What do you like best about Todyl Security Platform?

The Todyl Platform offers a comprehensive suite of well-integrated security services, all managed through a single deployed agent, a unified management interface, and one team supporting it. This setup makes it easy to install and straightforward to know where to look and how to respond when an alert or issue arises.

But beyond the product, the people behind the product are a big part of our success. The MXDR team responds quickly, taking action and keeping us informed about security incidents. Support is extremely responsive when issues arise. And our Customer Success Manager and Channel Account Manager keep us updated on the latest enhancements. What do you dislike about Todyl Security Platform?

There’s very little I dislike about the platform. If I had to mention something, it would be that the platform is evolving so rapidly, with new features and enhancements being added all the time, that it can be hard to keep up with the latest features. What problems is Todyl Security Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our clients look to us to protect them from the threats they face, and the threat landscape continues to grow. Prior to using Todyl, we lacked a single, comprehensive solution to offer that could effectively defend against active attacks from threat actors. We had previously reviewed several providers, but none matched the breadth of Todyl’s product or the responsiveness of their SOC team. Some providers would take hours to respond to incidents. By contrast, in the 3 years we've been working with Todyl, I have personally witnessed Todyl’s team react to incidents within minutes, swiftly blocking attacks and assisting us in mitigating any damage. What do you like best about Todyl Security Platform?

I use Todyl's platform every day in my work. Top to bottom, Todyl is a security solution that checks all of the critical boxes. With modular or package pricing, it is a fit for every organization that wants to take security seriously. Setting up a new client is a matter of checkboxes. A single agent makes it have light overhead. It integrates with most major cloud platforms and their documentation is easy to follow. What do you dislike about Todyl Security Platform?

I wish the endpoint security solution were more granular. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Todyl Security Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?

We initially started using Todyl because of their SASE solution. Other SASE solutions are either less robust and/or require a device on premise. Todyl doesn't. Install the agent, assign the license, and the devices are connected and can be configured for Zero Trust networking. We were then able to replace Webroot and Bitdefender with Todyl EDR, which gave more telemetry and insight into malware and compromises. All of this activity ingests into the SIEM which logs and tracks what is happening. Adding on the MXDR service gives us 24/7 eyes on the environment. Add some integrations such as Microsoft 365 into the SIEM and now our customers are working in a tight and monitored environment. For those who have compliance requirements, Todyl has that covered as well with their GRC platform. It is truly a one stop shop to secure our small business clients. "Outstanding Control and Feature-Rich Platform with Exceptional Support"

What do you like best about Todyl Security Platform?

There is a lot of features of the Todyl platform that are amazing including their different teams from MXDR to account managers. However, one of the biggest successes i have with Todyl is the control factor i have from threat hunting through the SIEM, to control over the devices and level of security i need to implement. "All-in-One Security Platform That Simplifies MSP Management"

What do you like best about Todyl Security Platform?

I like that Todyl is an all-in-one security platform built with MSPs in mind. Instead of managing multiple tools for email, endpoint, network security, and monitoring, everything is centralized in one dashboard. It makes protecting clients easier, more scalable, and far less messy. Their support and SOC team are also helpful, which is a big win when you’re responsible for multiple client environments. "Exceptional Security Support and Continuous Product Improvements"

What do you like best about Todyl Security Platform?

Todyl is a force multiplier. There is no way our security team could manage the amount of data and alerts generated by the SIEM, let alone respond to alerts as quickly as needed, Todyl's MXDR team has proven an invaluable resource for evaluating and taking first actions on alerts. They've helped us stop dozens of account compromises this year before any damage is done, drastically improving the outcomes for our clients.

They also are constantly improving their product. Their integration with our PSA system went from minimal to great this year, providing us with much better ticketing and statuses on potential incidents. The SIEM gains new product integrations regularly, and the support page just received an update to make searching easier and more effective. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Todyl Security Platform?

Todyl’s platform allows us to see any kind of ingestions, integrations, and see how many things we have flagged within the company internally we can check each client which really allows us to break things down into a more compact viewing platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Todyl Security Platform?

Menus and options in the side tab on the left side just seem to get a little clunky and confusing as there are quite a few options. I do understand there are a lot of options for many different reasons and aspects and areas to work on stuff but just shorting clicks and digging down. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Todyl Security Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?

It helps us look at any kind of alerts threats, or anything that may come into contact with each of our clients devices whether it be the severity of the attack from using you know the score 0 to 100 being able to kind of filter through them whether they be you know one not being critical at all something that may not be malicious to something of the severity score of 99 that is completely malicious that alerts us immediately has a score and we can kind of dig in see some of the coding, he’s kind of Dino, the back the back logs of it and go from there and be able to fish out that pretty quickl Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Efficient, Easy-to-Navigate Platform with Powerful SASE and Responsive Support"

What do you like best about Todyl Security Platform?

The Todyl platform is laid out efficiently and clearly explains any alerts and policies within it's control panels. It's easy to navigate and an effective tool for managing a fleet, or even several fleets of devices. At my company, we've also had great success using their SASE tool to facilitate peer to peer device connections and integration. We have had a couple of issues with domain controller connections recently, but this was an edge case scenario and was quickly resolved so it ended up not being a huge issue! Overall the Todyl platform has been super reliable! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's solving the problems of remote access for many of our clients, especially those with local domain controllers. What do you like best about Todyl Security Platform?

The Todyl Security Platform provides secure internet access for our clients employees for our MSSP customers, no matter where they are located. The platform is easy to configure and deploy. The centralized portal makes management simple. While there is room for improvement in the Zero Trust model, our overall experience has been very positive. We have worked with other SASE Platforms and just recntly transitioned from Check Point Harmony due to performance challenges. The move to Todyl was straightforward and fast. A real GAME CHANGER! "Comprehensive Cybersecurity with Exceptional Human Support"

What do you like best about Todyl Security Platform?

We feel Todyl really covers just about every aspect of cybersecurity and our ability to package different tiers and products within the platform making it simple to grow into was one of the biggest selling points for us.

There is alot of human touch involved from their side, from monthly reviews with our AM, to being able to speak direct with a SOC analyst makes a big difference that we have things setup properly and someone is available during an emergency Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Just like any security platform there are alot of moving parts and things are always changing. This is more of the industry itself and not just a particular vendor.
