It is used all day every single day and the features it has are great. You can make changes and tailor it to your company's specific needs, which is great. It integrates perfect with other software programs we use like Outlook and others so that also makes it so much better **What do you dislike about Prevail Case Management System?** I do not think I can think of anything right now I dislike or would change, maybe just when changing user settings for backgrounds and stuff, if it would no longer freeze my program. I enjoyed using Prevail because it was easy to use, easy to learn, and easy to manage. I used it on a daily basis and it had a ton of features that were helpful to managing a heavy workload. **What do you dislike about Prevail Case Management System?** Sometimes the platform would randomly crash and you would have to do everything you did again. It also was extremely time-consuming having to manually enter everything into Prevail so that we could keep records updated on what was done for each file. **What problems is Prevail Case Management System solving and how is that benefiting you?** It was an easy to use and learn system especially when I first started at the firm. I used it for two years and I would say it helped me keep tracking of my cases through the calendaring and reminders in the front page although there are unfortunately more useful things that we have now with a different program that Prevail just doesn't have. ### 8. You also have to put everything in manually in triplicate, it doesnt automatically put in the info you enter everywhere it needs to be, which is super frustrating. I wasted a lot of time putting in the same details over and over. It also crashed constantly. **Recommendations to others considering Prevail Case Management System:** It is just so archaic it fills like its still functioning from the late 1990s. **What problems is Prevail Case Management System solving and how is that benefiting you?** I worked in records at a Disability law firm, so it was a great way to keep certain information in certain places. ### 14. I was given a short introductory crash course when I started working here and was not shown some of the amazing features Prevail has to offer and have become a lot more efficient since realizing I was seriously under utilizing it! There are still a lot of functions I have yet to explore and am continually pleasantly surprised whenever I discover a neat new little thing I didn't know about. **What problems is Prevail Case Management System solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helps with efficiency in case management, easy to use interface makes keeping detailed case notes and history a breeze and it directly links to Outlook so I can send emails from within and attach emails sent from outside the Prevail system. The calendar is easy to use and helps with time management by sending reminder messages prior to appointments. You can sort your task list, appointments, history notes, anything by category, due date, whatever you want! Different types of searches available like Matter search, Rolodex Search, Power Search make finding client files for people with limited info or difficulty communicating easy (if I can't understand their name, for example, I can search by phone number via Rolodex or if I need to find a specific document template but can't remember the client name, I can find it via Power search) Creating new files and data entry is easy and quick with the interface that allows you to tab through the forms with ease. I have nothing bad to say about it. ### 15. There's no need for any paper files. The program is capable of even more than we need. The reports help greatly with analytics and employee tracking, and if there's a report or field you need that's not available prevail is there to help! The support is great and the people at prevail are as well. **What do you dislike about Prevail Case Management System?** Whenever we have updated there have been glitches that needed to be fixed, often resulting in very slow speeds. **What problems is Prevail Case Management System solving and how is that benefiting you?** Having access to client files within moments of them calling. The document merge needs to be updated and easier to use. I also like the access to create new accounts when needed, and not having to have an executive account to be able to do so. **What do you dislike about Prevail Case Management System?** I dislike that anyone in the program can go in and change something on any client's account. It is alot easier for mistakes to be made due to many people having access to change information around that should not be changed by just anybody. Entries can be deleted by anyone using the program and you are not able to get these entries back. **Recommendations to others considering Prevail Case Management System:** Using Prevail Case Management System is not the best system to be used if the company is bigger than about 50 employees, due to the fact that Prevail allows anyone that has a Prevail account to change things on any clients that are in the program. This makes for mistakes in information added to entries for client's and their own personal information. As well as you are able to go into an entry and change the name of the person who created the entry, there is not much of a trail to follow up with work that has been done and not changed. **What problems is Prevail Case Management System solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am not solving any problems with this program at the moment. I have realized that our company is expanding too much to keep using this system. This system is better for a company that is not much bigger than 50 employees due to the fact that information can't be tracked as well as you would be able to on other programs. ### 19.
