## NinjaOne Pricing FAQs

Who is NinjaOne pricing best suited for?

NinjaOne's pricing is best suited for MSPs and small-to-mid-market internal IT teams, based on G2 reviewer demographics. The majority of G2 reviews come from small businesses in IT services, computer and network security, and computer networking, where reviewers consistently praise the per-device model for enabling scalable MSP offerings without long-term contracts. Mid-market reviewers across manufacturing, healthcare, and financial services also report strong fit, citing the single-pane-of-glass value for lean IT teams managing distributed endpoints. G2 reviewers note a 50-seat minimum can be a barrier for very small MSPs just starting out, making NinjaOne's pricing most advantageous once a modest client base is established.

What are the key differences between the free and paid versions of NinjaOne?

NinjaOne does not offer a permanent free tier. According to G2's pricing data for NinjaOne, a free trial is available for evaluation, giving prospective customers time-limited access to core capabilities before committing to a paid plan. NinjaOne's paid plans are structured around custom per-device quotes, with pricing varying by endpoint count and selected modules. G2 reviewers note that the base paid license covers RMM, remote access, patch management, and scripting, while capabilities like MDM, backup, SaaS backup, vulnerability management, and certain EDR integrations are available as add-ons. Several G2 users mention pricing transparency as a concern, noting costs for add-ons are not always immediately visible without contacting an account manager.

Is NinjaOne considered good value for its pricing?

G2 reviewers of NinjaOne overwhelmingly consider it strong value, with the platform earning near-perfect ratings across hundreds of reviews. Recurring themes include consolidating multiple tools like patch management, remote access, MDM, backup, and ticketing into one platform, eliminating separate subscriptions. G2 users frequently cite switching from competitors like ConnectWise Automate, Datto RMM, Kaseya, and N-Able, reporting cost savings alongside feature gains. Some reviewers note NinjaOne's pricing is not the cheapest on paper, but that apples-to-apples comparisons favor it once add-ons from competitors are factored in. A minority of G2 reviewers flag per-device costs scaling steeply for larger environments or that certain add-on modules increase total spend noticeably.

"Lightweight remote management tool that packs a punch"

5/5

What do you like best about NinjaOne?

I like that the RMM tool includes Remote Desktop functionality at no additional cost. No more purchasing TeamViewer licenses. They also have really good documentation and a script library that is updated by other Ninja users. They also take the feedback from their users seriously. There's a product roadmap that is constantly updated with popular feature requests. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NinjaOne?

I haven't really found anything that NinjaOne couldn't do. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?

I can see the health of every device that I manage on one screen. I can also easily connect to these devices using Powershell or a Remote Desktop tool with one click. This saves a lot of time and keystrokes. It can also connect to my client's mobile devices so that I can troubleshoot those tricky issues where I need to have eyes on their device.
