everything. A few areas in the interface could be more streamlined, and occasionally certain reports take a moment to load when dealing with large datasets. I particularly appreciate that AdminDroid has been a very comprehensive and responsive solution compared to other providers considered. AdminDroid gives us a lot of insights in nearly unlimited ways. There are plenty of predefined reports available and the possibility to build own reports is great. They are well formated and the UI is clean and gives us a great overview. With the new deep insights possibilities we get an even better view on f.e. Sharepoint sites and it's usage.

It almoste have too much information and sometime it's confusing because we see more details in AdminDroid rather we see on the Tenant. Because of all the hidden information on the tenant which is visible through AdminDroid Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It provides under-the-hood information that we often don't even think about being useful. Moreover, we can find cross-product reports, so we can discover help that can change our own perspective while searching for a function.

Although we are only just starting to use it in a productive environment, we are getting to know more and more of its really useful functions - and as an outsource IT support company, we can support more client tenants. This means that the advantage of the cloud can also be realized in this product: real enterprise services (including IT quality assurance or security aspects) can appear in small businesses, with minimal specific investment.

Since we also deal with education, the ease of use from the first minute is very beneficial, the test environment is easy to install (Windows as a runtime environment is especially fortunate for training operators managing M365 tenants).

The most confusing part is around tokens and how they are consumed and aren't reusable if a device is retired. It just means you will need to be cautious when pricing out the solution and during initial configuration.

AdminDroid is easy to set up/integrate and provides a variety of insights into the M365 environment that would not be possible or would require enormous effort to obtain with built-in tools.

The connection to M365 is exemplary; thanks to a well-thought-out integration, the constant changes at Microsoft are not a problem but can be adapted in a matter of seconds.

AdminDroid offers a gigantic number of reports for targeted research, which are granularly customizable and thus adaptable to all requirements. Alerts ensure that critical changes and conditions can be addressed immediately.

From our perspective as a professional M365 implementation service provider, AdminDroid is an essential tool for every M365 user. We use the tool daily to secure our customer environments.
