What do you like best about Oracle Netsuite Analytics?

The product itself is fine; the real challenge is the implementation. The Netsuite team was horrendous at implementing the system and getting it up and running. They are a fantastic sales organization, but once you sign, everything begins to fall apart. What do you dislike about Oracle Netsuite Analytics?

They do a truly horrendous job with implementation and support. There’s almost no one available to talk to when you need to resolve issues. It feels like all they care about is upselling you on additional modules before you even have the core product working reliably. And when a problem comes up, getting support is nearly impossible. ONA is a bit expensive copared to the alternatives available. The cost of implementation, customization and subscription fees are little high. The features and capabilities of ONA required a steep learnig curve to the new users. Its a cloud base solution so cannot use it when internet access is limited.
