  ### 1. Love everything except for ad campaigns.

**What do you like best about SOCi?**

I love how I am able to respond to Google reviews within soci. It allows me to have quick responses.

**What do you dislike about SOCi?**

This might just be an ace thing, but the ad campaigns are atrocious. I didn’t want the store locations to be part of the ads and customer support did not remove the ad account. The owner of the stores doesn’t want to pay for the ads, and we then get charged about $300 per ad, which is at least twice a month.
Somehow it is set to automatically set the ad live unless we delete it. So when a message popped up saying something about needing to reconnect so that ads would work, I didn’t fill in the information, that way no ads will run.
I love the social calendar and all of the content that is on the platform, but please find a way to allow people to opt out of ads, or just have ads as potential and then someone needs to click on the ad for it to go live.

Ace puts all of their digital assets on soci, so I am able to get content from Ace.

Easy to update your Google listing profiles and make sure you don't miss an optimization.

**What do you dislike about SOCi?**

I have not figured out the exact value it has provided and whether or not what level of engagement would produce what level of value. There is value but its hard for me to measure.

**What problems is SOCi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows me to keep my listings in top shape, and I am still learning more. My company recently got soci genius, and I am learning it.

**What do you like best about SOCi?**

I use SOCi for posting about resident events across all social media platforms. It streamlines the process and review of posts, which saves me and my team a lot of time. I also appreciate that there are many ways to learn how to use SOCi, providing an avenue to get acquainted with the system. This allows me to troubleshoot or learn the system better without resorting to trial and error. Setting up my personal account was super easy too.

The UI can be confusing at times but I have become more comfortable with it.

I use SOCi to streamline posting and reviewing across social media, saving me and my team time. It also helps us learn and troubleshoot efficiently without trial and error.

**What do you like best about SOCi?**

I like how we can easily post pre-curated posts and schedule custom posts all in one place using SOCi. It saves us time, so we don't have to worry about managing social media directly from our phones. This means I can spend more time on important work. The initial setup of SOCi was very easy, which was a relief.

**What do you dislike about SOCi?**

I think the cropping feature needs work on the photos, sometimes I will crop it and it comes out wrong still. If we could see DM's too that would be awesome

SOCi lets us easily post and schedule social media posts all in one place, freeing us from using our phones. I like how it gives us more time for important work by reducing social media time.

**What do you like best about SOCi?**

I use SOCi to manage over 80 Facebook accounts, an Instagram account, an X account, and a LinkedIn account. It decreases the time it takes to post and allows me to create groups to send out posts to specific pages. I like that it saves me time! It keeps everything organized and helps with scheduling posts in advance, and I can look at my content calendar.

**What do you dislike about SOCi?**

I think the one thing I would change is that if you post to a group (multiple pages) there isn't a way to delete the posts without going into each account separately.

**What problems is SOCi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use SOCi to manage multiple social media accounts, decreasing posting time and organizing content. It saves me time and helps schedule posts in advance with content calendars.

I really like SOCi's simple UI, which makes managing social media pages across multiple locations much easier. I love the hours of operation display, and my favorite feature is the setup that allows me to checkbox days that are the same, saving me a lot of repetitive time. Once all locations were onboarded, the initial setup was very easy.

**What do you dislike about SOCi?**

Providing better API capabilities. We have a third party interface between our CRM and SOCi, making the link so that what gets updated in the 3rd party doesn't have to be updated in SOCi or vice versa would be great.

**What problems is SOCi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SOCi helps manage social media across 400 locations, simplifying updates across platforms. The simple UI and the checkbox feature for hours of operation save me repetitive time.

**What do you like best about SOCi?**

I use SOCi for my apartment complex activities, and I appreciate how it simplifies communicating with people. We no longer need to send out a million different newsletters or emails, which is a big relief. The ease of use is fantastic; it's not only easy but also kind of fun. I love that I don't have to fuss about picking a date or time—just click the calendar, click the day, select the time, and post. Overall, the transition to using SOCi from doing everything ourselves has made things less messy.

**What do you dislike about SOCi?**

We have two apartments to take care of, and as far as I can see, we have to use two different SOCi accounts. Merging would be great.

**What problems is SOCi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SOCi simplifies communication for my apartment complex by reducing the need for multiple newsletters or emails. It's also easy and fun to use, letting me easily schedule posts with a few clicks.

It is very user-friendly and simple to update content to best fit my company and the AI suggested posts are helpful in creating a content calendar. It's also great to be able to post Tiktok content in addition to Facebook and Instagram. The Soci University courses made it very easy to understand how the platform worked right from the start.

**What do you dislike about SOCi?**

So far, I haven't run into any issues using SOCi.

SOCi makes it so much easier to create a monthly content calendar because it provides suggested posts for my business, so I don't have to come up with everything from scratch, saving time to work on other tasks.

I love how you can look at the schedule and see all the posts you have scheduled to post but also any upcoming posts that was from Facebook or X, etc.

I really haven't discovered anything I dislike yet.

Before I wasn't sure what Ford would suggest to post on all of our social media platforms, plus Ford's Tool box was a mess trying to find art actually what to post for the month, but SOCi made it SO easy for me that I love it.

It's not intuitive.  I feel like the features and the calendar could be much easier to use.  I recommend the SOCI team hire an external design thinker that assesses the experience from the point of view of a brand new user who has never used a tool like this but is used to very simple, intuitive online or app based tools.  I feel like you could cut out steps, screens, and layers from the experience.

It allows me to attain the best practice of posting regularly on social media.  I only wish it could also automate the re-posting on my personal sites.  I still have to do that myself.

I like SOCi for its easy format of making captions and adding pictures, which makes the job of posting much easier. It's simple to see everything, select dates, and I appreciate how it sends things to the marketing team for a quick review, which is usually very easy and fast. I think it's very easy to use and straightforward, requiring only a quick review to understand how to do things, and after that, everything is easy to remember and use.

I like the recommended designs that are already in the SOCi system because they save me time. It gives me symmetrical designs that I don't have to come up with myself, allowing me to focus on more important tasks in my job. Additionally, I enjoy the experience of using SOCi once I got used to it.

I mean, you have to search hard for some features but, you get used to it after a time.

SOCI has significantly boosted our online presence and has also been essential in ensuring our on-site teams remain accountable. Its user-friendly interface and robust features have played a major role in helping us strengthen our online reputation and achieve our marketing objectives. SOCi is continually evolving, introducing new features and enhancements to their products. The addition of Genius has made a noticeable difference by reducing the workload for our teams, while still maintaining accountability for social media and reputation responsibilities. **What do you like best about SOCi?**

We’ve had a fantastic experience working with SOCi to manage the local listings for all of our newly acquired branches following a recent merger. Their team was incredibly helpful, responsive, and resourceful throughout the entire process. They made what could have been a complex and time-consuming task feel seamless and well-organized. Thanks to SOCi, our branch information is now consistently updated and optimized across platforms, helping us maintain a strong local presence. Highly recommend their services to any business looking for reliable local listing support!

**What do you dislike about SOCi?**

One area for improvement would be follow-through on additional requests outside of the initial onboarding. While not a deal breaker by any means, more consistency in that area would make an already strong partnership even better.
Overall, SOCi has been a valuable partner in helping us maintain a strong and consistent local presence. We appreciate their support and would recommend them to any business navigating multi-location listing management.

**What problems is SOCi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SOCi has helped us solve a major challenge: managing and updating local listings across multiple platforms for a large number of branches, especially following a recent merger. With so many new locations to onboard, ensuring consistent and accurate information—like addresses, hours, and contact details—was a complex task.
SOCi streamlined this process by centralizing our local listing management, saving us time and reducing the risk of errors or inconsistencies. Their platform and team made it easy to maintain a strong local presence, which is critical for customer trust and search visibility. As a result, our branches are now more discoverable online, and we’ve seen improvements in both brand consistency and local SEO performance.
