Gravityzone is easy to install. The policies are reasonably easy to understand and very easy to maintain. Its web filter has been excellent and has prevented many greyware applications that evade other AV products we've used. It integrates with Halo for notifications in a decent fashion but needs a little more work to be easier to maintain. Sandbox reports are fantastic for finding Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
1. Agents don't show the serial number of the device anywhere in the console. C'mon guys! Gotta get some more details like that in here for those of us who manage hundreds of devices!
2. The layout of the console could use some refining. It's not well organized and features we have no intent on using can be in the way. The way EDR events are displayed is not nearly as clean as SentinelOne and feels outdated. Overall navigation needs some help.
3. The search requires you to put exactly what the item you're searching for in at the beginning. If you have a customer called Jacob Smith's Widget Factory, and you search for Widgets or Smith, or Factory you're out of luck! If you search for Jacob, it'll find it fast. This is lame.
4. Memory usage is alarmingly high (think 2gb regularly!). This is mitigated by the fact that you can tune it on systems that are resource constrained. Unlike most other software I've seen that uses large amounts of memory, Bitdefender has played nicely in the sandbox and hasn't caused too many performance problems.
