The tool is extremely helpful in enabling me to quickly look up expiration dates and identify equipment that is ready for replacement, which is crucial in my role as a procurement manager. The ability to adjust terms and costs is also a big plus, as it gives me the flexibility to choose different terms and alter markups for PDFs as needed, making my work a lot more efficient. Additionally, the affordable warranties offered by ScalePad for servers and workstations are perfect for a managed service provider like us, as they allow us to set our markup according to our preferences, thus simplifying the quoting process. This easy-to-use quoting system allows us to generate a PDF and send it directly to our clients, saving us significant time and effort. Scale Pad integrates directly with our Connectwise platform, making it very easy to track equipment as an MSP. I use the information from ScalePad in all of my QBRs. LifeCycle Manager makes it easy to see all your workstation information in a single view. Once you identify devices that have expired or expiring warranties you can easily add a third party warranty. And if the device is too old to renew you can quickly schedule it for recycling and disposal. Workstation data is pulled from your PSA, RMM, or both. I wish there was a way to map additional fields for workstations. For example, one of our RMM tools writes data into UDFs in our PSA, and LifeCycle Insights cannot read that data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
