Encompass360 Reviews & Product Details

It's been 10+ years working in the US Mortgage Industry and Encompass360 is a true torchbearer, helping me with its industry-leading tech, best LOS, and end-to-end integrated services in one place. I've been using Encompass360 since the early days of my career, and since 2014, it's been the best LOS in the industry. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Encompass has end-to-end mortgage services integrated in one place, which requires rigorous training and regular updates with tedious learning modules that are time-consuming. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Seamlessly integrates with hundreds of vendors throughout every step of the loan process, from origination through post-closing and servicing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There can be a slight learning curve for those who are used to it's main competitor, but it's worth the effort. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Encompass is reliable software that is fairly easy to use. I have experienced almost zero lag with the system and everything lives on the home page so it makes it simple. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Encom needs some updating as it looks like software out of the 1990s. I don't like the calendar view because it's clunky but that's my biggest gripe with the system as a whole. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We utilize the Encompas360 banker's edition. This is a very robust software, completely customizable from programming compliance reviews and triggers to customizing user permissions and interfaces. The reporting functions are incredibly comprehensive, and we can make lots of complex custom reports that export as nicely formatted finished reports or export into Excel. There are also many affiliated software programs that can be easily integrated to make this your one-and-done software solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Because of Encompass360's vast amount of customization and features, it is very complex to set up and maintain. The user interface is excellent, but you need a consulting firm or an in-house administrator to get the most out of this product. Because of the functionality and efficiencies it creates, we found it very worth it regardless of this. I took an admin class through Encompass and can do essential ongoing maintenance, and we have a consulting firm that helps with larger projects associated with the software from time to time. As far as I know they don't have a Mac client or a iSO app. If this is untrue they should promote it more. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Allows a mortgage company, loan officer, and processor to keep all borrower information organized, easily accessible whether from your office or on the go. Great for keeping everyone in compliance with state and federal regulations with disclosing loan information to the borrowers. Greatly helps in communication with present clients or previously closed clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Encompass can get a little complex, so companies or individual employees might forget all the things that it is capable of doing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Encompass is super nice because it's the one stop hub for all things leads or profile. There are so many sections on a customer's E360 page that it's awesome to be able to get all the information in one place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is EXTREMELY SLOW. The system does not update real time, and it also takes way too long to open. If a client calls, it takes an awkwardly long amount of time to open the program. In today's world, it should honestly be as automatic as a website. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love that Encompass is very user-friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Encompass is very slow and goes down quite a bit. It also could be more updated for diverse disclosures. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like how it keeps you organized and that there is a place to upload documents and to write notes. It is able to upload your file straight to the lender's site. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
