## NinjaOne Reviews
 ### 1. Fast Script Runs, but Billing Needs Major Improvement

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ben M. | Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 28, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

It is fast. When you apply a script, it runs in seconds.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Their billing is terrible. We're currently being billed for double and after requesting a contact from our account manager, he responded he would be in touch, yet another month passes and still being gouged.

The other thing is that the remote access works consistently maybe half the time. Sometimes it will indicate connected but will not display the customers screen, just a black screen that says connected. This has required us to keep a second remote access tool in service. Support has not provided a solution even with two independent cases submitted by different employees.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The scripting and automation engine works pretty well and activates quickly

 ### 2. A solid and easy-to-use RMM platform for daily IT operations

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Pedro S. | Junior IT Security Engineer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 20, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

What I like most about NinjaOne is that the platform centralizes monitoring, patch management, remote access, and automation in a single console and the scripting and automation features help reduce repetitive manual tasks.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Some advanced features could benefit from deeper customization options. Reporting and dashboard customization could be more flexible, and certain integrations or advanced security controls may require additional tools or workarounds depending on the environment.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NinjaOne helps solve the challenge of managing and securing multiple endpoints efficiently, especially in distributed or remote environments. Its biggest value comes from automated and reliable patch management, which ensures operating systems and third-party applications remain up to date with minimal manual effort.

 ### 3. It has been a good experience with a couple hiccups. I favor the GUI over other software providers

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Peter h. | IT Technician, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 29, 2025

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

The interface. Its generally easy to use and navigate. I have used other programs that make things more convoluted than necessary and ninjaone does a better job. It also makes it easy to deploy programs and scripts to remote computers

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

It seems lately that its been more difficult to deploy updates to individual machines. Sometimes i have to run scripts or installs multiple times to get them to take without failing.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

better remote access to endpoints. previous programs we used had too many connection issues.
Also better program and script deployment and also better reporting for troubleshooting errors on remote machines

 ### 4. Strong monitoring and alerting, but UI partly unclear

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jonas G. | Junior Systems Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 20, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

- Centrally viewable
- Many manufacturer and user documentations
- Many alerting and monitoring options
- Changes are transmitted to clients almost immediately
- Some good integrations

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

- The UI could be clearer in some areas, for example, certain settings like the alerting policies are very hidden.
- Ninja.one should offer its own LAPS solution that should work independently of a local AD.
- A bit too high in price.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

- Central Device Management
- Keep an eye on OS updates
- Keep an eye on client issues through alerting

 ### 5. Intuitive UI and solid performance, but CI/CD and file deployment workflows need work

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer & Network Security | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 24, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

Generally well constructed UI that I find very intuitive but I feel like it is lacking integrations for thinks like CI/CD Pipelines, updating Scripts by copy paste leads to problems in organization/workflow when these are updated or extended, it would also be great if there was an actual cloud storage or the possibility to use the Service as a relay to an internal Server to pull resources from, the file transfer function. Performance wise I have no complaints, maybe live Updates for script execution would be nice, so you can follow the execution for debugging and don't have to wait when there is a logic error.

Support seems to be capable but I haven't had too much contact with them, Pricing is none of my concern and I haven't tested any AI functions.

A suggestion I have is a development environment, where developers who script automations can add up to 3 clients to play around with and test the full functionality of NinjaOne, without requiring excessive access to the live productive environment.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Missing integrations for CI/CD Pipelines and resource deployment, we are currently deploying an edge Server with Kerberos auth to provide resources like software installers, config files and PowerShell Modules, the workflow for the available file transfers and scripts into ninjaone is unacceptable for my personal understanding of quality assurance

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Centralized Management for our Hybrid Workforce not requiring VPN connections

 ### 6. User-Friendly and Reliable, but Reporting Customization Feels Limited

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Osama S. | Custom Patch & Emblem, Printing, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 23, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

Focus on the features, benefits, or experiences that have provided the most value.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

One thing that could be improved in NinjaOne is the reporting customization. While the platform is very user-friendly and reliable overall, creating highly detailed or fully customized reports can sometimes feel a bit limited compared to some enterprise-focused tools. However, the platform continues to improve with updates, and the ease of use and automation features still make it a strong solution overall.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NinjaOne is helping streamline endpoint management, remote monitoring, and IT support operations in one centralized platform. It has reduced the time spent on manual tasks through automation, improved device visibility, and made remote troubleshooting much faster and more efficient. This has helped increase productivity, reduce downtime, and improve overall response times when managing systems and supporting users.

 ### 7. Needs Better Reporting and better support

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cody b. | It Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 28, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

i like the ninja one where it auto updates drivers and window updates. i like the wsus figuring hopefully the ticket system will be just as good

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

There are still not enough reports, and the support is not very knowledgeable about the software still. Nothing ever works except the IT portion of it

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ticket system tray disappearing no fix in sight

 ### 8. Easy-to-Use UI, Strong Integrations—Views Need Some Refinement

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joel G. | Service Desk Team Lead, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

UI is good and easy to use. The key feature being the ability to integrate with other essential apps. No issues with performance. I'm not fully aware of the pricing but it's a bit higher than our previous RMM BUT it has value for that uptick. Fairly easy to onboard and support is good. Still looking into the AI aspects of it.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

The views could use some help but I guess it could also just be a case of getting accustomed to it.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Integration, automation and AI!

 ### 9. Great Scripting and Remote Access, but the Ticketing System Feels Janky

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ryan W. | It Engineer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 05, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

The scripting and patching. also how simple it is the remote on to a machine

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

The ticketing system. Way to Janky in terms of what you can set up

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Remoting on to machines

 ### 10. Good monitoring & auto-patching, but ticket filters need more personalization

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 21, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

The monitoring of the systems as well as the automatic patching of these systems.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

I wish for individual ticket filters or personalized technician filters, for example, the ability to create permanent filters that are set up only for me and are not visible or available to other users.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Belongs to system monitoring, for example for alarm notifications or software updates of various hardware.

 ### 11. Strong Remote Monitoring, but Needs Better Disabling Controls

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Daniel H. | Systems Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 16, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

I like the functionality of the software, remote feature and monitoring specifically.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Interface could use some improvements, and the backup features exclusions cannot be made for service accounts automatically, single policy per device could be improve too.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

RMM we do not have another product we've also reduce TeamViewer licenses.

 ### 12. Clear dashboard, but need for improvement in monitoring

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lars G. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

I like the very clear dashboard and the many features at NinjaOne. It is practical because we can turn three tools into one, which means less administrative effort and keeps the knowledge consistent for all technicians.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

The creation of checks, for example SNMP, does not work so well. Implementing the checks was a problem.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NinjaOne reduces the manual effort for updates and combines features from three tools into one, which reduces administrative effort and equalizes the knowledge for all technicians.

 ### 13. It's a great tool for endpoint management, but the ticketing system still needs quite a bit of work.

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** JOSHUA W. | Director of IT, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 05, 2025

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

As I mentioned earlier, it's a great endpoint management tool. It’s been effective in streamlining device oversight and improving visibility across our environment.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

As I mentioned, it's a great endpoint management tool. However, there are a few areas that could use improvement:

Ticketing System: This part still needs significant work. The reporting functionality is not user-friendly, and the overall ticketing workflow doesn’t align well with how a typical IT team operates.

Ninja Remote Access: The remote access experience has been inconsistent. There have been multiple instances where we urgently needed to connect to a user's device, but were delayed due to agent update prompts. It would be helpful if there were an option to push updates to all users at once, or allow remote access across different agent versions to avoid disruptions.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

few software all in one platform

 ### 14. Remote control disconnects and patching still needs manual follow-up

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Scott H. | Systems Admin, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 15, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

The NinjaOne remote control. It doesn't always connect, but when it works, it's great.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

The NinjaOne remote control does not always connect, and there is no explanation of why. That, and I want to to apply *ALL* the patches, *ALL* the time. I seem to have settings that imply that service, but I have to go back and manually apply some patches.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Remote support is the big one. Not having to go there or have them come here is HUGE.

 ### 15. It's a very useful tool overall.

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Manufacturing | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 14, 2025

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

Works good when it works. Recent updates cause automations to fail and and devices to not report correctly to the portal. Windows updates get stuck and fail to apply. Office updates never seem to apply either. De-duplication only applies in the most narrow of cases.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Built in error reporting is pretty vague and you have to reach out to support to find out why updates fail. Automations sit in a queued status without any indication as to why they get stuck and will eventually time-out.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We can deploy configs and apps to specific groups of pc's a lot faster and easier than through Intune

 ### 16. Powerful Remote Endpoint Management, but the Interface Can Feel Complex

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Accounting | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 21, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

Ninja One gave us the ability to manage all aspects of our remote endpoints, from updates and patching to remote scripting and remediation, along with remote support.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

I found the interface complex at times, and even simple tasks were harder to accomplish than I would have liked. NinjaOne’s dashboard also feels very static; I would prefer to be able to customise it more.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me keep devices up to date and track when they’re being used remotely by staff. It’s also useful for remote support.

 ### 17. Not all it's cracked up to be

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Primary/Secondary Education | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 21, 2025

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

We like that NinjaOne is able to manage different platforms. They do provide 1:1 training. The system is, for the most part, user-friendly when setting up.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

There are several components that are available on other platforms, but not available on NinjaOne. Wallpaper for MDM devices is one. Our other dislike is how many components require US to create a script to perform the task. When asking if NinjaOne could perform certain tasks, we were told yes. Then, in training and asking about those specific tasks, we were shown where to input the script. The trainer didn't even know (nor would they) explain how to create the script.
Our other issue is that our mobile devices are connecting, but slow to implement policy changes. Those policy changes implement best after powering down & then back up, however, that defeats the "no contact" purpose of NinjaOne.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am able to easily manage our mobile devices. Ensuring patch management is about the best thing I can say about NinjaOne right now.

 ### 18. We bought into NinjaOne because of where we believe it is heading, but not because of where it is.

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aidan C. | Vice President of Operations, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 18, 2025

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

NinjaOne has a newer approach to the user interface which not only makes it feel more modern, but seems to bode well for future additions/improvements as well.

NinjaOne does seem to introduce good integrations where it makes sense (e.g., PagerDuty, SentinelOne) and we have found these work very well.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

While NinjaOne has a lot of good features in the pipeline, basics that we have come to expect with other RMMs seem to be missing. For example:

- The addition of peripheral files to scripts is completely non-existent or has hacky workarounds (i.e., file transfer).

- NMS has no use to use given its current state so we rely on Zabbix.

- Policies are very inflexible, which results in a lot of edge cases that result in unexpected functionality (e.g., adding a software application to a client policy breaks inheritance of other applications, etc.). I know that NinjaOne has made the conscious decision to approach policies as a parent/child relationship, but my team continues to find ourselves missing the dynamic capabilities of policies in Datto RMM.

- The lack of a basic ability to use the existing reboot prompt functionality to prompt a user to reboot. Many of our unhealthy devices are in that state because of longer uptimes. We would love to automatically prompt the user (and allow deferral) if uptime is > x days.

- On the note of the above, for many missing features, it feels like the answer becomes "just use a PowerShell script" when we would rather a consistent feel for the end user. These feel like basic things to implement since the functionality already exists.

- The lack of an easy to access organizations page. The dashboard is nice, but sometimes we just need a tried and true list of organizations to click into.

- The lack of conditional alerts is very annoying. We don't want 200 server alerts if the firewall is down.

The support for NinjaOne is good, but only once you get your ticket escalated beyond the first tier, which takes a frustrating amount of doing useless troubleshooting to do.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NinjaOne is allowing us to monitor and manage all client desktops and workstations.

 ### 19. Easy Device Monitoring, but MDM Still Needs to Be Completed

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Construction | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 23, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

The ease of use for monitoring devices dan installing the software

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

The MDM isn’t fully finished yet, and it’s hard to implement.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It makes it quicker for us to see the vulnerabilities in the company and on the devices.

 ### 20. Good remote desktop features, but no integrated virus scanner

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

The integrated remote desktop solution as well as the ability to create endnotes.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

No integrated virus scanner solution, only external virus scanners can be integrated.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Remote maintenance for problems with computers or servers. And the update option.

 ### 21. Strong Features Undermined by Weak Remote Capabilities

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Fatma K. | ITSM Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 21, 2025

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

Ninja reports are well-designed, and all the details I need are usually there. I also like the dashboard and device modules—the features are useful and well-organized.

Support replies to tickets quickly, even if the responses aren't always helpful.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

The Ninja Remote tool is unreliable—we often can’t connect to servers or devices.

Support responses are usually unhelpful and include generic documentation links that don’t address the issue.

It’s frustrating to be bounced between Solution Engineers and Support with no clear ownership.

We had to switch clients from end users to technicians just to use Splashtop, which is unprofessional and defeats the purpose of having a remote tool.

We've experienced repeated issues with Windows patching—some client devices turned blue (BSOD) after updates.

We had to completely disable Windows patch updates for affected clients and still keep them off, as we can't risk this happening again.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NinjaOne helps us centrally manage client devices, automate monitoring, and streamline routine tasks like software deployment and patching. Scheduled reports make it easy to keep clients informed, and the documentation and asset visibility improve our team’s efficiency. Overall, it saves us time and helps deliver better service.

**Official Response from Caitlyn Williams:**

> Thanks for reaching out! I'm sorry to hear that you have experienced issues with patching and NinjaOne Remote. Please reach out to us at support@ninjaone.com or call 1-888-NINJA-ONE so we can assist you directly. We appreciate your feedback and the opportunity to improve.

 ### 22. Helpful for everyday processes – but still room for improvement

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer & Network Security | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 16, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

It helps me to implement and refine everyday processes.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Both the layout and the menu navigation could be designed to be more clear.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

none

 ### 23. My experience with NinjaOne

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Az N. | IT support engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 22, 2025

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

NinjaOne has a clean, intuitive interface that makes remote monitoring and management straightforward—even for less technical users. The dashboard provides excellent visibility across all endpoints, and the automation features (like scripting and patch management) save a lot of time. Integration with tools like TeamViewer, Bitdefender, and backup solutions is seamless. Their customer support is also responsive and helpful, and onboarding is fast.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

The platform is excellent overall, but there are some limitations:
The mobile app lacks some functionality compared to the desktop version.
More advanced reporting customization would be helpful.
No native support for managing macOS updates (limited patching options for macOS).
Some integrations (like ticketing or documentation systems) could be more robust or offer more flexibility.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NinjaOne helps us solve key IT management challenges by centralizing device monitoring, patch management, remote access, and automation into a single platform. It eliminates the need to juggle multiple tools, which improves efficiency and reduces complexity in our day-to-day operations.

Benefits:

Faster incident response and resolution

Reduced downtime for users

Improved security posture through timely patching

Significant time savings for the IT team

Better end-user experience with fewer disruptions

 ### 24. Fulfills the purpose, but it still needs to be optimized.

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 22, 2025

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

- Automations via scripts
- Audit logs from all systems
- Ninja Remote (remote maintenance) works great and is frequently used
- Policies for systems are easy to create and adjust
- Website is simple and easy to get familiar with

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

- Website must be further optimized, strange errors occur frequently
-- Website simply turns white and needs to be reloaded
-- Occasionally no log is displayed on systems
-- Occasionally incorrect information on systems
- Agent for devices
-- Often does not start automatically
- Mobile app
-- Many errors when loading
-- Limited functions (e.g., no custom parameters can be entered, no system details tab)

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use NinjaOne to monitor outages in our IT infrastructure, particularly with servers, clients, and services. Additionally, we use it for automated patch management and the centralized execution of PowerShell scripts. This allows us to respond to issues more quickly, efficiently automate routine tasks, and increase system stability. NinjaOne helps us save time, minimize outages, and sustainably improve the security of our systems.

 ### 25. Good fast product with a few limitations!

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Scott B. | Technical Support Engineer 3rd Line, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 18, 2025

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

Fast, well designed GUI. Good backup schedule, easy to configure for a customer.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

The billing/licensing model through pax8 means you can only remove. 20% of billable users before dropsuite starts to complain, this is not a good model. You should be able to add/remove as many licenses as you see fit

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Backing up customers data reliably and efficiently

 ### 26. NinjaOne report card

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** m k. | Sr. System Architect, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 30, 2025

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

Controlling windows environment and system update alert process.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

MAC MDM not working as expected, it is not that easy to setup MDM for MAC and sometimes we need to give up.
There are multiple options available for platforms but things not working as expected with MAC.
Missing device control and Native app deployment
Need improvement for Apple Silicon devices.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Apple MDM device control is not working. App installation, script execution and profile control on these things NinjaOne is working eagerly waiting it.

 ### 27. Good interface. Lacking support.

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 29, 2025

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

The GUI is user friendly and makes remote management quick and easy. I like the ability to create custom automations and manage endpoints via policies.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Trying to schedule OS updates seems to fail every time and I am left to manually install them. Removing unwanted software is the same way. It is shown as a feature, but does not work unless I remote into individual devices and remove it manually. When a device is re-imaged the old instance in Ninja One drops offline, but the new instance does not merge with the old so we have to manually remove the old offline instance everytime a device gets imaged. does not

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ninja lets me automate patching and schedule custom tasks.

 ### 28. Easy Device Connections, But Reporting Needs Improvement

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Daniel F. | End User Computing Engineer 2, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 13, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

How easy it is to find devices and connect to them

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

The reporting feature is not ready, you can't make reports on what you want.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to connect to a device in multiple ways

 ### 29. A Sleek and Intelligent UI, powerful platform let down by subpar support.

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Manthan B. | Network System Administrator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 29, 2025

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

The user interface is exceptionally clean, compact, and user-friendly, making it simple to navigate and get straight to work without unnecessary distractions.

One of the standout features is the script scheduling, which is intelligently designed. Scheduling scripts is incredibly straightforward and efficient, allowing you to automate routine tasks with precision

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

However, when it comes to customer support, my experience has been nothing short of frustrating. I have to rate them 0/10 for support. Their team consistently proves to be incompetent, with issues often requiring multiple attempts to explain before they even begin to understand the problem. This delays resolution time, sometimes stretching it far longer than necessary.

A particularly glaring issue has been with our custom fields, which have been broken for over two months now. Despite reaching out multiple times, there has been no clarification on the cause, and the issue remains unresolved. The lack of communication and failure to address the problem effectively has been incredibly disappointing.

Custom field is critical and it seems like they do not care at this point.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automating repetating tasks, Remote access, identify critical devices that are offline, patch and software management, device filtering for autoamtion etc.

 ### 30. Ninja has been a terrific product for end user support as well as patching.

**Reviewed Date:** February 13, 2024

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Patch management and endpoint security

 ### 31. Versatile Remote Support Options, But Room for Improvement

**Reviewed Date:** May 21, 2025

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

Easy navigation, very nice dashboards and clean appearance

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Integration, automation and scripting. I expected this to get better but seems to have stagnated.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is a clean, easy to learn RMM. This helps by letting my techs spend time assisting clients instead of hours learning the tool.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Patch monitoring after a patch has been pushed out by developers is very easy with NinjaOne and makes catching any failed patches incredibly easy

 ### 36. NinjaOne

 ### 37. neutral experience with some issues and poor support

Easy to login and launch desktop from home.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

It was frustating to use with my computer that had two monitors. I often had to go to my settings and mirror my screens to be able to use on my home computer. I would have liked to be able to use two screens at home as well.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Damon W. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 20, 2022

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

NinjaRMM is extremely easy to navigate, set up, and configure. The UI is better looking than probably any other RMM tool on the market. This was our initial attraction.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

The truth behind the data was typically unreliable. Things like agents online/offline, pushing Windows Patches - whether they were deployed or not, reboot scripts, etc. This was a major issue. Also, had trouble with the TeamViewer plugin working properly.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ninja made a complicated tool easy to use and navigate. The information was readily available and the most important bits were always in your face. This made executive management extremely easy.
