What I like most is the flexibility and integration depth. From an engineering standpoint, Oomnitza isn’t just an asset database — it’s a true aggregation and automation layer. I can normalize data across Jamf, Intune, Tanium, SentinelOne, Okta, etc., and actually act on that data through workflows and APIs. It’s highly customizable, which makes it powerful for building real operational processes instead of just reporting. The team is also very collaborative and receptive to feedback, which has made implementation smoother. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Because it’s so flexible, there’s definitely a learning curve. Initial setup, schema design, and workflow logic can feel complex without strong planning or technical ownership. Some UI areas and documentation could be more intuitive, especially for new admins. It’s powerful, but not always plug-and-play - you need someone technical to really unlock its value.
