What do you like best about Pipedrive?

What do you like best about Pipedrive?

What do you like best about Pipedrive?

Very intuitive and logically built. I'm the administrator for my company and I almost never have to spend a lot of time to figure out how to do things. This product really fits the needs of salespeople/business developers and without getting overcomplicated. I like the concept of building a lot of APIs with other tools and just focus on developing the core functionalities of the CRM. Also, very good periodic notifications on updates, etc.. The training videos are usually very well done. For me it's the ideal tool for a start-up or smaller enterprise. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pipedrive?

Three things would need improvements to deserve a "10"

1. The ability for companies to back-up their data on their own server (i mean not just the contacts but EVERYTHING). I had a really hard time to convince my company to use the tool because we could not use our own server as some other CRM do. What made me even nervous is that when the Pipedrive lost a lot of data last summer due to a wrong manipulation.

2. A very simple and quick workflow to enter contacts, for example a simple interface with a business card scanning App. I spent hours trying to set-up my own workflow, then I gave up.

3. I would love to see more option in terms of proiles. As fas as I know there are only two right now: "administrator" and "user" - I would really like to have a "viewer only " profile for example. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
