ONA is a bit expensive copared to the alternatives available. The cost of implementation, customization and subscription fees are little high. The features and capabilities of ONA required a steep learnig curve to the new users. Its a cloud base solution so cannot use it when internet access is limited. Oracle Netwuite has a very good reporting capabilities. we can generate & automate the reports without the dependency on IT teams and its very easy to implement.
