**What do you like best about Kaseya BMS?**

We previously used Kaseya BMS as our PSA platform, and it definitely brought structure and efficiency to our operations. It handled ticketing, project management, but we did not use its billing and time tracking elements. What we liked most was how simple and integrated it was. Especially when it was paired with other Kaseya tools. The automation and reporting features helped reduce manual tasks.

**What do you dislike about Kaseya BMS?**

The Kaseya BMS interface started to feel outdated, and some workflows required additional workarounds. It would've been powerful, but it was too technical for some. We do not use Kaseya B<S anymore, but during that time, it worked great other than as  stated.

**What problems is Kaseya BMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It was a great PSA to start with; however, we just needed more. It was a solid PSA with ticketing, billing, time tracking, automation, and management.

**What do you like best about Kaseya BMS?**

1. Integrations work seamlessly. Once they are setup with a key they don't require any input after.
2. They are many classes in which tickets can be categorized. You can also add different tags to different categories.
3. One Sign in called Kaseya One can be used to sign into other portals eliminating the need to use multiple accounts and passwords.

**What do you dislike about Kaseya BMS?**

Customer Service is not responsive at all times.
Portal was not able to add multiple replies of a customer response to the same tickets therefore generating new ticket for every response

Automation in terms of billing and ticket classification

**What do you like best about Kaseya BMS?**

The best things about BMS is how easy it is to use even though it has a lot of granular options. Somehow the developers / designers were able to cater to both needs in a very productive way. My team is able to work on tickets very quickly, while I keep track of the important billable hour tickets and flat rate charges.

**What do you dislike about Kaseya BMS?**

The lack of built in reports to help me manage the performance of my team, and some limitations in the API which block us from using third party reporting programs.

**What problems is Kaseya BMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I need to keep track of client issues and requests. BMS let's us keep track of it all, as well as allowing our engineers to keep track of work that needs to be billed to the client.

**What do you like best about Kaseya BMS?**

BMS allows our clients to submit tickets via email or a custom icon in their system icon tray. Managing tickets is easy for all of our staff. There are a ton of a additional features with BMS that we are still adding to our workflows and the value they bring the team is amazing!

**What do you dislike about Kaseya BMS?**

Some of the features within BMS like the quotation process are a bit cumbersome. Further adjustments to make these features as easy to use as possible will result in these brining more value to the team.

**What problems is Kaseya BMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ticketing (via email intake or custom system tray icon), Client Management,  Billing, are among the most valuable aspects of BMS as it stands today. They continue to update and improve the application and we expect to leverage further value from BMS as we continue to ramp up our overall use of the product.

**What do you like best about Kaseya BMS?**

It's a great CRM tool; their support is very responsive and kind.  It's more affordable than our previous CRM ConnectWise, was.  They're partners with a lot of our existing vendors as well.

**What do you dislike about Kaseya BMS?**

It's not easy to correct invoice issues.  If I have to change an invoice, I'm forced to void it and start from scratch.  I have submitted feature requests about this. The reporting tools aren't easy to set up, so we don't use them like we want to.

**What problems is Kaseya BMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kaseya BMS allows our team to have visibility to our client's tickets, opportunities, approved quotes and contracts all in one program.  We have automated features that take away a lot of extra work that save use time and money to focus on other tasks.

**What do you like best about Kaseya BMS?**

I really like how easy it is to manage our tickets and manipulate workflows for ticketing automations. Our old system was not as easy nor advanced so we are happy with this solution!

**What do you dislike about Kaseya BMS?**

There wasn't much to dislike from BMS, however, for client portal tickets, I would like to change certain fields to be mandatory as our workflows depend on all fields to filled. Other than that, it is great.

Ticketing, ticketing, ticketing. We are an internal IT department and BMS has really enabled us to have efficiency in completing tickets and having the ability of end users create their own tickets via the portal has been a blessing because it keeps accountability high and it's all documented.

Nothing else comes close to being as easy to provide the tight management needed to successfully run an MSP. It can be done with other products, but not as well, as intuitively nor as affordability as BMS.

Over the years it has been integrated and fine tuned to near perfection. I might have had a few comments in times past, but I have nothing poor to say about the product.

We mainly use it for our ticketing system and it has been amazing. Response time have improved so much that we get constant compliments about it

The workflows can be a bit hard to figure out initially but gets easy as you use it more. Wish it was a bit easier to use

There is a ton of things that BMS can do for a business. We've been using it for our small business for over a year now, and keep finding more functionality.

A lot of the features are hidden behind menus and sometimes in areas that don't necessarily make sense.

It allows you to attach images within the thread which is definitely helpful for helpdesk, techs and any department that utilizes BMS.

I can't think of anything besides the ability to modify Dashboard views. Probably because I am not an admin on our BMS

The software isn't too bad, it is a little overly complicated but that is common with the more powerful tools as to give you the flexibility more of the setup has to be manual.

**What do you dislike about Kaseya BMS?**

The company itself, they have a horrible reputation in the industry because they do not care at all about its customers. They have ridiculous contract terms that they will hold you to. The rather bankrupt an MSP than work with them to build a long-term relationship.

It was our RMM tool to manage updates, log alerting and software deployment allowing us to insure a minimum level for all PCs with no action needed on our part.

**What do you like best about Kaseya BMS?**

BMS offered plenty of valuable presets for an end-user to stay highly organized and record all the information they have about a potential client, customer, or partner.

**What do you dislike about Kaseya BMS?**

It was highly technical, and coming over from a competitor, BMS didn't offer the beautiful PDF quote files we once sent out. We did this on the back-end that I didn't have to worry about, but I didn't have to send them out once generated and saw the difference in options and quality.

Recording customer, prospect information and staying up-to-date with files about those prospects and customers. As a sales rep, we lived and breathed inside BMS, always looking at files and updating notes with new information regarding a specific meeting that was held or project we were about to start.

I like the concept of BMS and it is fairly easy to operate once you learn it.

**What do you dislike about Kaseya BMS?**

We had many issues with Kaseya and BMS syncing in the early days.

I dislike the number of steps it takes when you are creating a ticket. First you create the ticket, then a service call, then a time log. In the beginning this was not working with our google calendar and it was annoying.

**What problems is Kaseya BMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It basically keeps track of our tickets in both states and records the type of tickets. We are not integrated with Quickbooks so we do not benefit from using it that way. It does integrate with Google calendar so that is a plus

Service desk module is very complete. Integration with kaseya VSA is another key. IT is very complete and let users to completely manage tickets. Also the project module is very good...reporting is at a top level.

Financials and inventory module are not very useful.

The status and being able to filter by tech/client to do our daily triage of tickets makes life supper easy.

Some API's if not set up correctly will spam your ticke queue.

**What do you like best about Kaseya BMS?**

The integration with other Kaseya products is superb. I think that the goal of "IT Complete"  initiative is a great idea. Kaseya is building a great ecosystem of products and services to make running an MSP easier. BMS = Business Made Simple.

**What do you dislike about Kaseya BMS?**

The length of the contracts at 36 months is a bit scary because I am just averse to long-term contracts after a bad experience with another provider several years ago.

**What problems is Kaseya BMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a PSA tool, BMS is a great option. The ability to monitor through the connections to Kaseya's VSA product and the ability to bill out of BMS are insightful.  Even though I am only working part-time due to medical issues, I am getting everything done thanks to BMS.

**What do you like best about Kaseya BMS?**

This is a great ticketing and CRM tool. I like using tickets and projects and they are pretty straight forward and easy to use. This has made administration of tickets easier and helps us keep track of our projects better. Before we used spread sheets and emails to keep track of our tickets, with Kaseya BMS we have been able to keep much better track of the things we need to do. We also have been missing less steps and tasks by using this product.

**What do you dislike about Kaseya BMS?**

Hardly any training. This makes learning how to use the program difficult. Was pretty much thrown into it. Picked it up fairly quickly though it would have been nice to have training. There are a lot of features we never have used just because we do not know what to do with them. 

**Recommendations to others considering Kaseya BMS:**

More training! This product would be even better if we knew how to use all of the features for it

The best thing about BMS is the intuitive interface. From configuration to everyday use, its by far the easiest CRM I've used.

We manage a lot of inventory, and transferring between warehouses is kind of clunky. Stock quantities have to be adjusted on both sides manually.

Efficiency is the main problem we're solving. Since it is so easy to use, our techs are completing the ticket creation and time entry process much faster. 
It also helps us with holding asset information.

**What do you like best about Kaseya BMS?**

BMS has simplified our business processes as a fully functional PSA which integrates with our entire tool set.  As a start up the benefits are incredible.  An all in one solution for service management, sales tracking, financial management, and human resources.

The layout is refreshingly easy to use and understand.  Customization and configuration is simple.  The Professional services team from Kaseya really helps you to understand the ins and outs of the software. Enabling you to easily make adjustments at any time without any advanced programming or support.

Kaseya BMS is a breath of fresh air for an MSP like us.  Finally a product that truly understands what we do.  BMS provides us more time to focus on taking care of our clientele, building our brand and training our staff.  Spending less time on our PSA has been key when we had to move fast when it comes to jump-starting our client base.

**What do you dislike about Kaseya BMS?**

Not much to dislike.  However, there is always room for improved customization on invoices, forms, etc.  

**Recommendations to others considering Kaseya BMS:**

I would highly recommend considering BMS f you are looking for a single pane of glass for managing your clients, staff, expenses, and receivables that is affordable and easy to use.

BMS saves us time and money when it comes to our workflows and processes.  Integration is simple with Kaseya VSA, Ticketing, Customer Surveys and IT Glue. 

The built in CRM really helps an IT focused professional like myself keep track of customer relationshps and sales without losing focus on the work I do.

Workflows are clunky, auto- generated tickets don’t work as expected.

If you are looking for a basic simple setup this is a good tool, it has some biult in reports but the adhoc reports can be complicated to se up.

**What do you like best about Kaseya BMS?**

We have been able to easily defer the levels of services contracted by our clients and thus adapted our way of managing priorities.
The integrated management of the workflows allowed us to model the escalations as well as the customer alerts.
The connection with Kaseya VSA allows us to recover the alerts resulting from the system monitoring and the list of assets associated with the clients. This allows a very fine analysis of the processing performed in ServiceDesk.


**What do you dislike about Kaseya BMS?**

The limit is the customization. you can easely add custom field but not custom forms

**Recommendations to others considering Kaseya BMS:**

there a lot of Tools you can use with BMS from other vendors. Very powerfull with BrightGauge for example. 


**What problems is Kaseya BMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have integrated the BrightGauge and customerthermometer tools very easily and benefited from an operational dashboard within minutes and simplified satisfactions surveys.
The results were felt in less than three months with improved internal performance, and traceability of interventions exploitable in BI.
