
It's cloud based, no server needed. You can log-in from home if needed to check the schedule or follow-up with patients on the chat. The design is smart and easy to use. I've worked with many different dental software in my 19 + years in dental and this is the go to dental software! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There is only a few downsides compare to the others. Internet is a must. In a bind, I was able to use my cell phone hotspot when WIFI went down, which is rare. The live agent availably is greatly missed, so I don't feel like my issues are truly resolved in the chat. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
