The pricing is good, and once installed, it's pretty easy to use. However, the standout for me is the support. It is so fast. RemotePC makes it easy for us to remotely access and manage our computers wherever we are. Logging in is fast and easy. Our productivity has improved now that we can solve issues within a couple of minutes. We're still trying to get one of our computers connected as it defaults to the web version and won't let us download the app. Likely something our tech hasn't had enough time to look into yet. Issues pop up at all hours of the day and night, usually when nobody is in attendance at the studio. RemotePC allows us to get fixes done within a few minutes. What first attracted me was the price they offer compared to other similar software on the market. As a Windows user, I see at least three different links (full suite, host, and viewer), which makes it confusing to know which one I actually need. I think RemotePC is incredibly user-friendly and reliable. It's solid and dependable, which is really important for me because I'm often traveling and need to access my home computer. I'm able to coordinate a lot of work while on the go thanks to RemotePC, and there's never a glitch, unlike other platforms I've used. It simplifies interstate travel by letting me access and share necessary files from my home computer during shoots. The ease of setup was another standout feature; it was a breeze and not complicated at all. RemotePC consistently stays focused on its core value without overwhelming me with unnecessary extras, which I appreciate. I think it's just a warning to say don't feel like you have to add tons more. Just if anything, you know, refine things, make things smoother and clearer. Don't add 10 effects and all you know, it's just yeah. I talked to a lot of product creators, and I'm always telling them, like, stop adding things. Like, people are overdone with it. What stands out most about RemotePC is how responsive the connection feels. The speed of input from the remote PC to the office PC is nearly instant, which makes it easy to work as if you’re physically there. There’s minimal lag when typing, clicking, or navigating between applications, so it doesn’t slow down productivity or create frustration during longer sessions. RemotePC has been very easy to set up, and it’s made it simple for our entire office to work remotely without much friction. I appreciate that RemotePC is super cheap compared to alternatives. It's also great for file transfers, which work really well. The initial setup was easy, just like installing any other PC program. When remoting into computers with a slow connection, the app doesn't really want to connect, even after 5 minutes of waiting. I ended up having to use another program for that time and to transfer the files I was trying to transfer. Also, a chat box for the app would be nice; I've seen AnyDesk has it, and when I was remoted in last, I used the Notepad to type to the remote PC user. I use RemotePC for accessing managed computers remotely to test programs. It solves getting kicked out of free programs flagged as commercial use. I use RemotePC to view and use my work computer from home or when I'm away from the office. This is especially helpful for updating things in the accounting software I use. RemotePC allows me to work from home, which is really convenient if I'm not feeling well or can't be in the office for the day. I really like the ability to see and edit things on my work computer, particularly the accounting software, from home.
