## NinjaOne Reviews
  ### 1. Pleastant and easy

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matt H. | Technical Support Specilist 3, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 23, 2025

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

The interface is very easy to follow, things are grouped with like things, and it's incredibly easy to navigate. The integration was one of the easiest integrations I have done to this day. Whenever I reach out to customer support, which isn't often, even using this every day, they are great, kind, and courteous.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

There aren't many things that I don't like about NinjaOne. It's easy to use. They are quick ot respond.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ease of deployment of new machines and patching of our current ones.

  ### 2. Easy to Use Remote Management with Loads of Utility

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Liam M. | IT Support Technician, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

Very easy to use. Great remote management software with loads of utility

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Haven't had any real problems with it. If I'm being nit picky I would say there is sometimes a longer delay in applying patches or remoting on than I would like. Though often times this can be related to the end users network rather than the ninja software itself.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We primarily use it for applying patches to our endpoints and for remoting onto people's laptops for troubleshooting. I generally find it's very smooth, I also really appreciate the remote background mode and I find that it's better than other software's I've used for these purposes. It is also useful in giving us good visibility of our assets, which ones need patching etc.

  ### 3. Helpful for IT Management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Test R. | Customer Support Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 17, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

I like best about NinjaOne is that it's easy to use and helps me manage all my devices from one place. It saves time, the interface is clean, and everyday tasks like updates and remote access are simple to handle.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Sometimes it takes a little time to load, but overall it's good.
It would be nice if there were more customization options.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It makes it easy to check device health and fix problems remotely. I don't have to spend as much time on each device.

  ### 4. Ninja One Makes Centralized IT Management Easy

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Leon W. | Operations Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 23, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

Ninja One has enabled us, as a company, to manage everything from one central place—backups, ticketing, and AV—all within a single platform. This has taken a lot of the administrative burden off our team and made day-to-day management much easier.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

All your eggs are in one basket, so if there’s downtime, everything is down. Also, updates get pushed whether you like it or not.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Matching ticketing to devices has streamlined my operation.

And the ability to integrate with API is amazing

  ### 5. Scalable Cloud-Based Platform That Eliminates On-Prem Server Maintenance

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ashwin P. | Customer Support Engineer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 21, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

Cloud-based platform – Since it's cloud-hosted, there's no need to maintain on-premises management servers.
Scalable solution – It works well for both small businesses and larger organizations as IT needs grow.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Consistent IT operations – Standardized policies ensure all devices are managed the same way across the organization.
Cost savings – Automation and remote management reduce travel, manual effort, and overall IT support costs.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Simplified asset tracking – It's easy to see device status, software inventory, and system health in one place.

  ### 6. Responsive Support and an Intuitive UI That Just Works

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 28, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

The support is VERY responsive and competent which is CRITICAL and one of the primary reasons we ended up switching to Ninja One. Also, the user interface is VERY intuitive.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

I don't really have a negative at this point after using it for almost two years. The only recommendation is to be able to customize the notifications. That would be helpful since sometimes the notification details are not as clear or obvious to me.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It keeps us ahead of issues by monitoring the critical aspects of all our end points (devices ... workstations, servers, network switches, etc.). And, it ensures our endpoints are up to date with critical patches and protected. with our security software.

  ### 7. Easy-to-Use RMM with Smooth Remote Access, Solid Pricing, and Helpful Integrations

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Accounting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 13, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

I like NinjaOne because it’s easy to use and easy to teach new techs how to manage computers and handle patching. The performance with the integrated Splashtop, or NinjaOne Remote, is very user-friendly, and I rarely run into issues that come from the Ninja side. The pricing and integrations with our billing system is very helpful. And easy to use.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

We would love to use Ninja for our email backups, but the way they are billing is not conducive to the way that we bill.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have many clients in different offices and even different States and being able to create policies that automatically manage these computers and also let us connect to them with ease makes erforming text support very easy.

  ### 8. Fast, Easy Remote Control That Just Works

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Steve P. | IT Consultant, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 23, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

By far the remote control ability. It's native solution is fast and easy to navigate

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Some of the scripting tools and overall navigation is not intuitive. We're also using the SaaS M365 backup and getting to that involves logging into a separate portal. It would be nice to have it all under the same roof.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Visibility into all our PCs. We have people working from home, jobsites, multiple offices. I can hop in and out for troubleshooting in seconds.

  ### 9. Streamlined IT Management with NinjaOne

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Teodora S. | Software Developer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

I like NinjaOne for its excellent performance, seamless integrations, and user-friendly interface. The pricing is competitive, and the support is responsive. Additionally, its AI-powered features and intelligent automation make IT management more efficient.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Sometimes the reporting features could be more customizable, but overall, NinjaOne offers great value and efficiency.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NinjaOne solves the problem of remote IT management by providing a centralized platform for monitoring, patching, and troubleshooting. This helps me save time, improve efficiency, and reduce downtime for users.

  ### 10. Customer-First Support and a Team That Truly Listens

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Josh A. | Sr Technicial Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 16, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

My favorite part about NinjaOne is the attention the NinjaTeam gives to all its customers. With Ninja, you matter, and your experience matters. They work hard to refine the software to fit modern workflows and current practices. Support is stateside, which is amazing, and you’re not treated like just another invoice.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

My biggest dislike about NinjaOne? I worry that one day it could be bought by a larger RMM or an investment group, and it would stop being NinjaOne as I know it.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automation is critical for us. Being able to automate our everyday tasks and build solutions with NinjaOne as our full toolbox makes it feel like we can tackle nearly any issue. NinjaOne also helps eliminate problems before they begin. Implementing Patch AI was awesome.

  ### 11. Versatile Solution with Exceptionally Helpful Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Khaled A. | Partner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 16, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

THe solution is quite versatile and covers a lot of my needs. Also their account managers and support team are really helpful. as a new MSP, I need a lot of help getting started and they are not holding back on providing it.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

So far, there isnt anything specific that I would say I dislike. the interface might have a slightly steeper curve that others, but nothing that I couldent wrap my head around with the help of their support team.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

they are solving my need to manage my clients computers remotely. Using their service I am able to access the client's computer, diagnose the issues, deploy automations, etc.. also, using their integrations, i am able to get other services like the antivirus etc.. setup really quickly.

**Reviewed Date:** July 20, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

single pane of glass for most of our needs, very simple to learn with high adoption rate. It is very nice to havee basic vulnerability information built into the product

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Apple MDM still seems to be using the legacy apple APIs, but that being said it does the job

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

asset management including warranty tracking, vulnerability information and patching including 3rd party SW. We also use it for our MDM and likely going to switch to SaaS backup from a competitor

  ### 13. Great tool for IT Helpdesk

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rick H. | Network Administrator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 27, 2025

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

I recently upgraded our Palo Alto Global Protect VPN client and changed the hostname that the client connects to which took only a few minutes because of the ease of use and the scripting abilities of NinjaOne.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Being able to manually size columns in Device view would be nice.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have over 500 endpoints that we manage and NinjaOne has been beneficial in helping us to not only remote manage but also updating softwares on all the endpoints.

  ### 14. NinjaOne - The most intuitive RMM tool on the market

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mark F. | Business/IT Solutions sales Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 28, 2025

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

NinjaOne is intuitive and easy to use. The interface is clean and well laid out, which makes endpoint management feel straightforward and efficient. The Sentinel One integration, together with the recently added backup / SaaS backup features, rounds out the platform and creates a robust overall offering.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

There isnt much to dislike about the product.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NinjaOne makes managing, patching, and backing up our endpoints and servers a breeze. It also makes remote support very easy, which helps us handle issues quickly and smoothly.

  ### 15. Simple, Powerful, and Time-Saving

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Wahid A. | Customer Support Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 14, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

Easy to use – The interface is clean and simple, so it's easy to find what I need.
All-in-one platform – It combines monitoring, patch management, remote access, and automation in one place.
Saves time – Overall, it makes managing multiple devices more efficient and less stressful.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Pricing can add up with add-ons.
Reporting isn’t ultra-advanced compared to some competitors.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Disjointed IT tools by unifying remote monitoring, patching, support, and automation in one platform.
Hard-to-track endpoints with centralized device visibility and alerts.

  ### 16. An Innovative, Customer-Driven Platform with Excellent Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Adam H. | Director of IT, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 28, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

NinjaOne’s team communicates extremely well, continues to innovate, and develops features that closely match its customers’ needs.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

I have not experienced any major downsides. NinjaOne has consistently met our needs, and the team continues to improve the platform based on customer feedback.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NinjaOne allows us to manage and support our remote devices from one platform. It improves visibility, automates routine tasks, speeds up troubleshooting, and helps our IT team provide better support with fewer manual steps.

  ### 17. Intuitive NinjaOne for Efficient Device Management and Monitoring

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Frederik N. | System Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

What I like best about NinjaOne is how intuitive and easy to use the platform is. It allows me to manage devices, deploy scripts, and monitor systems efficiently without unnecessary complexity.
We have it currently deployed via Intune integration.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

The only thingWhat I dislike about NinjaOne is the conflict with Intune when it comes to Windows patch management. Intune policies can override NinjaOne’s patching, which limits its effectiveness for managing Windows updates. As a result, we are only using NinjaOne for third-party patching at the moment.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NinjaOne solves the problem of manual and time-consuming IT management tasks. With automation, patching, and remote management, it significantly reduces the workload and allows us to focus on more strategic tasks instead of repetitive actions.

  ### 18. A very practical RMM: real-time monitoring and effective remote actions

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer & Network Security | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 30, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

The RMM tool is really very practical. It allows real-time monitoring of an entire network, with clear reporting of machine information. I also appreciate being able to launch command prompts remotely, or execute scripts, even on a powered-off machine. The interface is also very clear.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

The agent reinstalls very poorly on a machine where Ninja has been uninstalled. Furthermore, the management of application updates is, for the moment, quite poorly handled: there are many update errors on client machines, especially when it comes to fixing application security vulnerabilities.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to deploy a script or strategy across an entire client is a real advantage. I also appreciate the management of Windows updates, as well as the centralization of information and remote control, which facilitates daily monitoring and visibility.

  ### 19. Integrated Asset Management That Streamlines Security and Saves Time

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ronald W. | IT Director, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 23, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

It integrates asset management with automated updates and monitoring. It makes managing security so much easier. One platform to handle multiple items. A lot of time is saved. Our auditors lowered our Risk level because of it.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

The ticketing system lacks a good integrated dashboard.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solved my visibility on patch/security status. I was never able to know the exact security or patch level status of individual assets. It freed resources that can now work on other issues.

  ### 20. Ninja One: World Class

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 02, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

Ease of access, the interfaces are great and the use of a single pane of glass is great. To get this setup and onboard a new client is incredibly easy. Customer support team are always great and can't do enough for us whenever we have an issue. The numerous features and the ease of integration for these are great!

We use Ninja on a daily basis and we couldn't be without it.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Nothing much I can say here, this is great for my technical team. We never seem to have any issues.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Simplicity of integrating new clients with Ninja. From getting their devices fully up to date, applying policies and deploying all additional software we require.

  ### 21. Good Value for Growing Businesses

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Suhani S. | Customer Support Engineer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

Fast Performance – The platform is responsive, and devices update quickly, helping IT teams react faster to issues.
Great Customer Support – The support team is knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely helpful when problems arise.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Notification Management – Alerts can become overwhelming if they aren't carefully configured, especially in larger environments.
Mobile App Could Be Better – The mobile app is helpful for quick tasks, but it doesn't offer the same functionality as the desktop version.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automates repetitive tasks
Catches issues early

  ### 22. NinjaOne’s Free Technical Support Sets It Apart

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** andre w. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 28, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

I love NinjaOne’s support. Their free technical support gives them an edge over other RMM tools.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Maybe NinjaOne Help Desk could improve. It often seems slower to respond and takes longer than expected to resolve issues.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Benfit everything is all in one with at any added fees. MAkes RMM super easy because I can fix users issues without even remoting in by using their scripting feature. Very Fast when I jump to endpoint to endpoint.

  ### 23. Easy Scheduled Scripting, But App Updates Feel Too Manual

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** calebm@blackhawkdc.com m. | Engineering Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 14, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

It’s easy to write my own scripts and deploy them on a schedule, which makes it simple to automate recurring tasks.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

I have to select each application individually to update on the machines, instead of being able to scan a machine and update all the apps at once.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Remote management of many devices, Windows updates, and application management are all much easier with NinjaRMM. It has improved our ability to oversee many of these devices at once and keep everything more organized.

  ### 24. Robust Remote Scripting Control with a True Single Pane of Glass

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joshua E. | Systems Admin\DBA\ETL\Data Warehouse Developer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 14, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

The robust control I have over executing remote scripts to various groups of devices and the single pane of glass I get for ticketing, monitoring, management and remote access.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

The only thing I've really wished for was to use environment variables to reference encrypted admin credentials saved in Ninja inside powershell scripts.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves three problems in one. Monitoring device health, managing devices with Windows and 3rd party patching, as well as remote script execution and remote access for user desktop support.

  ### 25. Saving time & improving service delivery.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Luke S. | IT Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 07, 2023

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

NinjaOne is a complete package. Endpoint management, anti-virus and remote support all rolled into a single platform. The new NinjaRemote tool is easy to roll-out and utilize.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

More built-in scripts in the library would be useful, akin to Group Policies that can be applied.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Supporting users across multiple countries in now far easier.
Windows patching is a more streamlined process.
The BitDefender AV solution gives us the peace of mind that endpoints are properly protected.

  ### 26. Great Onboarding Experience - Rapid Adoption - Simple to use.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Daniel B. | Director of IT, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 02, 2021

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

NinjaRMM was simple to configure, easy to deploy and feels very secure. It's easy to keep my machines current on patches, and I have significantly more control over them than I used to. We had the system configured in an afternoon and all machines reporting in 3 days later.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

The ticketing system needs options to only generate tickets from internal email addresses, Replies need to update the ticket, rather than create duplicates. It would also be very nice if the users could review their submitted tickets without MFA requirements (some of our employees don't have company provided cell phones and aren't comfortable with MFA software).

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Maintaining patch compliance, reporting on patch compliance for audit purposes, Remote deployment of scripts for configuration settings and environmental consistency.

  ### 27. All-in-One RMM & MDM with Great overall Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chris I. | Core Services Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 27, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

I really like all the functionality available in one place. Being able to manage RMM and MDM devices, as well as support for Linux has been great.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

The inability to integrate with Intune for Conditional access and MDM management and we've recently had an issue with deduplication not working.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

All in one "pane of glass" management has been our largest benefit. The ability to have a Fedramp tenant has also been very important to us.

  ### 28. Smooth Remote Server & Device Management with Halo PSA Integration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sam H. | 3rd Line Infrastructure Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 28, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

It allows our company to manage and monitor servers and devices remotely in a smooth, reliable way, and we can integrate it into our Halo PSA. It also lets us remote onto customer machines without issues. Overall, we use it a lot as a company, and it fits well into our day-to-day workflow.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Sometimes the remote function doesn’t work very well, and it can cause issues when remoting.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows us to monitor all of our customers in one place.

  ### 29. Reliable Remote Management with Powerful Automation

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Consistent IT operations – Standardized policies ensure all devices are managed the same way across the organization.
Cost savings – Automation and remote management reduce travel, manual effort, and overall IT support costs.

All-in-one platform – It combines monitoring, patch management, remote access, and automation in one place.
Reliable automation – Routine tasks run automatically, which saves time and reduces manual work.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Reporting could be better – I wish there were more customization options for reports.
Limited built-in integrations – It works well overall, but support for some third-party tools could be improved.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automating routine IT tasks and scripts
Keeping inventory and software compliance in check
Consolidating multiple IT tools into one platform

  ### 31. Nicer UI, Better Performance, and Helpful Real-Time Device Logs

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Telecommunications | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 17, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

Compared to our last RMM service, the UI is nicer and overall performance is better. I wasn’t involved in setting it up, but coming in as a new technician was fairly painless. The documentation out there is useful. The real-time device details and activities log help with initial troubleshooting before we remote in or go to the physical device.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Sometimes there's issues getting remotely connected to a device. Can't tell if a user denied the request or if the request is timing out. Would be nice to be able to send messages to devices before remoting in.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It makes our imaging process faster, which saves time and makes it less of a hassle if something goes wrong.

  ### 32. Reliable and Easy Device Overview

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gabriel F. | IT System Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

I enjoy how reliable the program is. Also it's very easy to get an overview over all your devices. Easy stats reading and the ninja remote also works most of the time.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Sometimes the remote connection to other devices is not always working and NinjaOne Remote does not use the defined resolution in the guest computer. Also I would like to have a dark mode as I sometimes work during night time

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easily connect to client computers for remote support

  ### 33. Fast, Modern Interface with Excellent Patch Management and a Handy Active Directory Tool

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 11, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

I really like how fast the interface is and how quickly it connects to remote computers. The UI feels clean and modern. Patch management is leaps and bounds better than the two solutions we tried before. I also like that I can easily see computer metrics right in the dashboard, along with recent system activity and the computers I’ve connected to most recently.

The most unexpected bonus has been the Active Directory tool. That was a great surprise; I just wish it supported filtering, or at least sorting.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Not being able to save RDP credentials per agent feels like a massive omission. I can set them per organisation, but because we need separate logons for each agent, the current setup represents a security risk.

The Active Directory tool is amazing but a little frustrating to use because there’s no way to sort or filter. It’s such a good feature in principle, but it’s let down by that limitation.

I am surprised there’s no pre-chat feature, or even a way to take screenshots of remote computers. Right now it wastes a lot of time compared to Datto, which had those features.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main problem with had with datto was the automations being pants, patch management being awful and connectivity being a daily frustration - but Ninja has solved all of those.

  ### 34. Flexible RMM with Great Features and Integrations

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Danny S. | Sales Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 24, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

The RMM has some great features and can be easily tweaked and moulded into what we want from it. I also love the integrations allowing us simplify our product offering while remaining competitive on pricing

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

The quick connect can be a little clumsy from a client perspective. The RMM client itself could be a little better on performance and less impact on resources

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easy to onboard new clients and keep stock of all clients under support

  ### 35. Streamlined Patch Management and Centralized Endpoint Control

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rohan M. | Customer Support Engineer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 21, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

Patch management – Keeping operating systems and software updated is straightforward and efficient.
Centralized management – All endpoints can be managed from a single dashboard, improving visibility and control.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Learning advanced features – Basic tasks are easy, but some advanced automation and scripting take time to learn.
Reporting options – While reports are helpful, creating highly customized reports can be a bit restrictive.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reduced manual work – Automation handles routine maintenance and patching, saving time and effort.

  ### 36. NinjaOne helped us increase efficiency and provide proactive IT support to our customers.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ioannis P. | Co-founder, Network Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 18, 2025

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

NinjaOne is straightforward to use and simple to implement. It provides a wide range of features and integrates well with other services. Our account manager, along with customer support, responds quickly and is always helpful in resolving any issues that arise.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

The dashboard search could use some enhancements. It would be helpful if the search function allowed users to filter results more precisely, returning only those that match the exact text string entered.
We would also appreciate the warranty support being integrated with ASUS.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This product offers centralized monitoring and management, along with remote support, automation, and backup capabilities.

  ### 37. Responsive UI with At-a-Glance Device Insights and Easy Agent Setup

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 14, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

I really like how responsive the UI is, and how much information it gives me about my devices at a glance. The ease of being able to set the agent up on new devices is also nice.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

I don’t like that NinjaOne Remote doesn’t allow any kind of messaging to the remote device unless I connect first. I’d prefer to be able to contact the user through chat before I just drop in on their desktop unannounced, especially if I haven’t been able to reach them by other means.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NinjaOne handles patch management and background connections to devices wonderfully. Being able to connect to a device in background mode for investigation or uninterrupted work is a real godsend.

  ### 38. Powerful Organization and Filtering That Makes Issue-Finding Easy

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ricky W. | Information Technology Technician, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 27, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

I like the app’s organizing capabilities. They really bring a lot of value when it comes to figuring out what the issue is, and they make it easier to filter for specific information within the database.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

I like that it lets me remove apps from my computer, but that feature doesn’t always work reliably.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It’s solving a lot of tracking issues for me, and it also helps me see what software those devices contain.

  ### 39. Remote Assist Is a Game-Changer for Managing Multiple Sites

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alyssa G. | IT Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 27, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

I love being able to remote assist my users. Probably the best feature ever because I manage multiple sites and traveling back and forth every time a user has an issue is so inefficient

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

wish there was more useful actions for people that aren't proficient with coding

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ninja One helps decrease the time I spend on issues and updating systems. It also helps me see immediately if something anomalous is happening on the network

  ### 40. Simple remote connections and intuitive interface

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Richard W. | Praxismanagement, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

It helps me establish a remote connection to other computers and practices to extract data from our CVS systems. Additionally, NinjaOne offers a very simple user interface.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Unfortunately, there is still no automatic login function, so you always have to remember the passwords. Especially with many devices with different passwords, logging in takes quite a long time.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps us to gain access to the practices in order to read out the PVS systems and extract data.

  ### 41. All-in-One Platform for Deployment, Scripting, Alerting, and Automated Triage

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Package/Freight Delivery | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 27, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

The most useful this is the ability to have everything under one roof from agent deployment and management, scripting and alerting capabilities, automatic event triage, as well as having mdm packaged all under one roof.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

The MDM portal and the actions around what you can and cannot do to an MDM device are still limiting to some of the other competitors such as SOTI or Intune etc.

Features such as scripting, file access and management, custom kiosk deployment configurations etc would all be nice features.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Consolidating all of our assets under one platform. Solves patch management, remote support and assistance, used to also support external customers via QuickConnect, and device alerting.

  ### 42. Intuitive UI and solid performance, but CI/CD and file deployment workflows need work

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer & Network Security | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 24, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

Generally well constructed UI that I find very intuitive but I feel like it is lacking integrations for thinks like CI/CD Pipelines, updating Scripts by copy paste leads to problems in organization/workflow when these are updated or extended, it would also be great if there was an actual cloud storage or the possibility to use the Service as a relay to an internal Server to pull resources from, the file transfer function. Performance wise I have no complaints, maybe live Updates for script execution would be nice, so you can follow the execution for debugging and don't have to wait when there is a logic error.

Support seems to be capable but I haven't had too much contact with them, Pricing is none of my concern and I haven't tested any AI functions.

A suggestion I have is a development environment, where developers who script automations can add up to 3 clients to play around with and test the full functionality of NinjaOne, without requiring excessive access to the live productive environment.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Missing integrations for CI/CD Pipelines and resource deployment, we are currently deploying an edge Server with Kerberos auth to provide resources like software installers, config files and PowerShell Modules, the workflow for the available file transfers and scripts into ninjaone is unacceptable for my personal understanding of quality assurance

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Centralized Management for our Hybrid Workforce not requiring VPN connections

  ### 43. Clear dashboard, useful backup integrations, and responsive support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 24, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

The clear dashboard allows you to see at a glance the offline devices or those with a problem. The connections between NinjaOne and backup software are very useful for centralizing information. NinjaOne is a responsive application that evolves really well: regular updates accompany the product.

The pricing is a bit more expensive than some competitors, but the quality is there. The support is easily accessible and responsive; you can easily schedule appointments with experts at the desired time slot. Regarding the artificial intelligence part, I haven't used it yet, but I remain open to studying the proposals.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

The main disadvantage with Ninja Remote is that you cannot transfer a document by drag-and-drop while simultaneously working on the station: it's either one or the other.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ninja One allows you to centralize the IT infrastructure and monitor it effectively. You can customize alerts and create custom fields to truly adapt it to our needs. For example, it is possible to detect all workstations compatible with Windows 11, those that are not, as well as those already running Windows 11. This clearly improves the management of the infrastructure.

  ### 44. Easy PC Access and Troubleshooting with Minimal Glitches

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amber V. | Owner/Operator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 23, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

The ability to access and troubleshoot PCs within our organization so easily and with very few issues or glitches!

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

We seem to have trouble getting rid of 'red flagged' PCs. If an update fails, that PC seems to remain in an error/flagged state - even if we physically sit at the PC and confirm all updates have successfully ran.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Monitoring and performing updates and allowing remote PC management - makes our lives SO much easier

  ### 45. NinjaOne is a fantastic RMM solution. Always improving.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dan R. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 28, 2025

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

Cost and features. I allow my clients to use NinjaRemote for remote access. Support is great and always timely.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

I don't know everything that it can do. I could probably automate more than what I am doing, but I don't know how as I haven't spent the time to learn

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Patch management and remote access for clients. I can setup and use NinjaOne for all of my customer support and don't need multiple vendor solutions.

  ### 46. Ninja One Has Been a Perfect Fit for Patching, Deployment, and Remote Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Maritime | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 16, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

I’ve been working with Ninja One for around three years now, and overall it’s been a very positive experience. We initially looked into it mainly to help with patching across our hybrid environment, but we quickly realised it could do much more than that. We’re now using it to deploy applications, making heavy use of the remote tools, and monitoring our clients’ inventory and warranties. Because it’s domain-agnostic, it fits our setup really well. Our contact with the company has also been excellent, with regular check-ins and updates on what’s new or coming up.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

I dont think I've come across a downside for the things we use it for.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Patching, remote tool, asset management, app deployment

  ### 47. Easy to use, seamless integrations, and great support from the Manager

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Francisco F. | Responsable de Infraestructuras IT, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 23, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

Easy to use, it is quite user-friendly when it comes to integrating with other solutions, and our Manager Marco Dreilich always helps us with everything. On top of this, it has a very competitive price and also features its own AI.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

As of today, we have not had any significant inconvenience.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps us optimize time. Thanks to its automations, tasks are executed in the background and with little effort, and we have traceability of everything.

  ### 48. NinjaOne: Centralized endpoint management, strong automation, and proactive alerts

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rene B. | IT Systemingenieur, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 16, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

What I like best about NinjaOne is that I can really manage our endpoints from a single, very tidy interface. The solution is quick to implement, intuitive to use, and the automation and patch functions take a lot of routine work off my hands. Particularly practical are the powerful remote access, script execution, and the clear alerts that allow problems to be proactively identified before users even notice anything. Overall, NinjaOne noticeably saves me time in day-to-day business and ensures that I can reliably manage more systems with the same team.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

I don't find any disadvantages there yet, everything is okay.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before NinjaOne, we had problems centrally monitoring and managing our distributed endpoints. Patch management and remote access had to be handled through different tools, which led to inefficiencies and response delays.

  ### 49. NinjaOne is the best

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** EMIL C. | Helpdesk Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 16, 2025

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

NinjaOne is the best in every aspect . I like remote connection functionality and the fact that you can automate so many things . I like everything

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

There is nothing that i dislike about NinjaOne

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Checks vulnerabilities and give help to solve them , collects data about all the devices , helps you connect remotely, running scripts that we are using everyday, help us patching the devices , install apps silently . Very beneficial for us

  ### 50. Automatic Patch Management and Comprehensive Alerts That Boost Security

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Yogesh L. | IT Engineer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 23, 2026

**What do you like best about NinjaOne?**

Patch Management – Keeps operating systems and applications updated automatically, improving security.
Comprehensive Alerts – Sends instant notifications about system issues before they become major problems.

**What do you dislike about NinjaOne?**

Mobile App Limitations – The mobile app is useful but doesn't provide all the functionality of the desktop/web version.

**What problems is NinjaOne solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automated Routine Tasks – Automates patching, updates, and maintenance, saving significant IT time.
Improved Security – Keeps systems up to date and alerts the team to potential issues early.
