**What do you like best about ConnectSecure Vulnerability and Compliance Manager?**

The fact we can see the vulnerabilities on a large scope of devices and then organise to fix. Especially helpful when businesses want to aim for certifications such as Cyber Essentials. 

The UI is a little complicated at first, but once you're used to using the Ui is fine. 

We have the software integrated with our ticketing system, which is handy as the alerts are clear enough to start the ball rolling. Though I tend to move across to the portal from an alert, the information provided is more than enough to find out what the issue is and investigate.

**What do you dislike about ConnectSecure Vulnerability and Compliance Manager?**

The UI could be better, but considering the amount of information you are accessing, I think it's suitable with room to improve.

**What problems is ConnectSecure Vulnerability and Compliance Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest is the obvious. Patching and security vulnerabilities are found and patched, or a technician can intervene and sort. 

As I've already mentioned, this is especially helpful for those going to do a CE/CE+ certification.

Sometimes, the auto patching does not work correctly, but this is a common issue with any patching tool.
