What do you like best about SOCi?

I love the interface. I think it's really easy to use. The AI does a really good job of getting a start to responses when I'm looking to respond to reviews on pages. It's really handy being able to post across platforms, making it easy to cross-post to different locations. What do you dislike about SOCi?

I do think that when I'm looking through media to grab from different banks of data, like previous posts and things like that, they could be displayed in a more coherent order. They seem a little bit hard to discern from one to the next. There's like three different banks if I recall, and just being able to see everything in one view page would help me find what I'm looking for a little easier. What do you like best about SOCi?

Soci has proven to be a dependable platform for managing social media across multiple locations. It strikes a strong balance between centralized brand control and flexible tools that still let local teams participate in content creation and publishing.

The centralized calendar makes it easy to plan and coordinate campaigns across platforms, and the bulk scheduling option saves a significant amount of time when you’re managing multiple accounts. Once posts are scheduled, publishing is consistent and reliable, and it’s straightforward to make small adjustments to fit the needs of different platforms.

The shared content library is another standout. Corporate teams can upload pre-approved assets, giving local teams access to on-brand content they can use as-is or adapt. This helps maintain brand consistency while still allowing each location to personalize messaging when it makes sense.

What do you like best about SOCi?

I really appreciate SOCi's online portal that lets us track our posts and scheduled posts easily and update anything as needed. It's valuable for us, especially being a veterinary clinic, as it helps us get information to our clients and let them know what we offer. I also find it great for keeping up with reviews and ensuring we don't miss anything important. The analytics portion is helpful too, making sure I'm keeping up on things. What do you like best about SOCi?

I really like SOCi for its ease of scheduling posts for platforms like Facebook and Instagram, which helps me manage our insurance company's social media without worrying during a busy week. It's helpful because anyone in the office can log in and post, making it very easy for everyone on the team to contribute. I like the easy-to-use interface. I can track many of my social accounts and follow up on any comments customers leave. I also appreciate that it’s geared toward people who aren’t very tech-savvy. What do you like best about SOCi?

I use SOCi every day for social media posting, analytics, sentiment, and review responses. It's great that it solves scheduling issues across multiple platforms and makes creating graphics easy with Canva. I really like how it's user-friendly and easy to jump into, saving me time by having everything in one centralized dashboard. The integrations are fantastic, allowing me to connect social accounts and use Canva for memorable graphics. What do you dislike about SOCi?

I often have issues accessing Canva's graphics after creating. While working on a graphic, there is no way I know to save in the middle of doing work and come back to it later. I also cannot find old graphics in the Canva integration. The dashboard occasionally has glitches where social accounts will become disconnected. Google Business posting is also difficult at times. What do you like best about SOCi?

I use SOCi to post for my property management company's properties, and I really like that it gives me access to multiple platforms at the same time. It makes it so I don't have to use multiple platforms to post on them all, which saves a lot of time. The ability to add hashtags is great because it ensures that if anyone is searching by hashtags, we are visible. I also find the scheduling feature valuable as it helps us post at peak times, ensuring our consumers see our posts.
