This feature enables me to swiftly create, title, and store templates tailored to different client needs, allowing me to conveniently select and send the appropriate response with just a click. Additionally, Birdeye facilitates effective communication by allowing the sending and receiving of pictures or evidence through its text app. The initial setup of Birdeye was incredibly straightforward, taking less than ten minutes, which I appreciated. Sometimes, when I'm typing a text to one number, it will switch the recipient that I'm texting. I will have to delete the text and start all over.

I'm not fond of how Birdeye handles pictures. Sometimes the pictures disappear after a while. And to view a picture properly, you have to click on it then press the download button to get it to just the full size. Then you have to download it again to actually save it on computer. I use Birdeye everyday! It is easy to communicate for scheduling appointments, following up on documents, and remind clients of deadlines. I love being able to access my conversations in the assigned section so easily, and getting emails of responses so quickly makes sure I am always keeping contact with clients when they need me. Issues with different medias. When I send pictures or pdf documents clients are never able to open pdfs, don't receive the documents or pictures I sent, or have issues with downloading what I sent. I have to confirm if they received everything I sent, as far down to how many pages/pictures there are. I usually have to ask for an email to be able to send this information to them. I am having some issues with the AI features of Birdeye, particularly the listings AI and review AI. These features are relatively new and still in beta testing, which means there are several kinks that need to be worked out. For example, the outputs for listings optimization are not always accurate and do not always align with our business and website, which requires me to make edits. Moreover, the system is highly automated, leaving me with limited control over the process as a client. However, I understand that these features are in beta and improvements are expected. The Birdeye interface is user-friendly and navigating through the interface is straightforward, for the most part. Our team has fully embraced the software, and we've seen our reviews increase by approximately 200%. Our leadership / customer service team is always very responsive, friendly, and happy to review/implement modifications I've recommended, if possible. The AI option is wonderful, provides really cool options and is extremely user-friendly! Would definitely recommend this software to anyone who needs help getting and managing reviews, as well as popular business listings!!

Each of our 11 locations has its own requirements, and most already use software with overlapping features—so we don’t use every option provided. Birdeye stays on the cutting edge of adding new features continuously. If you don't have time to keep up with online Marketing, Birdeye fills that void quite a bit by offering add-on's. What do you dislike about Birdeye?

The AI review response suggestions can be improved by adding in keyword phrases to assist with 'Google Juice', and adding the city within the response. Example "Our transmission shop in Memphis TN."

The "Listings AI" is 85% ineffective for our business. We are not an 'auto repair shop' and most of the suggestions are not related to our business.

The 'reports' feature is confusing - esp. the section that shows the number of email messages sent - this number is always off for our company. There are too many columns and they are labeled in a very confusing way.

IF Yelp ever allowed Birdeye to include their reviews, without paying, it would be nice! We don't get enough Yelp reviews to pay -and- most Yelpers are complainers, so we don't want more Yelp reviews!

The Google Business Profile "Ask for Directions" stats should truly not be displayed as this stat is inaccurate. I can confirm this with my own business. No one has ever showed up at my door, yet ~48 people ask for directions each month, per Google. Wildly inaccurate! Please delete this from your stats - it makes me question other stats when I see this and know that no one has ever knocked on my door! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
