I have been working with the chatbot for a year now and I like that the chatbot clearly explains what’s available, can offer email follow-ups, and can switch languages when needed. It absorbs the queue with ease, which lets our agents work more calmly and spend more time on real, revenue-impacting issues. It’s easy to use once you get the hang of it.
