**What do you like best about Cloze?**

Casts a wide net over all comms.
Biggest plus is, I actually use it because I haven't found anything that suits me better.

**What do you dislike about Cloze?**

The Facebook cloze group is inactive and unhelpful.
Awful image handling. Disastrous if you're used to Mac Mail.
No "breadcrumbs" so hard to navigate backwards.
Slow help.
Doesn't automatically preserve drafts.
Outbox not immediately visible.
Poor search.
Near illegible threading uses tiny font.
Several features rather hard-wired and realtor focused (I'm not a realtor)

**What problems is Cloze solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Catching and organising nearly all my interactions and providinf a scheduling/reminder/todo system. Looka like excellent mail merge features which I havent accessed yet but intend to

**What do you like best about Cloze?**

This CRM is fully automated. It will read all your communication channels, including emails, calendars, and social media. It will automatically set up reminders, follow-ups, and "stay-in-touch" agenda items. You can create to-dos directly from your emails. You can connect it to your phone and keep a complete record of calls and messages assigned to a client. It may read your documents and attach automatically documents to involved parties. And these are just a few.

**What do you dislike about Cloze?**

When you use Close with VOIP like Dialpad, there is no way to default to your desk phone for outgoing calls. They have to be done on your computer. Also, if you save an item (like email)  to "someday" it stays in the same folder with all the other emails. There is no separate depository for those "someday" items.

**What problems is Cloze solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Cloze is creating my entire agenda for each day therefore I don't have to remember when I should follow up on communication items. It increased my proficiency at least ten times. Without any exaggeration.

**What do you like best about Cloze?**

Cloze Software has some good features setup. The biggest issue is that they have smart features set up in their CRM which most of the time is great but we have asked Cloze to turn off those features on our account and they refused to do so. The problem we keep having and have had for 3 or 4 years is that when Cloze software feels that two contacts are the same (even though the name, phone number, email address, and business name have no indicators that they are affiliated) Cloze will merge them into a single contact automatically without asking if we want to merge them or not. So Cloze tried to fix it but it's on a case-by-case situation where they go into the coding and put in blocks so two contacts won't merge any longer. Instead of doing what we ask and that stops the AI. When we show Cloze what is happening they tell us that we can fix those. But in order to do so, you have remove the contacts and info that doesn't belong in the one contact and turn it back to the original contact. Now the bigger issue is when you go in to emerge the information and names that don't belong in the merged contact that information gets dropped back into Cloze without the original contact name, all the notes and info you had associated with that contact are no longer affiliated and you have to basically rebuild those contacts again. When we try to explain everything to cloze they just ignore us, they have been doing it for some time and we are done dealing with them.

**What do you dislike about Cloze?**

The fact that Cloze not only ignores our requests but they also treat you like you are an idiot. They don't have phone support unless you have 10+ users or what to spend $250 a month. Their service is not what it used to be and they have gone downhill in the last couple of years. They are all about the money and that is it. They won't listen to their users and when their software makes changes to your contacts without your permission they play dumb and try to blame it on the user, not the software.

**What problems is Cloze solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The fact that their software will merge contacts together that have nothing to do with each other. Each contact will have a full name, phone, number, and business name and when they merge the software throws all of the emails, phone numbers, and business names together and form one company and one contact. The last time it happened we had 10 companies, and 40 contacts all merged into one business and one contact. We have told them their Smart features were doing it and they ignored us.

**What do you like best about Cloze?**

1) The "Log Meeting" feature which allows me to remember what I disucssed with my clients
2) The Follow-Up reminders to touch base 
3) Gmail Intgration with Read alerts so I KNOW my client saw my message and if they clicked the links I provide

**What do you dislike about Cloze?**

I wish it synced with social media tools like Instagram and Facebook. I enage with a lot of my clients over Instagram especially. It would be amazing to see my DM conversations from Instagram and Facebook all in their file. Also when I add the their Instagram in their social media portion, the link doesn't work.

**What problems is Cloze solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm retaining my clients by being able to keep track of my sessions with them, as well as customize when to follow up with them. I also like that if I don't hear back from a client and click "Skip" the email follow up, Cloze automatically sets a new reminder so that I never forget about them.

**What do you like best about Cloze?**

I love that Cloze is like my own personal assistant. It reminds me to follow up with clients, leads, emails, etc, when my day-to-day is already brimming with to-do lists, and I might otherwise forget those small but essential touchpoints.

**What do you dislike about Cloze?**

Eh... If I had to give what I didn't like about Cloze it would perhaps be the pricing. It can be a little steep as a recurring expense for a small business owner. I am a one-stop shop, after all, and it's part of what I would splurge on in my monthly budget. Worth it, but again a little pricey for the basic plan.

**What problems is Cloze solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With Cloze, I am able to cut out redundancies and really get a high-level view of everything - like laying all of my cards out on the table to really see what I'm working with. To someone who runs with their hands full, this is essential. Reminders to follow up, tracking, contact management - It's like having a personal assistant without having a personal assistant.

I liked the unified contact and the ability to see contacts related to contacts.  I also liked being able to see all contact points including SMS

**What do you dislike about Cloze?**

Everything that makes it good is geared for teams at the higher price point.  Very little for solo package. Important tools like SMS sync with contacts or custom fields are only available for the team packages.

Solo users should consider one of the team packages to get the best out of Cloze.

I manage multiple businesses and have multiple roles. Cloze makes it easy for me to keep track of all that email and next steps, including scraping my cell phone history from AT&T

The contact management can create some errors.  It is usually pretty smart but sometimes the smart bots get it wrong, and this creates a problem that is hard to locate and solve.

**What do you like best about Cloze?**

I have been on a search going on 4 months now to find a solution to help our team stay on top of activities from customers and vendors. Most CRMs I see are all about the management pipeline/stage of the deal or activity and require you to enter data after everything you do. IMO, the more data entry or time required from the user, the less of a chance for user adoption or not getting the full benefit of the software. The AI behind Cloze to greatly eliminate data entry and automatically create activities/follow ups/ next steps to a daily agenda page is a feature the invaluable to us. 
Another problem I ran into when evaluating all the software out there was that the majority CRMs focus on future customers/deals, Helpdesk software focuses on tickets and tends to get to granular and both seem to put email integration in as a after thought. They design the software and then fit in a email integration. Maybe I’m wrong, but I thought email is still the most used business communication today. I don’t want a different software to jiggle through for every activity I do. Cloze is very strong in helping manage email and integrating this into the whole picture of the customer or vendor by having all history and information on one screen including emails, calls, any files or attachments sent/received, along with contact info for company as well.

**What do you dislike about Cloze?**

Cloze displays a lot of information when viewing emails, contacts, etc. Some redesign of the formatting and layout might help define the different areas of info better. The ability to adjust the timeline window by being able to dynamically drag the window to make it longer and also being able to make the font bigger. I use a 4K resolution where I can scale down to have more real estate on my screen but by doing this fixed windows within programs can get pretty small.

**What problems is Cloze solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Staying on top of email and activities for our company. Cloze is not really a CRM or customer success software in the traditional sense. I would say it fits more into a business success software as it helps users keep up with the things they need to do whether on the customer or vendor side.

It is truly a very powerful tool for managing contacts. It allows setting affinity parameters with each of them, and reminds us when to get back in touch with people we haven't spoken to in a while. It integrates with social media services, like LinkedIn and various email accounts.

**What do you dislike about Cloze?**

What I don't like is that it doesn't have a translation into Spanish. There are some features that I miss using because it's really difficult for me to interpret them with my level of English.

**What do you like best about Cloze?**

The best thing about Cloze is the ability to start leveraging it's intelligence immediately. Within minutes of installing, I uncovered dozens of leads buried in my email, networks, and contacts data that I hadn't realized before. Pound for pound, price vs price, it's a solid value.

**What do you dislike about Cloze?**

I'd like to see a calendar dashboard and the ability to customize my process flows.

Dig into the settings to customize and connect as many accounts as you can.

Leads, leads, leads. I have reconnected with dozens of people since starting to use Cloze. Equally important is the ability to remind me to follow up and stay in touch. I also find it important to use the email interface and get intelligent feedback from email activity.

Cloze just works!  After signing up for the software, I immediately started seeing results.  The ability to organize your external communications with customers is extraordinary.  The customization options within the software are amazing.

I felt that the search ability within close could be improved.  There were emails that is was unable to find.  We use gmail as our email platform.  I would have expected this to work a little better.

I am able to keep better tracking of my client interactions and make sure that I am always staying on top of the work my clients need me to do.

this solves my crm, task management, and general call scheduling challenges.  It's fantastic and has boosted productivity substantially.  I reckon a lot of CRM solutions are burning time and money compared with this solution.  Easily the best i've found

Easy to use . Smart , not bloated . dose the work for you keeps contacts up to date . Easy process tracking . Email templates are the best i have ever used and it is very cost effective. much better than Sales force and infusionsoft as they big and expensive .

Missing Quoting tool but the product is so strong their is not much i would request to improve on it has help stay focused .

**What do you like best about Cloze?**

Ease of use. It's almost oversimplified. Basically, it takes a lot of different feeds and melds them together. The user interface is really colorful and has bright pops and easy to locate sections. It helps connect all your inboxes and applications almost effortlessly.

**What do you dislike about Cloze?**

That it's basically over-simplified with no stand-out features. You could use hundreds of other applications that do more for cheap also. I couldn't find a place for it in my repertoire of other applications. 

**Recommendations to others considering Cloze:**

Give it a try, it's free to do so, if you see things that you can use - I definitely recommend. It's super compatible with other online applications and for that it's brilliant. I couldn't find a place for it that suited my direct need but perhaps in the future, if they continue to grow their feature pack, I'll be back.

I was using it to track my personal success and account closes. It worked. It's not faulty, just not as broad as I wished.

Cloze connects to all of your email accounts, Evernote, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and mobile phone service to pull in details for your contacts and your interaction with each person.

**What do you like best about Cloze?**

The Keep-In-Touch feature with my ability to customize my personal follow-up process preferences. Because Cloze is able to access all my email accounts (I use a number of client's email accounts) as well as my social media connections and Voice over IP phones (Verizon & Ring Central) I know the system is grading the relationships properly.

**What do you dislike about Cloze?**

No calendar view that could show me an overall, 30,000-foot view for planning purposes. A weekly view would be good. Both weekly and monthly views would be outstanding.

**Recommendations to others considering Cloze:**

Start with the default settings and then gradually customize to make it perfect for your particular business and style.

**What problems is Cloze solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Cloze to manage my relationships, communications, and projects with multiple clients. I am able to keep track of my relationship scores through Cloze's capability to capture all my email, social media and telephone (mobile & IP Voice) activity. That then allows me to know and work to improve the ones that need improvement. The only wish I have is that there would be a Calendar View of the "Keep-In-Touch", To-Dos and Appointments.

Cloze was interesting in that it brought all my contacts and correspondence together, but that is where it ended.

**What do you dislike about Cloze?**

Cloze completely rearranged all the information in my Outlook fields, so much so that I have to contact certain people to get their information again.  It added the Company Name to the Contact Name, and actually moved the Company Name into the contact's Position field.  It also removed every contact's Website Address and replaced it with a Cloze based website.  I am furious at having to re-enter information on each contact's record.

**Recommendations to others considering Cloze:**

Unless you plan on re-entering all of your Outlook/CRM information, I would avoid this product at all costs.

**What problems is Cloze solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The benefit to me is absolutely nil.  Since moving on with another product, I am spending an inordinate amount of time re-entering data that never should have moved.

**What do you like best about Cloze?**

Cloze is like many CRM systems but has some nice features. It will remind you if you haven't contacted someone key in a specified period of time. It will let you know when an email has been sent. It integrates with Evernote, Dropbox, and even your cell phone carrier, allowing the user to tie together many sources of data about a particular client

**What do you dislike about Cloze?**

Cloze works a bit differently from other CRM systems and the online training seems to assume a level of comfort with the application, which doesn't make much sense. Also, the calendar feature is very weak.

**Recommendations to others considering Cloze:**

It's definitely worth a look. Integrations with apps like Evernote and Dropbox are great

**What problems is Cloze solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping track of my clients and having a single location where all client contact is stored. I haven't been using it long enough to quantify any tangible benefits.

**What do you like best about Cloze?**

Cloze does an incredible job helping me stay on top of my to-do's while also giving me insight into where my time is being spent.  It has been an invaluable tool for helping me keep my investment of time in the appropriate places.

Some features worthy of noting:
Daily agendas reach my inbox and give me an at a glance view of what my daily priorities will be.
Automatically manages my contacts and estimates my relationships based on frequency of communication and diversity of topics discussed.
Gives me a single view into many aspects of people and their companies.  View for social media activity and ledger of my activity with said person or company.

**What do you dislike about Cloze?**

The interface has a minor issue when attempting to delete e-mails or agenda items that could use some further development.  Functionally, the platform is incredible.

**Recommendations to others considering Cloze:**

If you are looking for a CRM platform that has the capability to help you manage daily tasking, business develop needs, and general relationship management this is the platform hands down.  I have used several major CRM platforms (name it and I have likely tried it) and Cloze is the best I have ever found.

Cloze is solving many problems for me.  Cloze provides a platform that helps me manage daily tasking expectations.  Additionally, it is helping me stay on top of my relationship maintenance with constant reminders to communicate with my clients (this includes lead development!!)

I do seem to get more accomplished with Cloze.  I also like that it takes more initiative as a system, in that it tells me when to get in touch, rather than me having to set reminders exclusively.

**What do you dislike about Cloze?**

I think the interface with regards to emails needs more work.  It's too cluttered.  I'd like to see some simplicity put into the system.

HTML Email signatures are not formatted in HD quality. Other than that, its perfect.

Easy to use application that allows me to quickly find different projects and clients!

**What do you dislike about Cloze?**

I actually don’t like the color of the app and the different colors within the app. I wish there was a way to choose how things look and maybe even change fonts. I also wish their were better search parameters that I would let us find projects easier. - Like tags or geners we could use. to categorize things.

Updated tags and categories. And different ways to views projects and clients.

I use cloze to manage clients and their task/project history. To communicate directly with clients and to easily generate meetings and projects they need status from emails or social feeds

Bulk/mass emailing to contacts provided a lot of streamlining for sales prospecting.

limited functionality and didnt seem to integrate tightly with other systems.

keep other solutions in your pocket to use in conjunction with Cloze.

Cloze was integrated to give speed and accuracy to travelling sales reps to prospect while on the road.

**What do you like best about Cloze?**

That I could connect my AT&T account and it could track calls

**What do you dislike about Cloze?**

I could not run a daily call log, I couldn't run call reports.  I mostly got it because I thought that it would be great for logging my phone calls, I seldom bill for all of my calls because I don't do a very good job of tracking them and this was supposed to be my answer.

**Recommendations to others considering Cloze:**

Use it for 3 months to see if its what you want, it takes that long for you to get really comfortable with it and get all the information in it.

I am a consultant and everything I do is suppose to be billed and I am not very good a capturing everything and I usually don't find out until tax time.

I would like a better and faster way to interact only with the selected account and not all, as you can connect many and various emails.

**What do you like best about Cloze?**

I love how all the posts I want to see are integrated into one app, which saves me a lot of time opening individual ones. I also like how each post is organized in terms of my relationship with the person (ex. people I tend to reply to more than others on Twitter will show up first on Cloze for me).

**What do you dislike about Cloze?**

There are a few things I dislike. For one thing, I use this app exclusively on Android and the lack of push notifications is a little disappointing. Unless it's just on my phone that this feature isn't working. What I also dislike is that it cannot measure the quality of a relationship with someone offline (vis-a-vis text or phone calls), which means that a few great key contacts of mine don't even show up on the list. 

**Recommendations to others considering Cloze:**

I'd recommend giving it a try, at least to keep up with your messages. Again, everything I say is for the mobile version.

It has made my email inbox and social media outlets much less cluttered. I can see that I get back to people much quicker and am able to give them a more valued response due to the time I am saving by using Cloze.
