We like AdminDroid for its ability to centrally monitor and report on multiple M365 tenants from a single, well-organized console. This feature saves us time and improves visibility across all our clients. I also appreciate the detailed visibility it provides across multiple customer tenants without having to switch portals, allowing us to quickly identify issues and review audit activity. The alerts and reports generated are timely and useful. Furthermore, the initial setup was fairly easy, and the support team is always responsive and quick to help, making the onboarding process smooth. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Since we are still fairly new to AdminDroid, there is a lot to learn and we haven't identified any major issues so far. The only minor thing we have noticed is that occasionally the portal can take a few minutes to load during login, but overall nothing significant has impacted our use yet.
