Prevail is very easy to use and implementation was simple with the help of customer support. It is used all day every single day and the features it has are great. You can make changes and tailor it to your company's specific needs, which is great. I do not think I can think of anything right now I dislike or would change, maybe just when changing user settings for backgrounds and stuff, if it would no longer freeze my program. I used the Prevail case management system for two years before the firm switched over to another online based platform.
