
Have been for many years a huge Pipedrive fan due to how easy it is to set up and use on a day to day basis. Was easy to tweak, play around and make you're own with out a silly saleforce implementation partner and cost Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It crashes, crashes some more and crashes again. Customer service really couldn't care less about it and you just end up with various elements of the system that just don't work, so makes the platform redundant. Even with several issues raised, still cant speak to someone via screen share and just sent down the chat bot route over and over again.
Also the way leads create a mess in the system, vs keeping them clear of your main database until you qualify them Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
