ONA is a bit expensive copared to the alternatives available. The cost of implementation, customization and subscription fees are little high. The features and capabilities of ONA required a steep learnig curve to the new users. Its a cloud base solution so cannot use it when internet access is limited. Due to integration capabilities with multiple other products, it's little complex and it's prefered to deploy it properly by engaging the technical support teams.
