**What do you like best about Total Expert?**

It provides a solution to leverage your entire database and creates cross sell opportunities throughtout the bank. If we waited for core to develop something it would take years to do what we can with TE.

**What do you dislike about Total Expert?**

The major issue I have with Total Expert is that theyt have not identified a way for de dup processes to work across incoming data from multiple sources. The first name, last name and email is not enough. We are working to fix this but has not been easy.

**What problems is Total Expert solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Total Expert helps us solve the data collection and cross sell functionality that was lacking in our organization. It makes it easy for end users to visualize their pipeline and assign them tasks for thier contacts. TE also helps us automate touchpoints and saves our team hours.

Total Expert is great at keeping my potential client engaged and interested. Some times it can be tough to keep up with everyone you've talked through during a given week, but Total Expert makes it possible.

**What do you dislike about Total Expert?**

To me I don't see any downsides. Total expert has significantly helped to increase my conversion and contact rate

**What problems is Total Expert solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's helping me bridge the gap in my communication/marketing to potential clients, particularly the ones who I have not yet been able to get in contact with. By getting/keeping them engaged, this helps to increase both my contact rate and conversion. This results in more pre-approvals and refinance loans.

I love the built in Marketing materials and easy to use interface. Our Customer Relations rep has been amazing as well!

I wish there was updated training offered as new features were released. Our training at implementation was amazing! but it falls off after that :(

Total Expert is helping us keep in touch with past customer through automation and expand our customers product base through cross selling and reporting.

What isn't helpful with Total Expert. I appreciate that I know that the things I used to pay very little attention too is now all managed/handled by TE. HAPPY!

The only thing I dislike is the fact that I don't have enough time in the day to fully eduacte myself on all of the features offered by Total Expert which I hope to soon

It keeps in touch with my clients for birthdays, credit inquires, equity increase, allows me to schedule emails & has increased my overall productivity on a daily basis.

Total Expert allows us to communicate with our membership directly and strategically motivate our members towards products and services that will benefit them directly. No more generic emails to large groups. Precise communication is key.

We have not found anything yet that we feel is a barrier to our success.

As we target members with offers, TE allows us to see our results and modify our message if there is a lack of interaction.

I love how many features are built into the platform, eliminating the need for having as many technologies. From housing social media content to creating reports that help determine ROI, it's easy to have all the functionality you need as a marketing admin.

**What do you dislike about Total Expert?**

Total Expert is such a robust platform it can sometimes be overwhelming for salespeople to navigate, learn, and understand. However, there are helpful resources such as a chat bot, help center, and walkthrough videos which can aid that - when they use it. Additionally, customization is always key so it would be great to have more dynamic fields within the collateral they provide - this is a feature they have on many pieces but would love to see that continue to grow.

Total Expert is helping us increase adoption with salespeople leveraging the content we provide. It also aids us in ensuring that they keep their contact data clean and organized. Additionally, it allows us to act on their behalf when needed with their admin functionality.

I love the ease of use and how in-depth total expert is. They have made it incredibly easy to communicate with clients through journies and email marketing. I also enjoy that we are able to send out print pieces directly through the system. With their seamless integration with LQB, our users are able to have quickly updated profiles.

Training users can take time due to how robust the platform is and the assist team is not always helpful.

Really get to understand the platform before roll out and know how to train the sales force.

The most helpful aspect of Total Expert is the ability to have all your content easily accessible in one spot for our loan officers to use and access!

The ability to sort content and organize it is not user-friendly and can become hard to de-clutter when looking to clean up our content.

Total Expert gives our team an easy way to access posts, emails, and contact information for our Loan Officers. It solves the gap between finding content, and creating new content for users on their own.

I love that Total Expert meets all of our LO's CRMs needs and also seamlessly integrates with a multitude of other platforms creating ease of automation for our company.

It is a bit more difficult for some users to gain control of, if they don't have the time to commit to it.

Be ready toc ommit a large chunk of time each day to utilize the system nd integrate users.

**What do you like best about Total Expert?**

The scalability and segmentation of our marketing materials is huge for us as we continue to grow. The UI is clean and easy to use and constant enhancements gives me peace about our 3-year contract. 

**What do you dislike about Total Expert?**

The technology is still lagging behind a few other competitors, and the turnaround on long-term integrations can be very slow. There are some great improvements on their roadmap, but they seem to be constantly pushed back from original timeframes that are communicated to customers. 

**What problems is Total Expert solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A one-stop marketing operations platform that combines a digital and print marketing library,  approval workflows and intelligent CRM. It allows us to provide our co-marketing partners with more resources and benefits than simply our great mortgage process alone.

Great marketing pieces and the ability to share these with business partners.

Total Expert empowers both users and admins to take control of their marketing and encourages them to implement more advanced strategies that are supported with training resources and live support.

There isn't much to dislike with Total Expert, they are constantly improving and gathering feedback on how to make the platform better for all users. If you can explain why it's an issue, Total Expert will work with you to find a solution that works.

I highly recommend Total Expert. If you are still trying to decide, I would jump into a webinar or request a demo. Total Expert is always improving and adding new features to make the platform even better.

**What do you like best about Total Expert?**

Email, single property website,  and print marketing. We also love the dashboard. It helps keep the loan officers informed of what they are doing in so many ways. Focus View is a big hit as well.

**What do you dislike about Total Expert?**

Not being able to have our program and rates pull in automatically and getting the newsletters the same day as they need to be assigned to my loan officers. If I'm out of the office the newsletter has to wait to go out until I'm back.

**What problems is Total Expert solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Total Expert helps us know when somone can refi or if their ARM is about to expire. Also, pre-qual expiring. When business is slow these functions help gain business.

Social tools - connecting with integration feature is super helpful, and includes automation which the sales team uses a lot for LinkedIn for engagement purposes

**What do you dislike about Total Expert?**

Data (contact) workflow/less integration tool settings (Instagram). I was not apart of the implementation process, so there was a lot of errors we noticed - however, we were able to connect with TE for support on what features needed to be turned off, etc.

**What problems is Total Expert solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Data contact clean-up; The TE team has been extremely responsive and helpful with cleaning up several contacts for us using a bulk process. We meet weekly to engage in how the process is going and I finally feel like we're all on the same page.

**What do you like best about Total Expert?**

The ability to customize everything. We can make so much that is company-specific, which allows us to keep everything on brand.  At the same time we can utilize their custom content and customize that as well. We never run out of options.

**What do you dislike about Total Expert?**

NOTHING! There is nothing that I dislike, maybe the cost, but when you see what Total Expert can do you understand the cost and it is completely justified! There is nothing this CRM can't do! And they are adding more every day! I actually get excited about the releases.

**Recommendations to others considering Total Expert:**

You won't be sorry if by going with Total Expert. This CRM blows everyone else away. There is no comparison. We had to have 2 CRMs before to do HALF of what Total Expert can do.

**What problems is Total Expert solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can customize things for every LO in my company and make things single-person-specific if I want. Total Expert has also made it so much easier to stay in front of our customers and keep our finger on the pulse of what our customers want and need. Their custom reports help us see and understand each customer we contact.

**What do you like best about Total Expert?**

I like the large amounts of engagement resources available to Admins and the support that we have available to us. Other CRM platforms that I've worked with are not as helpful in this aspect or charge loads extra for it.

**What do you dislike about Total Expert?**

System UI and UX can be a bit overwhelming for end users that aren't "techy" or experienced in using CRM's - not an issue with proper training. 

Personally, I'd like to see improvements in Single Property Sites. They should be dynamic enough to update on their own based on status in MLS (active, pending, sold, etc. ).

The inability to make custom forms and landing pages within TE is a bit disappointing and a product gap when compared to other CRMs. This gap can be filled through integrations with other platforms, but that is not ideal.

This may be possible and I don't know how but I don't believe there is any way to download a PDF "handbook" of a journey. In other CRMs, you can download an entire workflow/campaign in a visually appealing PDF handbook that helps you better visualize the campaign and what goes out and when.

**Recommendations to others considering Total Expert:**

Get a dedicated person or even a team at your company that manages your CRM. You will see much better utilization and ROI if you do so.

**What problems is Total Expert solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are focusing on lead follow-up automation through various journeys and lead capture apps. TE has enabled to have consistent automated touch-points that keep our originators top of mind without them having to dedicate a significant amount of time to it.

**What do you like best about Total Expert?**

It feels like Total Expert is not an out-of-the-box product, but more configurable to our needs. This can be a blessing and headache at times, but it feels like they are working to make more integrations and configurations available to the user as needed. Total Expert allows for journey builds that are useful for reaching our prospects in a very timely/circumstantial case-by-case scenario helping us reach better segmented audiences. It's nice to have a lot of support channels available.

**What do you dislike about Total Expert?**

The interface feels clunky or rushed to market. Things get held up/frozen/lost from time to time causing work to take longer than any other CRM I've used in any industry. Emails almost never save correctly causing us to work harder to figure out workarounds than actually working on figuring out content/strategy from within.

**Recommendations to others considering Total Expert:**

Have CRM experience with other companies. It will be very hard to build this from the ground up without any experience in CRM builds as you're made to do most of it yourself by way of guidance calls.

**What problems is Total Expert solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's buggy from time to time. There's not always concrete answers from the support team. A lot of "we'll have to get back to you" type of answers causing a lot of frustration from our top down. We have been using Total Expert from a retail and wholesale mortgage perspective and it seems like there are a lot of things TE COULD do, but we get lost in the bugs more often than not.

I like scheduling social media for MLOs in it. Also organizing their marketing materials in the platform.

Sometimes customization can get tricky as well as making sure groups are all correct. I'm still learning about creating journeys. They do have IM for customer service to help with that.

For the mortgage side, it is solving the problem of staying top of mind with current customers and potential customers as well as realtors with co-marketing partnership.

**What do you like best about Total Expert?**

Total Expert (TE) is the optimal platform for marketing material and contact management. In an industry where every salesperson is a manager of their own business, TE delivers marketing teams of financial organizations the ability to easily manage and create marketing assets and a database management tool. The UX is overall very good and provides all the basic tools for a salesperson to manage and market to their database. Integrations such as Facebook, BombBomb, Mortgage Coach, MBS Highway, and more makes it easy to centralize all the marketing tools our teams are using.

**What do you dislike about Total Expert?**

TE is a great tool for beginner to moderate users. For advanced CRM users, there are some pretty big gaps in terms of contact organization, reporting, and supporting non-retail mortgage teams. The lack of a "shark tank" makes organization-level lead management difficult and account improvements (such as creating new marketing templates, lead app templates, advanced reporting) are somewhat prohibitive to create due to cost. TE checks 8/10 boxes though and is an amazing tool.

TE helps us to offer a robust marketing asset collection to our retail sales team and provides integrations with necessary sales platforms like our LOS and POS.

Contact management via groups makes it easy to deliver mass communication.  The use of BombBomb aids in this.

Integration functions work well.  The ability to create print and email marketing for distribution, as well as campaigns and journeys, helps to reach contacts and groups easily.  Tasks and reminders help to stay on top of daily work as well. The support desk is available for any questions!

Does not have the ability to add a delegate without creating a team.

They are all about their relationships with their customers. Working on enhancements to expand on functionality. They want to be the best in the industry and are always looking for feedback to do so.

**What do you like best about Total Expert?**

The flexibility in the Journey Builder is top-notch.  you can build, rebuild and make changes on the fly without kicking contacts off the journey. This makes testing and perfecting(yeah, right) a journey very simple.

**What do you dislike about Total Expert?**

Sometimes TE doesn't always have the niche functionality I need and I have to ask them for a workaround. 9 out of 10 times there is a solution and a workaround, they just aren't always in plain sight.

**Recommendations to others considering Total Expert:**

If you need a mortgage or banking CRM that is set up for a sales team, Total Expert is the correct choice. They have the verbiage and lingo already built in the system and is ready to go. They have the ability to create custom features that are reasonable and can help integrate with other programs through their sleek API.

**What problems is Total Expert solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ability to touch contacts of multiple users with a single journey. We can share the journey out to the whole company or a select group of loan officers based on the subject of the campaign. This allows us to organize our marketing for everyone and not just a one-size fits all.

**What do you like best about Total Expert?**

Total Expert is very intuitive and easy to use. The support staff is amazing, helpful, and hands-on with excellent follow-up. I have used several different marketing platforms over the last 15 years, and none measure up to Total Expert. They are the first platform I have worked with that focuses on those in the financial arena. They are constantly updating their material and capabilities, making it better and better with each release.

**What do you dislike about Total Expert?**

The load times can be slow, and the search bars start working before you are done, causing you to continually re-type your search criteria. There are some issues with the email templates that need to be reworked, but overall, the platform is okay.

**Recommendations to others considering Total Expert:**

If you are in the mortgage/loan industry, this is the platform for you. Total Expert will meet all your marketing needs. You will not be disappointed.

**What problems is Total Expert solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Total marketing can be done with TE. From Emails, to Print, Social Media, Texts, and Tasks. It's an all-in-one solution. The LOs I work with are impressed with how much easier it makes their jobs to have everything all in one place.

**What do you like best about Total Expert?**

The platform is user-friendly and easy to navigate. The co-marketing functions are a huge benefit as many Realtors are in awe of the single property sites and listing flyers. The focussed view and the customization of the focussed view, being able to assign to specific teams, etc. is a great benefit.

**What do you dislike about Total Expert?**

Receiving conflicting messages from different TE team members.  We would like to customize our dashboard and we were originally told it required a SOW then 6 months later we were told there were available dashboard configurations at no cost. Anything beyond the available configurations would require a SOW. In September 2021 we were told automated postcards were available, we advertised this to our LO's and had them opt-in, only to find out this function was not ready and would not be ready until June 2022. These are just two instances of many. 

The Optimal Blue integration pulls in incorrect rates from OB. OB points the finger at TE and TE points the finger at OB. The customer is left without a solution. 

It would be great if the Loan Pipeline could have a "saved" view like the contacts list.

The dialer does not have a transfer function.

Listing insights are inaccurate.

**What problems is Total Expert solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to pull custom reports would be beneficial. We currently have to submit a special request that takes 5-7 business days to receive. Enhanced reporting that we can pull ourselves would be a huge advancement and we are told it may be rolled out by Jan 2023.

Open communication with the customer service team. They've been responsive. I'm a new user, so I don't know very well the features and benefits. I've been in touch with our Account Executive and the experience has been great.

They have an extensive online library for self-study training. As a new user, I would prefer a online session with somebody who can provide experiences with the tool.

Total Expert is a wonderful CRM system that encompasses all of the necessary tools for one to succeed with their business. It's very user-friendly and easy to navigate. The tools are so easily accessible and make it so mainstream.

There are a few things I would change, but very minor like the image library not being able to select multiple to remove.

It’s really easy to use tool, you can easily get in touch with your agents and It’s help me alot. I don’t use different type of tools when i have TOTAL EXPERT. It is giving me good experience. The best thing i love about is Customization. I mean in every perspective i am loving to use it. Through this tool i can get in touch with my clients in seconds.

Although i am satisfy by it, but still i have little complaints as user, if having an issue then support system does lack sometimws which make me frustrated, i am sure Total EXPERT would be looking into it but still they have to solve it as soon as possible.

It’s totally amazing and i own it, mark my words It’s gonna lead the market in their own category. I will also say, it’s a huge system it takes your bit more time and brain to understand, but once you’ll understand it will not gonna disappoint you.

Their flyer portal ("manage marketing tab) is archaic and cumbersome. Like I said, they have great ideas and sold us on those but it gets frustrating that those ideas take a really long time to be put into action.

Working as a platform for our Loan Officers to keep client records which enables digital marketing, survey requests, and provides a portal for us to keep flyers for branding/cobranding.

This solution has very attractive web and print content. It also is a great place to store contact data for both customers and business partners. Finally, the ability to create collateral and co-market it with a realtor in only a few clicks is great!

There are a ton of options on this platform and it was not always clear where to go to find things. Luckily, we had WalkMe on this for our company and leveraged this to learn how to get around.

**Recommendations to others considering Total Expert:**

Use this for both a CRM and a Marketing platform. This will help reduce the integration need between a CRM (like Salesforce) and Total Expert, which can be a bit difficult to integrate.

**What problems is Total Expert solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sending EDDM postcards, marketing email journeys, setting up property listing sites that are co-branded with a realtor, and sending mailers to current and past customers.

Some of the standard content for email, sms, flyers, etc... are a little bland. I would like to see better content in this regard.

Versatility of options and ability to customize. Overall support and our relationship with the customer success manager are excellent. We haven't found any other solution as complete.

**What do you dislike about Total Expert?**

The user interface can sometimes be less than intuitive. The lack of access users have to make changes to their own marketing profile is a pain point. It would be nice if the catalog of emails available had a thumbnail image of what it actually looks like.

The software allows our loan officers to market themselves and our services during slower times. We are hoping that once we achieve full utilization we will see increase of business and productivity with our loan teams.
