Moreover, we can find cross-product reports, so we can discover help that can change our own perspective while searching for a function. Although we are only just starting to use it in a productive environment, we are getting to know more and more of its really useful functions - and as an outsource IT support company, we can support more client tenants. This means that the advantage of the cloud can also be realized in this product: real enterprise services (including IT quality assurance or security aspects) can appear in small businesses, with minimal specific investment. Since we also deal with education, the ease of use from the first minute is very beneficial, the test environment is easy to install (Windows as a runtime environment is especially fortunate for training operators managing M365 tenants). The connection to M365 is exemplary; thanks to a well-thought-out integration, the constant changes at Microsoft are not a problem but can be adapted in a matter of seconds. AdminDroid offers a gigantic number of reports for targeted research, which are granularly customizable and thus adaptable to all requirements. Alerts ensure that critical changes and conditions can be addressed immediately. From our perspective as a professional M365 implementation service provider, AdminDroid is an essential tool for every M365 user. We use the tool daily to secure our customer environments. The support from the manufacturer is excellent and has never failed to provide us with a qualified answer. We mostly use it for recovering licenses from disabled users, but have also found many other useful reports when trying to accomplish various tasks. It has saved us at least once. **What do you dislike about AdminDroid?** They recently removed the lowest subscription tier, combining the lower 2 subscriptions, effectively tripling our price. They gave us the new tier for free until the end of our subscription, but now we need to pay more for the same product. yes, it has more features because we're on the higher tier license, but we don't use those features which is why we didn't pay for them before. What I like about it is that it makes my life easier when I am doing Microsoft 365 reporting for customers. I am able to create schedule reports that sends reports either daily, weekly or monthly. This saves my time instead of extracting reports from admindroid, I just create a schedule report that will be sent straight to a customer. **What do you dislike about AdminDroid?** I couldn't find API to use since I wanted to take the data straight from Admindroid to Power BI to create dashboards. It also helps monitor security issues, with the ability to raise alerts for risk sign-ins etc. We review on a regular basis reports across all clients in the one report for potential concerns or issues. Kind of a down side is the fact that this isn't a cloud service but I can see why, M365 only holds logs files for a short period unless running a more expensive licence and AdminDroid enables us to hold the log and audit data for as long as we decide and subject to storage availability. AdminDroid also helps automate various review tasks which helps with Cyber Essentials and ISO 27001 certifications. The developers are constantly enhancing the product and adding further functionality so great to see a product improve. We have had a couple of issue with the solution but the support is very responsive and have resolved all problems quickly for us **What do you dislike about AdminDroid?** The licence model and payment process. Mainly that this is an annual subscription with no option for a monthly commitment, you can increase your licence count in a subscription period but not reduce so we have to accommodate that with billing to clients. In its most recent release, AdminDroid also allows us to use that same single pane of glass to also manage the tenants without needing to bounce back and forth between ever changing Microsoft admin user interfaces to perform a task since we can now use the AdminDroid Actions toolbar to do everything. If you're looking to manage a large number of M365 tenancies with ease and without breaking the bank, then look no further than this new release of AdminDroid. **What do you dislike about AdminDroid?** We haven't really found any significant downsides or things we dislike about AdminDroid other than the slightly confusing licensing and token cost model they are now using. Once we had it explained to us in detail by "Robert @ AdminDroid", it made a lot more sense, but I still can't see how this model benefits anyone, especially the purchaser since it reminds me of the ever so popular way that most video and mobile games are provided for free or at a low cost and the main revenue stream comes through the sale of coins or tokens. The only other thing I can think of that we aren't 100% fond of is that even though the AdminDroid user interface designers obviously did a remarkable job wireframing and laying out the different screens, they seem a bit cluttered based on the vast array of functionality and data that they had to pack into the interface. Dashboard design usually calls for simplicity and less information being displayed, but they obviously decided to provide masses of functionality over keeping the dashboard screens clean and organized. This can at times confuse admins that don't work with the tool on a daily basis since they forget where specific reports or data elements can be accessed and found. All in all though, for the money and vast feature-set, AdminDroid is by far the best tool we have seen in the market.
