What do you like best about Coro Cybersecurity?

The product is super simple to use, and you can essentially set it and forget it. It will proactively email alerts to you, and their team can also take action on your behalf if you prefer that. The best thing is their Customer Success team. You get a dedicated person who works to help implement and will also support your end users in setting the system up if you prefer a white-glove treatment or don't have a deep team to manage deployment. We have been incredibly pleased with Madi Fittanto, who always exceeds expectations. While this is not the traditional system you spend thousands annually on, it's an incredible value and perfectly meets our needs for compliance with our cybersecurity insurance policy. What do you dislike about Coro Cybersecurity?

"Intuitive Security with Stellar Support and Seamless Setup"

What do you like best about Coro Cybersecurity?

I really appreciate Coro Cybersecurity for its ease of use and the staff's knowledge. The application is intuitive and easy to navigate, and I like that it can handle simple security tasks that sometimes complete themselves. The staff is well-informed about the current security climate and can quickly get the application to do what I need. Additionally, the cost is great, and the security solution is outstanding. The initial setup was super quick, taking only 3-5 minutes for the cloud connection and about 5 minutes to deploy the antivirus to each PC or server after removing the old software. "Incredibly Easy Setup and Fast, Meaningful Improvements with Coro"

What do you like best about Coro Cybersecurity?

Coro was incredibly easy to set up, and it offers straightforward ways to make meaningful improvements quickly. Connecting it to my Microsoft 365 tenant took only a few clicks. I also like how the ticketing system groups related items, which lets me handle multiple tasks with a single action. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Coro Cybersecurity?

Some of the options available overlap with options that Microsoft offers as well, such as Permitted Locations, but Microsoft's settings for it are not as easy to use. "Great replacement from an old MSP to a one man IT department"

What do you like best about Coro Cybersecurity?

Coro Cybersecurity has consolidated our platforms down into one manageable place. It is very intuitive and gives me the options to either review every issue or let Coro's agents help out. This has given me a lot more control and insight into what is going on over our network. The steps for implementation were very well laid and the only hiccup I had was in missing a step. Coro was very helpful in helping me to find my misstep. We are a m365 business and the system incorporated with it quite seamlessly. At first, I was getting tickets everyday about issues I needed to address but as time went on and problems were identified and dealt with, I found that I was having to do less and less maintenance. What do you dislike about Coro Cybersecurity?

The only downsides that I have found with Coro is that I do still have a couple of other vendors I have to maintain, one for our firewall and one for our server backup. Not really their fault as it just isn't part of their security package. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Many of the filters are controlled by global settings and it would be nice to be able to individually configure some of the filters. For example, we would like to be able to whitelist certain addresses within the identity detection, but perhaps not necessarily have those whitelisted in the spam filter. I use Coro Cybersecurity for end user security, covering everything from desktop advanced A/V to encryption to email security. I appreciate the ability to apply solutions to all users simultaneously, which is a big plus for me.
