**What do you like best about Knock CRM?**

The Knock CRM is a one-stop shop for all things multifamily leasing, operations, and marketing. Knock's has various high-quality tools when it comes to data, communications, and automations. The support and knowledge center are very helpful.

**What do you dislike about Knock CRM?**

With a large portfolio of properties, the roll-out and integration of Knock was more challenging and complex than expected. It would be nice to have an easier and faster set-up process.

**What problems is Knock CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The Knock CRM has empowered our leasing and operation teams. It has helped us improve the leasing, touring, and resident experiences. Knock also has streamlined and simplified workflows.

**What do you like best about Knock CRM?**

The upside of using Knock is that it integrates with our PMS software. You see in-real time activity, love that it tracks follow up and it has easy to access data reporting

**What do you dislike about Knock CRM?**

Sometimes info I'm updating is not saving within the mapped sources section, there can sometimes be a disconnection within the integration section, also wished there was further integration with other social platforms like Instagram

**What problems is Knock CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

it ensures that teams stay connected and up to date on  their tasks, prospects, and property metrics. I find myself being more productive and being able to check performance metrics

**What do you like best about Knock CRM?**

Knock is easy to use and integrates flawlessly into our systems. Our onsite staff finds it very helpful to keep track of their prospects. To be honest, I have not used another platform that competes with Knock.

**What do you dislike about Knock CRM?**

The only downside is sometimes the integration can be a little finicky and take a little longer than desired. The integration piece could be made more efficient.

**What problems is Knock CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is solving the downtime between first contact and follow up. In smaller offices Knock is ideal because it assists in keep track and keeps people from falling through the cracks.

**What do you like best about Knock CRM?**

Knock's customer service and training platform hit it out of the park for Western Wealth Communities. They provide detailed analytics for our leadership team, making marketing and conversion discussions easy. The engagement scores drive our teams to be active with our prospects ensuring every lead is being touched and our marketing dollars are being well utilized. Company insights allow our Training Department to review on a weekly basis and determine what additional training needs to occur in order to increase our conversion for CPL and tours. Knowing what advertising partners are delivering quality leads allows our marketing department to make informed decisions on sources, and maximize our spending across the portfolio.  Knock is the true definition of a partner, not just a vendor. They assist us in not only the rollout of new services such as knock tours but the training of our teams. I can not give them enough praise for making my job as a Training and Marketing Director easier!

**What do you dislike about Knock CRM?**

There is a learning curve, like any program we implement onsite, and our teams need to dedicate time to go through the training platform and sessions offered. I wish that more on-demand classes were offered where they can work with a rep 1x1. Recently we have been partnered with a team that offers this and it has been a game-changer.

**What problems is Knock CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ensuring all leads are being touched, marketing sources are working for us, and our teams are trained in converting leads to leases. We can listen to calls and ensure that our 
WWCo standard of people-first is being upheld, and our teams remain engaged and proactive in their communication.

**What do you like best about Knock CRM?**

Excellent for tracking all correspondences, dates, times, etc. It's so fun to use too! Thank you for making such a great product! It's user-friendly, and the team can jump in and help each other with follow-ups for all leads and resident communications. Here is something big I want to mention too. I used KNOCK to assist me in proving our consistency in our communication with a difficult situation with one of our residents. So even though we lean 100% on KNOCK for our leads, it also helps daily management. Thanks again!

I cannot think of anything that I dislike.

**What do you like best about Knock CRM?**

Knock is easy to use and easy to roll out. Our onsite teams adopted the program very quickly.  Knock helps our teams perform at their best, streamlining day-to-day activity and making every prospect in our pipeline count. The analytics is impressive and provides accurate lead attribution data to our marketing department and performance metrics to our training department.  Knock is very flexible with a variety of settings to accommodate our needs for our procedures in each community.  The best thing I like about our experience with Knock Team is their responsive customer service. They are always available. Moriah, Kevin, and Sean are great to work with!

**What do you dislike about Knock CRM?**

A few integration hiccups with our PM software, but nothing significant. I do appreciate the workarounds and eagerness of their team to address it and provide future enhancements.

**What problems is Knock CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I researched multiple CRM software in our industry, testing and piloting for the past 3 years. One of our biggest pain points was lead attribution data and performance metrics on prospect handling and follow-up. Knock solved both of those pain points.

Calendar scheduling is super easy to use for our whole team. Helps us schedule more tours and prospects in a day.

**What do you dislike about Knock CRM?**

Nothing that I can think of would be a benefit to this product.

**Recommendations to others considering Knock CRM:**

It's a value for the service it offers to a small leasing staff. We are able to turn through twice as many prospects as compared to just Rent Cafe Flex which is what we were primarily using before.

Automatic appointment scheduling, as well as the ease of adding in guest cards for walk-ins. Helps us do more tours in a day and easily add in prospects while on the phone.

**What do you like best about Knock CRM?**

Our company absolutely loves this CRM. This is the first and only CRM that I have had site teams fall in love with and regularly use. It forces the hand on follow-up, has a great scoring metric, and kicks out some of the most useful reports without any unneeded fluff. Thanks, Knock!

Nothing to dislike! This software covers all needs.

The biggest problem this solves for us is making sure site teams are following up on leads and tours. The analytics give us great insight into what lead sources make sense and which we need to give the boot.

**What do you like best about Knock CRM?**

Knock is an all-around standout in the CRM space that serves the interest of all stakeholders. The product is easy to learn and simple to use, and their team offers fantastic ongoing support to onsite teams. From a corporate level, you have access to all the reporting and KPI data you could ever need. As an owner, you can take comfort in knowing your leads are being well managed and your ROI accurately tracked. On top of it all, Knock has proven to be a great partner and provides first-class service and support and continues to show their commitment to a long-term partnership by the continued investments they make in their product.

**What do you dislike about Knock CRM?**

Nothing! Any challenges or obstacles we've thrown at the Knock product team have been met with solutions or creative workarounds. One of the best things about Knock is its continued innovation and an ever-evolving, improving product.

Since transitioning to Knock, we've seen an increase in not only engagement but improved responsiveness and prospect conversions.

**What do you like best about Knock CRM?**

Knock shows you the entire workflow. You see the inception of the lead, who received it, who worked it, and who didn't work it.  You can identify what ways of communication have been used and not used. It gives you those granular details you need to more effectively and efficiently pinpoint areas of interest. Those can be areas needing improvement, identify training opportunities, develop strategies and best practices, and help improve the overall prospect experience.

**What do you dislike about Knock CRM?**

I want to add email addresses or custom links to signatures being generated on emails going out.

**What problems is Knock CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a Regional Marketing & Training Director, Knock helps me customize my trainings to the individual's needs based on the work I am seeing them do. I can dive into every detail of the workflow and see what works and what doesn't and help my teams achieve success with their skills and empower them to develop their skills and acquire new ones.

**What do you like best about Knock CRM?**

There are plenty of helpful software solutions we use throughout our day. Understandably, almost all of those solutions have issues or need improvement at some point but getting a quick and simple answer from most software providers is hard to come by. That is not the case with Knock. Knock's customer service team responds quickly with solutions or gives honest answers about the software's current limitations. This helps us get back to work and moving forward and really means a lot to our teams.

**What do you dislike about Knock CRM?**

Knock does not have a multi-touch attribution model yet but, from my understanding, they are working on improving their attribution functionality and plan to update soon.

**What problems is Knock CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Knock kills four birds with one stone: it funnels all of our leads into an easy to manage dashboard, it provides SMS communication and auto-scheduling for prospect tours, it gives us insight into our leasing team's productivity, and it tracks the effectiveness of our ad sources. That is a BIG value add for our company and makes Knock an excellent partner for us.

**What do you like best about Knock CRM?**

We have been using Knock for about two years now and have been extremely satisfied. It has a great interface that makes it easy to read all forms of communication with prospects (emails, chatbot, texts, calls) and is very intuitive. We have trained about 15-20 employees on Knock and the ease of use + online training catalog makes onboarding easy and efficient. The customer service is great too, every team member we have worked with has been knowledgeable, friendly and quick to respond. Highly recommend!

**What do you dislike about Knock CRM?**

I would like to see the integration with self guided software improve (this is still a new area but I have some ideas!)

**What problems is Knock CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Better communication and follow ups. We have reduced the number of leads that fall through the cracks and found a better tool for sites with multiple agents following up with each other's leads. We were also able to provide better texting and self-scheduling tools than we previously used.

**What do you like best about Knock CRM?**

There is so much I love that is hard to choose but I'll pick my top 3 items.  I love how user-friendly the software is, you can learn by navigating this and checking all features.  I absolutely love the texting feature, who wants to read emails?  And, as a marketer, I love the advertising tracking tool.  This software has changed the way we work and expedites communications to match prospects and residents' current expectations.

**What do you dislike about Knock CRM?**

I wouldn't categorize this as a dislike, it's more of a wish and hope one day soon this is offered.  Other software tools are already offering this:  the customer journey.  I'd love to see where the prospect started searching and how they ended up with us.  We give credit to SEO/sem campaigns for our website and google leads but I feel like we're guessing here.

You won't regret it, use Knock REntals and boost your team's productivity immediately!

We're solving communications and the team likes the texting capabilities very much.

**What do you like best about Knock CRM?**

I like knock, because of it's ease of use, look, and concentration of information.  It is integrated with our leasing system and is very easy for me to train my new leasing agents on.  Knock's processes make sense; the day to day task presented by their system have a very organic feel which makes it easy for the leasing team and allows for smooth communication with the prospects.

**What do you dislike about Knock CRM?**

I dont dislike many things when it comes to knock, we occasionally duplicate prospects card that when merged, you lose functionality like for texting, which you could've had on a previous card.  I also dont like that you cant have a card for boyfriend and a card for girlfirend and merge them without lossing one or the other.  I dont like have you cant connect a locator with a propect, or that we occationally cant generate a quote an have to put in a deposit amount when the deposit amount may depend on the screening, but they are continuing to evolve their services and rectify these issue, which I do like.

I recommend checking out the competition before choosing Knock CRM, because it only makes you appreciate the service they offer more.

**What problems is Knock CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

To be able to do so many things from one system is awesome.  We can text, email, and call from one platform that is integrated with our leasing system and automatically puts the prospect in our in our system.  The system puts time back into our day, so we can focus on property management, which is the main goal of any property management team.  The system helps us lease as well as stay on top appointments, resident calls and follow ups.

The best part about Knock is how user-friendly it is. It is super simple to use, and you can easily follow up with leads, contact prospects, and track leasing activity.

The most difficult part about using Knock is if someone else on my team opens a message from a prospect it goes away from my screen, even if that colleague forgets to respond.

We only sometimes  run into issues with spam calls getting through (ie ST data, car warranty, etc.) We, however, have seen that lead follow-ups run much more smoothly since using Knock!

**What do you like best about Knock CRM?**

It's user-friendly. The platform has a very modern and updated feel to it. They're very receptive and value input from their clients. They're constantly making changes and additions to their product (in a good way) that make the customer relationship side of things more efficient. We know every dollar we spend with Knock is purposeful.

**What do you dislike about Knock CRM?**

We have yet to find a negative regarding Knock. There is of course the learning curve when you jump over to a new product but Knock has supplied more training opportunities than any platform I've used before to ensure their clients' success with the products.

**Recommendations to others considering Knock CRM:**

There is always hesitancy with rolling out a new product but you and your teams can be assured that the Knock teams go above and beyond to help you solve any issues along the way. They've been so willing to get on calls with us and offer tips and tricks. We've done over 7 different small group trainings with them in 3 months to ensure each little section of our portfolio feels seen and heard when it comes to the usability of the product.

Our responsiveness to prospects is much more within our grasp than before and we can watch the physical success of it through the engagement scores.

I love that the product is user-friendly for our site teams, keeps leads organized, and has excellent reporting and analytics for tracking!

I like everything about the product. The service we have received has been top-notch, and the program has been able to grow with us as we have transitioned to more virtual leasing platforms.

Make the switch! This program is a great tool to make your teams more efficient and increase sales!

We can better track our leads ad spend and keep prospect engagement high resulting in higher leasing results! The program has increased our productivity on site.

**What do you like best about Knock CRM?**

The ease of use and how it allows us to communicate with prospective residents in multiple ways are why I prefer Knock to other CRMs.   Additionally, it gives transparent data on our leasing team's performance as well as our marketing sources.  Support and training are a click away, and our Customer Success Manager, Tyler, is quick to respond and very helpful.

**What do you dislike about Knock CRM?**

Some of the data that pushes between Knock and the PMS doesn't translate and it causes reporting to be out of sync.

**Recommendations to others considering Knock CRM:**

Utilize it for prospects and residents.  Encourage leasing teams to use it 100% for communication from tour to departure.

**What problems is Knock CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With Knock we get data on our Marketing Source performance which allows us to increase or decrease spending based on conversion.  We also are able to coach leasing team members based on conversion ratios and seeing communication threads in the CRM.

**What do you like best about Knock CRM?**

High turnover among onsite teams has been a barrier to success in maintaining consistent and effective lead management. The KNOCK  platform is incredibly intuitive; new hires can jump right in with minimum lag time. The quality of KNOCK's online training and support makes becoming an expert in lead management practically effortless.

**What do you dislike about Knock CRM?**

I cannot think of anything that I would change currently. KNOCK stays ahead of the curve in both innovation and the execution of process improvements. Upgrades to KNOCK are delivered seamlessly and usually ahead of schedule.

**Recommendations to others considering Knock CRM:**

KNOCK is the best in its class! A fantastic product backed by a tremendous development and support team, partnering with KNOCK was an excellent decision for our company.

**What problems is Knock CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Your CRM is only as good as the team that uses it! KNOCK makes employee onboarding and adaptation easy. No complaints, no resistance to change, no problems...our onsite teams were thrilled to learn a new CRM tool designed with their comfort and needs in mind. Upon rolling out KNOCK, we saw an immediate and positive impact on NOI. Better prospect (and resident) engagement equals more leases, less turnover, and ultimately, higher returns for our investors.

The responsiveness from the customer service team as well as our awesome rep, Ben O'Sullivan is great! Knock has been a phenomenal and innovative product for our company.

Better visibility into advertising as well as the performance of our teams. Dashboard is really easy to use, which has helped with the adoptions from our teams.

The message section to the right hand side of the dash could be a bit more refined.

The recorded calls have come in handy several times to help resolve complaints and sticky situations, as well as the automated message tray for quick first responses. It's a time saver and still allows for proper communication.

**What do you like best about Knock CRM?**

I like that Knock keeps all traffic, including current residents, in one place. Following up is easy and ensures we don't forget our follow-up. It also allows transparency for us to view how follow-ups are completed. Knock is easy for us to teach to our teams, and they have the best customer service as a company. We have used other CRM tools, and they have not been as clean & easy to use.

**What do you dislike about Knock CRM?**

The only thing that I dislike is that our pricing from our PMS software is not integrating correctly, so we are unable to use all the features that leasing could benefit from.

We are tracking our lost leads and using the recording options as a training tool. We realize that with the CRM tool, we are following our closing percentages in a better manner. We also love that we can see how often leasing teams lose leads and why they are losing them.

It's ease of use and support. I was completely new to it in May of this year and felt like an expert between my new company's Director of Implementation and the IT support / training provided by Knock.

Nothing, it didn't create extra "busy" work for myself or my staff and helped make our business life productive. Best CRM program/ software I've experienced using and I've been in the industry 10+ years?

The benefit of obtaining the perfect client base while not wasting either mone or my team's valuable but extremely limited time to do so. Knock is the best out there.

Knock is designed as a foolproof way to manage prospect information and the renter life cycle. We like the follow up features and  ability to craft unique responses.

**What do you dislike about Knock CRM?**

Poor integration with Realpage. We constantly have to refresh while we wait on Knock to sync with pricing, which can create a huge delay in getting timely quotes to prospects.

We are seeing better management of the renter life cycle and there is much more accountability and transparency on the part of our leasing consultants.
