We can then take action, remediate these vulnerabilities, and strengthen our security posture. **What do you dislike about Qualys PCI?** Qualys has permission issues with administrators. We have challenges accessing specific modules in the software and must deal with support to rectify it constantly. **What problems is Qualys PCI solving and how is that benefiting you?** Qualys PCI allows our organization to have accurate information and an understanding of the vulnerabilities in our environment. Without these tools, we would have a much more difficult time. ### 2. The Qualys console has all the modules like VMDR , PC, SCA, PM , FIM etc. The Same agent can be used to perform all these tasks and scan for vulnerabilities . Its pretty straightforward and easy. **What do you dislike about Qualys PCI?** Reporting format is a bit shaggy if you would ask me .. But having said that , the addition and deletion of controls also has to be more easily doable. **What problems is Qualys PCI solving and how is that benefiting you?** The Console . The Qualys console has all the modules like VMDR , PC, SCA, PM , FIM etc. The Same agent can be used to perform all these tasks and scan for vulnerabilities . Risk based prioritetized approach is also another case to love Qualys **What do you dislike about Qualys PCI?** Not existence of on premise version, sometimes regulator only allow on premise **Recommendations to others considering Qualys PCI:** Recommend qualys PCI scan, this module is approved as ASV scanner by PCI DSS counsil **What problems is Qualys PCI solving and how is that benefiting you?** We annually have PCI DSS Asv scan, and Qualys covers it ### 9. We are having a monthly report of PCI ASV scan of our live IPs. Reviewing the failed PCI vulnerabilities and marking them as false positives. ### 10. Antiquated and terrible support. **What do you dislike about Qualys PCI?** x3 more emails about payment than support. Despite and unusable service. So paid the invoice and requested the account to be closed. Using Trustwave instead. **What problems is Qualys PCI solving and how is that benefiting you?** Received x3 more emails about payment than support. Scans didn't work and they just keep hounding for payment but cared less about product support. ### 11. Also, the ability to complete and maintain your Self-Assessment Questionaires (SAQs) within the portal is helpful. **What do you dislike about Qualys PCI?** The login portal can be setup as standalone or built into the normal QualysGuard Express portal. Scans and results can also be initited from both locations. I would rather it were all standalone or integrated into the QualysGuard Express portal interface to reduce confusion. **Recommendations to others considering Qualys PCI:** Consider that Qualys offers many integrated services that aid in PCI-DSS compliance that other scan and report solutions do not (e.g. vulnerabiltiy scanning, file itegrity monitoring, web application scanning/firewall, compliance reporting). **What problems is Qualys PCI solving and how is that benefiting you?** Satisfying PCI-DSS scanning and reporting requirements. ### 13. Using Qualys we were able to make sure that we adhered to the PCI DSS standards. ### 14.
