# What is the best corporate LMS for small businesses?

<p class="elv-tracking-normal elv-text-default elv-font-figtree elv-text-base elv-leading-base elv-font-normal" elv="true">We’re a small business searching for a <a class="a a--md" elv="true" href="https://www.g2.com/categories/corporate-learning-management-systems"><strong>corporate learning management system (LMS)</strong></a> to help with employee onboarding, ongoing training, and compliance tracking. &lt;p&gt;Has anyone tried using these platforms for cross-functional training, not just HR onboarding? We’re hoping to upskill people across teams, but don’t want to set up a separate system.&lt;/p&gt;
