I find the lack of support for Clustered SQL Database backups to be a significant drawback. Additionally, there are times when I experience latency issues when retrieving data from the cloud, particularly when dealing with more than 2 TB of data. As an MSP, what we find most helpful is being able to manage several cyber security products from a single interface, with most of them also manageable through one agent installed on the endpoint. We also like the RMM module, which includes on-demand and unattended support options, the new PSA module, the built-in reporting function that can be emailed on a predetermined schedule, and the integration with other cloud services.

Setup is very easy and straightforward as well, since you typically only need to install a single agent. We use this as our primary day-to-day platform for protecting our clients and providing them with support.
