**What do you like best about CareCloud Charts?**

Very easy to use and has some good features that make my job easier. Customer support has been good whenever we have needed them. And being a very small office; we like the fact we can choose the options that we need, but not pay for things we don't need.

**What do you dislike about CareCloud Charts?**

Only the limited selection of specialties that are able to use and some manual work-arounds on submitting paper-claims.

**What problems is CareCloud Charts solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I highly recommend CareCloud Charts. They did seem invested in continuous improvements. If you have a large practice and don't mind some software growing pains, then CareCloud Charts would be a great choice. I think they will lead the industry soon.
