"Progressive Automation Platform with some amazing features"
What do you like best about Rewst?

The company is very progressive with near-live support through discord, many ways to collaborate and share, all on top of a great automation platform with some amazing features Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rewst?

My only gripe is that I can’t easily pre-populate default dropdown options on forms while still keeping other options selectable. It’s technically possible, but it requires a custom options generator, which is a lot of work when you have 200+ clients. I’d like to be able to set some default selections in the dropdowns while still allowing additional selections to be added or removed through the UI, without having to code it. "Simplifies Ticketing Automation, But Steep Learning Curve"
What do you like best about Rewst?

I appreciate Rewst for its click to drag UI, which makes it easy to get started with lots of out-of-the-box creates. It's also a great tool for automating a lot of repeatable tasks while keeping auditing and logging in place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rewst?

it's complicated to get your head around. The documentation is hard to read for non-programmers Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"The glue that binds our stack"
What do you like best about Rewst?

Everything, the team, the product that works, the support, onboarding was amazing, automation, honestly, Rewst is the real deal and it has been a game changer Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rewst?

Learning a somewhat unique coding language, can be a bit lonely in NZ as we don't have as large of a market as the US, we don't get the open mic events etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Rewst is an absolute game-changer for MSPs looking to save money through automation"
What do you like best about Rewst?

While Rewst provides many out-of-the-box workflows ready to deploy and realize ROI, the real magic is that Rewst provides a blank canvas for just about anybody with some MSP background to create rich workflows that hook into any SaaS or on-prem integration and create robust workflow automations to automate process that would take hours manually.

Your imagination is the only limitation to what can be automated, and the time invested in creating a workflow is rewarded almost immediately by the usefulness and time savings of the automation.

Support from the "ROC" via email or Discord is world-class, with people who actually know the product inside and out, and the ROC never hesitates to suggest off-label use methods to accomplish a task, where other vendors would say a method is "not officially supported" or try to charge for professional services to assist in the implementation. Rewst is not interested in taking your money to help you use the product; to the contrary, Support goes out of their way to help their customers make sure they are getting the most out of the platform.

Community engagement among Rewst users and Rewst management is like I've never seen before in the MSP space, with customers and management working together to discover more ways to use the platform. It's truly one of those products that customers love, and it's clear that Rewst loves and values its customers.

We recovered our investment after the first two weeks of deployment by automating user onboarding and offboarding, a task that once took 1-2 hours per ticket and can now be done in less than 10 minutes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rewst?

Rewst is still a start-up, so some features aren't fully implemented, but this hasn't been much of an impediment to deployment, since Rewst support (the "ROC") is quick to offer suggestions and jump on a screen sharing call to help with workarounds to accomplish the desired result.

Also, at the current moment, Rewst interaction is all forms-based, so it is not possible to develop a robust webapp frontend, but as I write this, Rewst is about to release its next killer feature called "App Platform," which will do just that--allow automation engineers to develop web frontends to the Rewst workflows to allow technicians to interact with Rewst in a much more meaningful way.

Even in its current iteration, Rewst is the only product that does what it does, so these limitations are not even close to deal breakers. If Rewst continues at its current trajectory, as it appears to be doing with its latest round of VC funding, we expect many more great things to come from Rewst.
