**What do you like best about Pipedrive?**

As the CRM Owner in my company, I use Pipedrive very intensively every day and am always impressed by the well-thought-out data logic and the structure of the system. It is fundamentally clear and intuitively designed and structured, making it very user-friendly. Clear sales funnels, straightforward analysis tools, and easy access to the linked elements of a deal are everything most sales employees need. Implementing Pipedrive into an existing team is therefore absolutely no problem.

However, if you delve deeper, wonderful opportunities for automating processes and structuring the data foundation reveal themselves, allowing you to keep a very close eye on and control the output of the sales team.

At any time when problems arise, they are addressed very quickly and easily - I have rarely had a conversation that did not help exactly where I was stuck.

**What do you dislike about Pipedrive?**

As easy as it is to implement Pipedrive into workflows in the sales team, it is sometimes difficult to establish good connections to other platforms and systems. It is definitely possible! The API support is great for individual solutions, but unfortunately, the native apps and integrations provided by Pipedrive often have limited capabilities here.

**What problems is Pipedrive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Pipedrive to unify our sales processes, automate them, and thereby make them especially more efficient and effective. The Pipedrive Workflow Automations are the tool I currently find most useful - but also the insights and analyses that can be built in conjunction with the right field architecture are very valuable. Finally being able to see what the team is actually doing and how successful they are has allowed us to both further strengthen our peak performers and design useful tools for the rest, which support them in processes like hunting.

**What do you like best about Pipedrive?**

I love this platform for its user friendly interface. This platform enhances productivity by making the platform relatively simple. I also love the ability of this platform to integrate with much needed google platform. This greatly enhances the robustness of this platform. The capability of this platform to import data is really useful which allows continuity of the task effectively. The ability of this platform to pipeline the activity and schedule it is one key features that enhances the capability of the team.

**What do you dislike about Pipedrive?**

I love most parts of this platform but I wish that this platform have a mobile application as powerful as its web version. I also feel that more streamlining could be done to handle the transfer of data well.

**What problems is Pipedrive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This platform enhances the productivity of the team by segregating the activity and ability to proceed according to the priority of the task for the moment. It allows better collaboration among teams too.

**What do you like best about Pipedrive?**

I use Pipedrive for my daily work tasks and it solves a lot of problems for me. It's like having an assistant, telling me what to do every day. I get to take notes, share them with relevant colleagues, and it reminds me when to follow up on a customer. I love the simplicity of use and having all customer data readily available in my customer portfolio. The tool effectively supports team coordination for a company of about 30 people.

**What do you dislike about Pipedrive?**

It could be a bit more intuitive. I guess it could just be the taskbar being a bit bigger and with texts on it.

**What problems is Pipedrive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Pipedrive is like having an assistant. It organizes my tasks, lets me take notes and share them with colleagues, and reminds me to follow up with customers. I like that it keeps all data on my customers accessible.

**What do you like best about Pipedrive?**

I totally enjoyed using Pipedrive because it's the most practical CRM I've used so far. I appreciate its very clean interface, especially on the deals page, and the ability to easily drag and move deals, which is something I like a lot. The tool is not complicated, making it easy to use and I find it a lot more easier to use than bigger CRM organizations like Salesforce. The ease of moving leads from one stage to another with the drag-and-drop feature is really helpful. I find it less complicated, allowing me not to waste a lot of time and making it very easy for me to manage. The initial setup was extremely easy, and we didn't face any issues.

**What do you dislike about Pipedrive?**

I don't think there's anything that doesn't work well on Pipedrive. Probably the link with the calendar. I remember there was a time I deleted a task on Pipedrive and it also deleted my calendar event. Although I was able to restore it, maybe there could be a warning before doing that.

**What problems is Pipedrive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find Pipedrive practical, with a clean interface and simple drag-and-drop feature that makes deal management easy and intuitive, saving time. It's less complicated than other CRMs like Salesforce.

**What do you like best about Pipedrive?**

The software interface design is really good. That's what drew us to it in the first place.

**What do you dislike about Pipedrive?**

Support. Absolutely the worst part about Pipedrive.

Our account executive, Zachary Phillips, offered us a discount during our trial. We accepted it, he said to add our billing details to the account, we did, and then he stopped responding. 5 days and two follow-up emails later, still no reply and no autoresponder saying he was out. And there is no way to reach anyone else in sales because they have no sales email and support was not able to provide me a way to contact sales. I finally got a response from the sales team lead, Spencer Smith, who just made excuses and said that Zachary has been out for a while. No acknowledgement of the fact that I had been ghosted or that they provide no other way to reach the sales team when someone is out for an extended period of time. 

During that time, I also reached out to support and had a chat with Ricardo that was probably the worst customer support I've ever received. He kept insisting that I should do things that weren't possible in their software. I told him it was not an option in their software, but he insisted. I sent him a Loom screen recording showing him, and then he made up a new answer, which was also incorrect. It seems that rather than get help or admit he didn't know, he prefers to make up answers and insist they are correct. His manager, Carolyn, ended up following up the conversation by telling me that what I had said was not possible, was indeed not possible, though she said it like she was informing me. I didn't need to be told, it was their own support team who doesn't seem to know how their software works.

I also had reported a bug to support at the start of the week, spent almost an hour answering their questions and providing a Loom screen recording at their request, just to have them tell me it was a known issue. This is why most software companies use a bug tracker, so that they can know about bugs without wasting the customers time.

Overall, I found their team to be very poorly trained, not at all knowledgeable about their own software and extremely disorganized. It was bad enough that I'm writing a negative review for the first time to warn other people not to use Pipedrive.

**What problems is Pipedrive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The software solves the problem of keeping track of sales leads and marketing efforts. Which is a bit ironic since they seem to, by their own admission, have trouble keeping track of their sales leads. The fact that their own sales team struggles with managing leads is not a very good sign for the effectiveness of Pipedrive.

**What do you like best about Pipedrive?**

I really like that the email and calendar sync with Zoom and other apps makes it very easy on our teams. The customer email trail helps a lot, and we use the sales pipelines extensively to reach our goals. I like that we can customize the fields and forms for different campaigns, and it is easy to segment data and assign it to teams. The automations are easy to build, and the customer service is helpful when needed. Also, the initial setup was very easy.

**What do you dislike about Pipedrive?**

At times we make duplicates of contacts and you have to check and merge them. The system should check for duplicates and offer the merge more.

**Recommendations to others considering Pipedrive:**

Take the tutorials. There are new features all the time.

Pipedrive eases team collaboration with email, calendar sync, and customer email trails. It helps us achieve goals through sales pipelines, customizes fields for campaigns, and segments data effectively.

  ### 7. Keeps my follow ups and call reminders in one place

**What do you like best about Pipedrive?**

I handle daily client follow ups and online consultation queries, so I needed one place to keep track of calls and reminders. I work as a Dietician & Nutritionist, manage a homeopathy clinic, and also create health education content. I mainly use Pipedrive to note down client names, phone numbers, and to set follow-up calls for diet and consultation work. Earlier I used to forget some follow-ups when work got busy. Now I just open Pipedrive and see who I need to call today.

It was easy to start using it. I added a few people and made call reminders on the same day without reading any long guide. I use it regularly during the week when clients message me for diet follow ups or when someone asks for an online consultation. It helps me keep my small daily work organised without making things complicated.

The features I use are simple but useful for me, like activities for calls, contact details in one place, and a basic pipeline to track one or two consultation cases. I also connected my email and calendar so I can see reminders on time. It fits well with how I already work in the clinic and while handling health education queries, and it saves me from writing things on paper or in random notes.

**What do you dislike about Pipedrive?**

There is not much to dislike for my daily use. Sometimes the search takes a moment when I have many contacts, so finding an old name can feel a little slow. A few filters reset when I switch views, so I need to set them again. On the mobile app, some details are not as easy to see as on the desktop. Notifications can feel a bit too many on busy days.

**What problems is Pipedrive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Earlier, when people messaged or called for diet follow-ups, I used to save some numbers in my phone and leave some chats unread to remind myself. When work got busy, a few follow-ups slipped from my mind. With Pipedrive, I now add the person once and set a call reminder, so I don’t have to remember everything on my own.
When I open the app, I can see my pending calls for the day and the name of the person I need to contact. This helps me plan my day better and finish small follow-ups on time. It also helps me keep basic details in one place, so I don’t have to search old chats again. Overall, it makes daily follow-up work more steady and less stressful.

**What do you like best about Pipedrive?**

Pipedrive is great for storing information about the people we work with. We use it to manage vendors, contractors and clients and it's easy to use and find exactly who we need.

**What do you dislike about Pipedrive?**

I wouldn't say there are any downsides but having used other CRM platforms one huge improvement they could make categorization and tagging of people and companies. Keap for example has a much better and more straightforward way of doing this.

**What problems is Pipedrive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our company has a lot of different contacts as we work with clients, contractors and vendors all across the country. It would be impossible to keep track of everyone without using a program like Pipedrive. I love that we can send emails directly through the platform and save files to individual profiles to keep everything handy.

**What do you like best about Pipedrive?**

I like Pipedrive because I can automate with other systems and export data easily. n8n works very well with Pipedrive, allowing the creation of activities from stage changes, sending emails or messages in our communication system, and updates in our internal platform. I can keep all this recorded within Pipedrive, which is very valuable for my work.

**What do you dislike about Pipedrive?**

I have noticed that this February we are experiencing a lot of slowness and some random errors that refresh the page and cause it to disappear. The way to better visualize the data could improve, as it is necessary to understand almost 60% of the platform to export decent content. The data export part is complex.

**What problems is Pipedrive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Pipedrive to organize companies in the Funnel for 90 days, maintaining constant contact and preventing them from getting lost. Automations and n8n integrate activities, emails, and updates in the system, all recorded in Pipedrive.

I've been using Pipedrive at work for about two years now, and since I started, my entire day has been organized there. At the beginning of the day, I can quickly see what I need to do in the Activities tab. I can also easily build and edit my onboarding funnel and keep track of what I need to do for each opportunity assigned to me.

Besides that, I can easily visualize the results of my opportunities and use those insights for important day-to-day decision-making.
