What do you like best about MaxAssist?

MaxAssist has truly been a game changer for our team. It's designed by people who understand real-world needs, and it offers an invaluable dashboard for tracking KPIs, giving our team a sense of control, progress, and accomplishment. The support team is outstanding. The platform helps us communicate with our patients more effectively and efficiently, saving us a huge amount of time. As a data enthusiast, I love the information available, which helps us make solid, data-driven decisions. What do you dislike about MaxAssist?

What do you like best about MaxAssist?

I like using MaxAssist for handling recalls, SMS, and confirmations. The texting feature is particularly valuable because it allows us to get immediate responses from patients who do not respond via phone calls or emails. It saves us a lot of time and is a more updated method of contact, which most patients find very useful. Additionally, the surveys in MaxAssist are more user-friendly, which was a factor in transitioning from Clear Connect. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MaxAssist?

The notes where messages are left are confusing during follow-ups. It's like we have to write a novel to understand the previous notes. Also, the clarity on dates for last calls and when follow-ups should be made versus the current messages could be improved. What do you like best about MaxAssist?

This software saves us a lot of time since we no longer have to call patients to confirm appointments. Our patients really appreciate the texting feature for reminders, as well as the chat option, which allows us to communicate even when they can't talk on the phone. I also find it very helpful that if our booking software goes down—whether from a power outage or other issues—we can still access the schedule on a cellphone to notify patients. The platform is very user-friendly. Customer support is excellent; any issues that come up are always resolved quickly. I also enjoy the new AI features that help with daily task lists. The profile bar adds a fun element by letting you try to unlock all the badges, making it a bit of a challenge to complete everything. Overall, it makes daily work tasks much easier. What do you like best about MaxAssist?

I really like the appointment reminders and how the medical forms get sent directly to the patient, filled out, and then imported into the document center. This makes the administration's job more efficient and prevents staff from having to wait for the patient to fill out forms during their appointment. Everything is completed beforehand, allowing us to see the patient right away. Additionally, the initial setup of MaxAssist was very easy, and the customer service is top-notch and very prompt. I like how MaxAssist shows which patient is a priority and highlights any missing information we need to ask the patient when they arrive. It helps me manage my time properly with AI assistance and decide who to contact first, which is useful for patients who might have missed, cancelled, or haven't booked for hygiene yet. I find it really helpful to ensure we gather needed details like email or another phone number, as we tend to forget sometimes. Also, the setup is fast and very user-friendly. I am not pleased that the program cannot create an appointment directly in our scheduler. While it does reserve the time slot, the appointment still has to be entered manually.
