# Best industry-standard sales performance tools?

I’m investigating industry-standard sales performance tools that are trusted by large and growing sales teams. I’m looking for platforms that help with tracking KPIs, coaching reps, forecasting revenue, and motivating performance across the board. Here are some of the top tools I found that are widely adopted and consistently reviewed as best-in-class:

Salesforce Sales Cloud: Salesforce is the most recognized name in CRM and sales performance tracking. It offers customizable dashboards, real-time pipeline updates, and powerful forecasting tools that help leaders coach and course-correct.

Salesloft: Salesloft focuses on sales engagement and helps teams stay consistent with outreach while providing managers with insight into rep activity and performance trends. It also includes built-in coaching tools and call analysis.

Gong: Gong is an industry favorite for revenue intelligence. It records and analyzes calls to identify winning patterns, coaching opportunities, and deal risks, giving teams a clear view into what’s driving results.

Clari: Clari is used by many large sales orgs to improve forecasting and pipeline visibility. It shows where deals are stalling, helps reps focus on high-impact opportunities, and aligns teams on revenue targets.

Ambition: Ambition is built for goal tracking, sales coaching, and gamification. It lets teams run scorecards, leaderboards, and performance dashboards that keep reps engaged and accountable.

I found these while browsing G2’s sales performance management category. If you’ve used any of these tools in your org, I’d love to hear how they helped improve team performance and visibility.
