**What do you like best about Docusnap?**

The use of automated network inventory and subsequent generation of the report by Docusnap has been most useful for IT at our firm. Collecting data used to be a time-consuming process which no longer requires a lot of time, and the reports built-in offer a good view on our network configuration.

**What do you dislike about Docusnap?**

I am disappointed to say that, for some reason, Docusnap’s level of customization is fairly limited. It does not mean that they always attend to our needs as we wish it could be.

**What problems is Docusnap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Docusnap has made a very big positive impact in terms of management of IT documentation within the business. The fact that inventory is automated and reports generated on our inventories have to be produced embraced is arguably one of the pros of automating inventories.

**What do you like best about Docusnap?**

I have especially found Docusnap’s automatic network inventory as well as the built-in reports useful. They also supply the convenient information that can however be easily scanned to determine the possible problem areas and the changes in the network.

**What do you dislike about Docusnap?**

Adapting them to serve our purposes can at times be slightly daunting. The reports which Docusnap can generate are somewhat limited and it is very difficult to get outputs that are finely tuned to our environment.

**What problems is Docusnap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Docusnap has effectively minimized the time and the efforts in maintaining up-to-date IT documentation. The automated inventory along with pre-defined reports maintain our network data updated which is highly beneficial for troubleshooting as well as security.

**What do you like best about Docusnap?**

There has been ease in using Docusnap where it conducts an automated network inventory. The pre-built reports are also very useful giving a first glimpse of the current state of the network and its settings.

**What do you dislike about Docusnap?**

Filtering the reports and documents is rather very limited. That’s why the pre-built ones are somewhat useful, but I have to modify them for certain occasions, or add some extra information from our team.

**What problems is Docusnap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The use of Docusnap has cut down the time and energy needed in order to ensure up-to-date IT documentation is maintained. Automation of inventory guarantees everything is current, while the default reports offer strong groundwork on our network.
