# Top Onboarding Tools for Small Business Sales Teams

<p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true">I’m helping our small business set up a more structured onboarding process for our sales team. We’re growing fast, and we want new reps to ramp up quickly without overwhelming our managers. &lt;p&gt;Has anyone used one of these to support ongoing training, not just onboarding? I would love to find something that grows with reps past day 30.&lt;/p&gt;
