I like the customization options available with Oomnitza and the customer support. We use Oomnitza to track the inventory of our technology; mainly laptops. It is fantastic in doing so! Anytime we run into a snag Customer support is top notch!

I would say the performance of Oomnitza could be improved. I would love to see the site work faster and better documentation available online.
