Having the information available, in a history format (notes, emails, calls, etc.). I don't need to remember stuff, when somebody calls, I can go to Pipedrive and see in seconds where that deal is at, the latest interactions.

What do you like best about Pipedrive?

Very focused on the right activities, and not on burdensome forms or tick-boxes. The integrations between computer and phone access are instantaneous and really helpful. I use it every day, whereever I am. Having used a few other CRMs over many years, I firmly believe Pipedrive is the best for my needs, which are sales-focused with a lot of service follow through. What do you dislike about Pipedrive?

What do you like best about Pipedrive?

We love how simple and clean the layout is. It is easy and intuitive to know exactly where we are at with each and every deal. It keeps them top of mind and trying to avance each deal through the pipeline. What can be easier than trying to advance each "chess piece" from one side of the table to the other.

We have tried many other CRM tools, but they were just databases that hold information. We were looking for something that specifically helps us track deals as they move through the sales pipeline.

In other CRM's the information gets burried and forgotten about. We were using an app called trello for just this function because it was extremely visual and easy to track. The problem was it did not have the CRM function so we were having to bounce between two difference applications.

Pipedrive has the same visuals, and drag and drop functionality as trello, but is has everything we need in one spot with the CRM. It is working perfectly for me.

It was super easy to get everything set up and dialed in and it was extremely user friendly with almost no learning curve.

The deal pipelines stay open all day long so that advancing deals through the pipeline stays top of mind. This has become our go to program to track sales and we love how simple it is.

What do you dislike about Pipedrive?

What do you like best about Pipedrive?

Implementation was a breath of fresh air, quick, well-guided, and supported by a responsive team with thought provoking setup questions. Moving from one pipeline to multiple has been a major upgrade, and the clearer stage structure makes deal tracking much easier for everyone.

Pipedrive is genuinely user-friendly, even for a teammate who isn’t tech-savvy. The visual pipelines, customizable stages, and built-in reminders make it simple to see where every deal stands and stay on top of follow-ups.

The shared team inbox is a great addition, but adding automation to alert the assigned user (task or email) would help ensure nothing gets missed.

What do you like best about Pipedrive?

It is visually very easy to use.

I have experience with other CRMs (like Hubspot, Zoho...) and Pipedrive is robust enough, while being simple to use.

When I took over the biz dev team at a new job, one of my first steps was to implement Pipedrive.

Their tech support and KAM is excellent. Super available and helpful.

Some features still have a slight beta feel to them.

Like every other CRM, their pitch feels a bit too much like a tool that solves all the world's problems. You learn its limitations as you begin use it.

This tool is extremely helpful for enabling the entire team to see who is handling clients. It also ensures that everyone has access to the necessary information if they need to answer the phone for a query. What do you like best about Pipedrive?

I like the organization that Pipedrive provides since it helps us understand what's going on with a file when a customer calls. I find emailing clients using templates very helpful instead of writing the same thing repeatedly. The ability to pin important notes at the top and email with ease is a plus. I appreciate being able to call directly from Pipedrive and enjoy the numerous integrations available, such as HubSpot for backup, Apollo.io for identifying website visitors, and DocuSign for easy customer linking. The marketplace having a ton of integrations is a huge benefit as well. Pipedrive being cost-effective compared to our previous tool was another reason we switched, and setting it up was easy. What do you like best about Pipedrive?

I love how Pipedrive has improved my workflow in a big way compared to our previous CRM. The ability to separate leads and deals is great, and being able to see when emails are opened and which links are clicked by my contacts is a game changer. I also really like the 'next action' tool, which prompts me to set the next step for each lead or deal, helping me stay on top of my pipeline. What do you dislike about Pipedrive?

I like sequences to send emails to my leads. But there's no way to pause that to make sure that the emails don't get sent over the holiday season. Also you can set the emails to be sent after x number of days, but it's always the same time. It would be great if you could vary time (example: send 2nd emails in 3 days + 37 minutes). What do you like best about Pipedrive?

I love Pipedrive. It's simple to use and makes tracking my notes for each project easy. I like how you can create deals and move them according to the stage of each project. From start to finish, I can add notes depending on the stage, all the way through to production and install. I also appreciate how easy and simple it is to navigate and how quickly I picked it up from the first day of use. It's great for seeing workflow for everyone utilizing it. What do you like best about Pipedrive?

I like how Pipedrive allows you to suggest a follow-up date and reminds you every day of who you need to follow up with based on the date you set in the activity. This feature is really useful when prospects either ghost you or show interest, as it keeps you organized with all the details for following up. Additionally, I find it convenient that Pipedrive syncs with Moraware. The initial setup of Pipedrive was totally fine for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pipedrive?

A couple of the prospects were duplicated, as far as I already made a follow-up date to call the customer in 2026, but those particular prospects showed up as 'overdue' like I missed their follow-up call. Pipedrive offers an impressive range of uses. I really appreciate being able to create a deal and move it through various phases, which is a significant improvement over our previous CRM.
