The platform is really sophisticated and easy to use - but the best is the support - they are extremely accommodating and helpful, and reply very fast to requests. Love this platform.

There's not really anything to quibble over - i wish it were cheaper, but honestly it's comparable to other tools so the price is fair.

The support is incredible. They are quick to respond, and in the rare instance that there is no immediate solution, they either already have a feature request or log a new feature request.

My only issue is that there are 1-2 pretty basic charts not available. They are aware and working to resolve though.

Data source consolidation is the most significant problem AgencyAnalytics is solving for our organization. We have one dashboard as a single source of truth for all data sources.

Level of support and detailed assistance - quick and extremely helpful responses. Drag and drop UI makes building reports easy. Customizing options are pretty flexible and easy to navigate.

Plan options and cost structure can be tricky for very small business. Ability to segment metrics beyond what's offered in external platforms like Google would be nice, such as breaking data down by day or week instead of just monthly on some views

I love the reporting capabilities, allowing for seamless integration and automation with various platforms in one hub. The dashboards provide real-time campaign performance metrics, which is valuable for client communication. Once learned, the system is user-friendly and efficient for reporting.

**What do you dislike about AgencyAnalytics?**

I found setting up AgencyAnalytics to be particularly challenging, especially with integrating various platforms like Facebook and Google. Each integration required significant manual entry and posed its own unique challenges, sometimes taking an entire day to complete. Occasionally, widgets on dashboards would fail to display data correctly, necessitating contact with support to customize or troubleshoot the setup. Although the platform is user-friendly after the initial learning curve, getting to that point is overwhelming. Additionally, the customer support could be more robust and efficient. There were numerous instances where my team faced issues that we couldn't resolve ourselves, and AgencyAnalytics support struggled to provide timely or effective solutions, sometimes not knowing how to address the errors we encountered. This often led to repetitive disconnections and reconnections of integrations over the years, which has been frustrating.

You have incredible access to a huge variety of reporting functions that you can aggregate in one place: analytics, call tracking, database, ecommerce, email, local, paid ads, SEO, and local. You can customise your reports, white label them, and provide really valuable insights to clients. And yet even after all that, somehow, by far the best thing is that the support you recieve from the Team is incredible and unparalleled. The live chat connects you directly to a real person who is qualified to give you in-depth assistance. Tom assisted me and answered my very specific questions in full, monitored the campaigns where I needed assistance, and followed up 24 hours later completely unprompted. It is by far the best technical assistance I have ever recieved from any organisation.

Nothing. Maybe it sounds strange - but truly I have not found the platform wanting.

Providing high quality, white labelled digital reporting to our clients across Google & Meta Ads, Social Organic reporting for Facebook, Instagram & TikTok, and email marketing reports. The most helpful thing about AgencyAnalytics is their support team. They're always available to take my questions, and are super great about following up. Quite literally the most throrough support team I have ever worked with. I'd say they are on the level of Apple and Amazon support.

One thing I dislike about AgencyAnalytics is that there are some essential KPMs missing from their Shopify integration that could really help make it better.

**What do you like best about AgencyAnalytics?**

I like that it is set up with drag and drop functionality with a variety of formats to easily display data. The ability to clone templates to use for other accounts greatly speeds up new client implementation as well.

**What do you dislike about AgencyAnalytics?**

I would like the capability of merging data from different platforms in graphs and metrics (e.g. using data from Google Ads with GA4) in the same section. I also don't like that some platforms aren't yet available (e.g. Reddit).

**What problems is AgencyAnalytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is much more  intuitive and easy to use in comparison to Looker Studio. I can easily set up a new client by cloning a template of another client that i already have set up, so it greatly reduces the time I spend working on setting up dashboards.

A super useful tool for combinning all our digital data and metrics. We can create dashboards and create reports that can be scheduled or sent to internals teams or clients.

**What do you dislike about AgencyAnalytics?**

at this stage many of our initials requests or need updates have been realised. 
I would like a LIVE dashboard.

Its helps creat our reports for internal and board. It also has some great features for SEO and website audits helping identify a range of considerations.

But by and large, your AgencyAnalytics dashboards should show a live view of your client data. **What do you like best about AgencyAnalytics?**

Agency analytics has been a game changer for us at our agency. they have industry leading tech with apis to just about any software youd think you can can for a marketing agency. Super easy to get dashboards setup and implemented for clients, I have found some softwares are a pain to even learn how to use them. They have ai integrated features that help alot when trying to organize reports for clients. There is also a mobile version that we have gotten feedback from clients that its very user friendly, plus we recently just learned you could save the mobile site as an app to your home screen, it shows our logo and makes it look like an offical app on your homescreen which clients love because of the ease of access. for anyone reading this this is how you do it( i only know for ios im not too familiar how to complete on an android): login on your mobile device and copy the url from the search bar. Go into safari and paste the url directly. Once loaded press the share button on the button navigation menu should be the middle button. from there you can click add to homescreen. boom now you have an offical app for your agency, you can thank me later. ( helpful tip keep the name short when you save it to your homscreen our it will cut some of the words off and not look right, for example if your company was called " awesome advertising" take out the word advertising. you can also also your site name on agency analytics in the settings under login/domain. so the name will be short automatically for when clients add it to their phone. Now hands down the most impressive part about agency analytics is their customer service by far. whether you need help on how to set something up or just have general questions. Ive reached out before at 1am and theyve answered within minutes. If every company had this level of customer service, i truly believe we would live in a world of only 5 star reviews. They also have a roadmap section in the software where users can see what features are planning to be launched and whats in progress. You can make recommendations for pretty much anything. ive seen a ton of features that ive voted on to get launched actually get rolled out. I truly believe Agency Analytics is business done right. To be the founder of a company ran like this has to be one of the most rewarding feelings in the world. You can truly tell that everyone in the company shares the same vison as the founder. Agency analytics has been a game changer for us at our agency. they have industry leading tech with apis to just about any software youd think you can can for a marketing agency. Super easy to get dashboards setup and implemented for clients, I have found some softwares are a pain to even learn how to use them. They have ai integrated features that help alot when trying to organize reports for clients. There is also a mobile version that we have gotten feedback from clients that its very user friendly, plus we recently just learned you could save the mobile site as an app to your home screen, it shows our logo and makes it look like an offical app on your homescreen which clients love because of the ease of access. for anyone reading this this is how you do it( i only know for ios im not too familiar how to complete on an android): login on your mobile device and copy the url from the search bar. Go into safari and paste the url directly. Once loaded press the share button on the button navigation menu should be the middle button. from there you can click add to homescreen. boom now you have an offical app for your agency, you can thank me later. ( helpful tip keep the name short when you save it to your homscreen our it will cut some of the words off and not look right, for example if your company was called " awesome advertising" take out the word advertising. you can also also your site name on agency analytics in the settings under login/domain. so the name will be short automatically for when clients add it to their phone. Now hands down the most impressive part about agency analytics is their customer service by far. whether you need help on how to set something up or just have general questions. Ive reached out before at 1am and theyve answered within minutes. If every company had this level of customer service, i truly believe we would live in a world of only 5 star reviews. They also have a roadmap section in the software where users can see what features are planning to be launched and whats in progress. You can make recommendations for pretty much anything. ive seen a ton of features that ive voted on to get launched actually get rolled out. I truly believe Agency Analytics is business done right. To be the founder of a company ran like this has to be one of the most rewarding feelings in the world. You can truly tell that everyone in the company shares the same vison as the founder. The dashboards and reports are easy to set up and integrate with our clients' platforms. This has made our reporting process a lot more efficient, reducing time spent on reporting by over 10 hours a month. My team is able to set up new campaigns and reports in less than 10 minutes.

We've had some issues with a team member getting access to the platform. It seems to be an IT issue on our end. Support has been very helpful and responsive.

The benefit of agency analytics is that it creates a really easy to use and customisable way for you to file reports to your clients covering all the main data sources that they would require. Social Media, E-commerce, Email campaigns, plus SEO.

Simple, easy to use platform that saves a lot of time and looks professional. It is really easy to integrate with other tools like HuBSpot, Google Analytics & Google Search Console.

Clients find the tool easy to use and understand and can view the data anytime rather than having to wait for an end of month report.

**What do you dislike about AgencyAnalytics?**

Not too many downisdes. One anonying thing is when you click on a data point that shows a filtered number of conversions in Google Analytics for example,  it will then take you to a screen which is unfiltered and doesnt match the data you clicked on - these are minor points that hopefully can be addressed.

Not enough to not recommend.

Spending too much time building client reports.

AgencyAnalytics helps me create quick, automated, and clean reports for our clients which saves me a ton of time. The UI is very clean and easy to understand and you never feel confused using it. The customer support is amazing and they are always very helpful and quick to respond.

There is not much I dislike about AgencyAnalytics, but the only issues I have ran into were issues with integrations that have limitations. For instance, GA4 doesn't let you filter out traffic manually, and AgencyAnalytics doesn't have an option either.

AgencyAnalytics is helping me provide real-time, automated reports for our clients that signifigantly cuts down the legwork I'd normally have to perform to make the same reports myself every month / week.

Its missing a couple of integrations I would use but overall not a deal breaker.

I love the clean-looking reports and dashboards, the multiple integrations, and the very helpful and resposive support team. I also like how you can visualize the data in the various widgets, like the graphs comparing metrics. Clients also find the PDF reports and automations very easy and organized.

There are discrepencies between platform integrations (mainly X. You can't use certain widgets or report past a certian date. I think this is on the platform's end, but that is one of the big things I don't like about Agency Analytics.

It has any integration a marketing manager would love to have, presenting the data with graphics, and clear numbers instead of the classic excel, it is truly a game changer. Plus it is super intuitive, if you like the charts to be bigger or smaller it is just super easy to resize it, drag and drop metrics, yhe best software.

Nothing. Maybe lowering the additional user for the agency plan to 13 Usd as well, but nevertheless it is totally worth it.

The reports are so simple to set up (literally 5 minutes to fully set up a new client) and automate the delivery, which saves so many hours of my time every month, all while giving my clients a gorgeous, customizable and highly professional report. The number of native integrations is impressive and constantly being added to.  The few times I've had questions or needed assistance, support has been stellar, and the company truly listens to and takes action on customer feedback.

There's nothing bad that I can say about Agency Analytics. The features, functionality, appearance and support are fantastic. The price is reasonable considering how much time it saves me and the value it provides for my clients.

**What problems is AgencyAnalytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Agency Analytics has been an enormous time saver over my previous reporting platform, and the reports contain more KPIs and look exponentially more professional.  I've scheduled all monthly reports without having to integrate a 3rd party platform, and I can see which clients are viewing their reports.  I also go to my AA dash whenever I am checking my clients' campaign status, as it's so much faster and easier than having to go to each platform individually.  There is simply no better reporting platform available!

**What do you like best about AgencyAnalytics?**

The speed the dashboards load is the best feature In my opinion. Switching from Looker Studio to AA was like night and day.

**What do you dislike about AgencyAnalytics?**

AA is basically great at all things but there are a few holes/blindspots e.g. video view metrics for TikTok.

**What problems is AgencyAnalytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows us to create easy to understand and visually excellent reports that we can present to our clients. It can do this repeatedly and fast.

**What do you like best about AgencyAnalytics?**

I’ve been using AA for many years and brought it into 3 separate agencies (including my own) where it instantly became a valuable deliverable. It's simple to integrate with ad platforms and I use it daily.

Usually having been fed on a diet of Google Analytics and Looker Studio, my clients are always surprised at how easy to read the reports are. Tech support has also been excellent in my experience.

**What do you dislike about AgencyAnalytics?**

I've yet to experience any real downsides.

**What problems is AgencyAnalytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm a Freelancer managing multiple large ad accounts and I don't really have the time to manually prepare reports. It simply a matter of applying the report and dashboard templates and setting a delivery schedule, 

I use the dashboard in my meetings regularly and the clients love them.

**What do you like best about AgencyAnalytics?**

In the past, I have used other tools like "WhataGraph", but it could not fulfil all my requirements, so I switched to Agency Analytics.
In Agency Analytics, I have made customized templates for both Dashboard and Reports for all of my clients, and with one click, I can create a dashboard and detailed report for my clients, either service-based or E-commerce.

**What do you dislike about AgencyAnalytics?**

Agency Analytics has been improving since the past year, as in the past, when I opened the report or dashboard, it was fetching the Demo Data and then I needed to switch to Live data, sometimes creating confusion.
But the main thing I dislike about Agency Analytics, sometimes the integration does not work properly, and when the scheduled report is sent to the client, it goes empty.
For each month, I have to check integration for each and every client (over 100 clients) to make it sure it is fetching the data.

**What problems is AgencyAnalytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As I mentioned earlier, the templates make my life much easier, as I can create a dashboard and report for a new client in a manner of minutes.

**What do you like best about AgencyAnalytics?**

For me Agency Analytics is so useful, I do reporting every week but I use the platform every day. When I do reporting or just reviewing current campaigns you have it all in one place. Also the graphics and the dashboards are very helpful to send screenshots to clients or to use for presentations.
Having all clients with the different placements in the same site without having to change between platforms is another beneficial feature.
Customer Supoort is very helpful and quick in replying

**What do you dislike about AgencyAnalytics?**

I wish I was able to export reports from all platforms for when I need specific metrics for certain campaign, or for example for one specific coutnry

**What problems is AgencyAnalytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When I do reports it's so much easier having all metrics for all platforms in one place, as well as being able to compare the metrics not only to paid but also include the organic metrics for Facebook and Instagram.

The quick ability to see all of the data in one please. Super easy to integrate everything, including all of the tools we use. The customer support has been incredibly speedy as well, fixing any little hiccups we might encounter.

We manage many clients in Agency Analytics, and the customer service chat is very helpful. Every customer is different, and there are so many different metrics and tools to use.

No complaints here :) I've had every answer I needed in the chat very quickly.

We run monthly and weekly reports for clients, and this is great for showcasing relevant info, and it's easy to change and edit.

**What do you like best about AgencyAnalytics?**

I love that you are able to customize each dashboard to the 100th degree - where things are placed, what you include on each client's dashboard, and the size of each element. I also really love that you can duplicate other dashboards so you can have consistency for each client.

**What do you dislike about AgencyAnalytics?**

I only wish the reports could be a bit more customizeable. If you want to change up the title page or try to combine elements, there really isn't a way to do that. Another annoying thing was that since I had made my reports copies of my dashboards, when I made changes to my dashboards, I had to go back into reports and delete the old ones and add the new ones. It would be nice if that option was automatically updated.

Another thing I wish is that it would let us integrate our other SEO analytics tool, SEranking. The Rank Tracker tool is okay, but I wish I had other options as well.

**What problems is AgencyAnalytics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed a better way to report to our clients what our marketing efforts were doing for them. I was previously downloading multiple reports and manually summarizing in monthly emails, and it would take hours to do every month. Agency Analytics automates everything for us now, including automatically emailing each client. I only have to update a small detail every month, saving me so much time! Plus, our reports look beautiful and professional, and the clients can log in and check out the data at any time, providing transparency as well.

We use Agency Analytics everyday. I love that we can go into Agency Analytics and customize our reports to fit all our clients' needs. We can create custom templates and share them throughout reports and we can make sure our reports are specific to our client's strategies and business goals.

Additionally, Agency Analytics integrates with most of the programs we use to market for our clients every day, which makes keeping up on industry changes easy and convenient and makes creating new reports for new clients (and old clients depending on their needs) fast and easy.

It's a bit of a learning curve, but the more I get to know it, the more I like it.

It is really easy to use and the user experience is really good , I am a trafficker so I need all data from GA4, Google ads, TikTok and meta in one single report for my clients
