&lt;p&gt;I&#39;ll put in a plug for one that&#39;s not on the list: Microsoft Planner. Although it may not have the muscularity or agility of some of those on this list, its integration with Teams and the Microsoft suite make collaboration relatively painless in an org that already uses those tools. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;And Planner really is pretty effective: &lt;/p&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;a card style that rivals, maybe beats, Trello&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;integration with To Do (plus Teams as mentioned)&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;not-bad implementations of grid view&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;decent customization&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;For us, Planner is the good-enough tool that we can ask people to use even if they&#39;re not willing to invest deeply in learning a new tool.&lt;/p&gt;
