We previously used Kaseya BMS as our PSA platform, and it definitely brought structure and efficiency to our operations. It handled ticketing, project management, but we did not use its billing and time tracking elements. What we liked most was how simple and integrated it was. Especially when it was paired with other Kaseya tools. The automation and reporting features helped reduce manual tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The Kaseya BMS interface started to feel outdated, and some workflows required additional workarounds. It would've been powerful, but it was too technical for some.
