I do not think I can think of anything right now I dislike or would change, maybe just when changing user settings for backgrounds and stuff, if it would no longer freeze my program. I used the Prevail case management system for two years before the firm switched over to another online based platform. I enjoyed using Prevail because it was easy to use, easy to learn, and easy to manage. I used it on a daily basis and it had a ton of features that were helpful to managing a heavy workload. It also was extremely time-consuming having to manually enter everything into Prevail so that we could keep records updated on what was done for each file. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is Prevail Case Management System solving and how is that benefiting you? It was an easy to use and learn system especially when I first started at the firm. I used it for two years and I would say it helped me keep tracking of my cases through the calendaring and reminders in the front page although there are unfortunately more useful things that we have now with a different program that Prevail just doesn't have.
