What do you like best?

I liked getting away from paper charting to a program that is all encompassing. On place to check charts, notes, treatment plans, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

It's a complex program so we had to hire a 'Dentrix' specialist to be on site full time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

The problems are pretty minimal and are usually just something that we have to fix on the back end because we may not have thought of it as we were building the templates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

How quick and easy it is to utilize and also to teach other assistants how to use Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

The best parts about this software lie within the ease at which it is for an employee to sit down an learn how to use it. In addition, the layout is designed to be easily navigated through which is necessary in my line of work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

I don’t find many aspects of this software that I dislike. If I could change one thing it would just be something materialistic such as changing the colors used for the interface display because it tends to be boring. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Eliminating the need to keep every patient record in a physical file and moving them into a system that is easy to use and navigate through. I’ve noticed wait times being cut as well as many small errors that could have been prevented before are now able to be. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Dentrix really has become one stop shopping now. They are always improving on the software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

If I had to pick one thing I would say that it is costly to get the whole package, but isn't it always. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
