I appreciate the scheduled reports and the in-depth data it provides, which also save a lot of time. What I like most about AdminDroid is the depth of reporting it brings together for Microsoft 365 in one place. I use it regularly to pull sign-in logs, admin activity, mailbox changes, and security events without having to jump between the Entra, Exchange, Purview, and Defender portals. The biggest value for me is being able to export detailed reports to CSV or PDF and retain historical data. That makes it much easier to produce evidence for cyber insurance, Cyber Essentials, and internal security reviews, and it has saved me a lot of time compared with writing custom Graph scripts for every report. I also rely on scheduled reports, which let me generate regular audit outputs automatically. This way, I always have up-to-date security evidence available without needing to run manual checks. One downside of AdminDroid is that there are a lot of report categories, and the naming isn’t always obvious, so it can take time to locate the exact data you need. AdminDroid solves the problem of Microsoft 365 audit data being spread across multiple portals with limited retention, which makes investigations and compliance reporting time-consuming. Instead of checking Entra, Exchange, Purview, and Defender separately, I can pull the information from one place. It benefits me most when producing security and compliance evidence, because I can quickly generate reports for sign-ins, admin activity, mailbox changes, and policy updates without writing PowerShell or Graph queries each time. This has made it much easier to support cyber insurance, Cyber Essentials, and internal security reviews. Another problem it solves is lack of historical visibility in native M365 logs.
