What do you like best about Clio Grow?

I find Clio Grow is fantastic for business. It enhances the speed at which we can complete tasks, particularly in setting up appointments and estate planning. The software facilitates quicker appointment setup, which is vital for our operations. Additionally, I appreciate the effectiveness of the intake forms that we send to potential clients. These forms are instrumental in streamlining our client onboarding process. What do you like best about Clio Grow?

Clio grow makes tracking leads and sending enagagment letters very easy and automated. We were able to integrate it with our phone answering service which helped automate the process. The number of integrations they offered was a big plus and we use multiple integrations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Clio Grow?

Our firm has used Clio Manage for many years but last year we added Grow to help restructure and better manage our intake process.

Using Grow has streamlined our intake process by having all of our client management data in one place and since it syncs with Manage it easy to convert leads to matters. It is very user friendly and is visually pleasing.

We love the "pipeline" feature that shows all of the stages that each contact will go through to either be declined or become an active matter. You can easily move matters through the stages and get a picture of what matters may need attention the most.

I personally like the fact that you can filter your matters by practice are, matter stage, assigned user, source, etc. I use this feature generate customized reports for things like statute of limitations, marketing source, and others that have enabled me to easily share this information with others in the office. What do you dislike about Clio Grow?

I would have liked more in depth training on the functions and features. Learning how to use Grow was something I had to figure out through trial and error. The help articles and support chat were helpful but I would have liked a more in depth training. I would also really love if it were possible to filter matters by a specific time frame (not just newest to oldest/oldest to newest) that could be exported to CSV. What do you like best about Clio Grow?

Lexicata has made it very easy for our firm to connect leads and turn them in to clients. Over all the system is easy to use and navigate. It incorporates hello sign which makes it easy for clients to sign the necessary documents. Over all i like that Lexicata has been made it so much easier to keep connected with our clients. Love it! Also, big plus their customer support is super quick, responsive, and helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Clio Grow?

Any issues i had with Lexicata they have been fixed. My main dislike was when you add a contact and could not add more then one matter to the profile. However, that has been updated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
