# Which solution supports multimedia-rich WhatsApp campaigns?

Exploring WhatsApp marketing tools right now for my friend's ecommerce brand (fashion) and trying to figure out which ones actually handle multimedia campaigns well, not just plain text blasts. Given they are in retail domain, being able to send product images, carousels, videos, and even PDFs (invoices, catalogs) makes a big difference in engagement.

From looking at G2 reviews and grid reports, I've made a shortlist:

Brevo: ties WhatsApp media into its broader email/SMS marketing suite.

WhatsApp Business Platform: supports rich media natively, but usually needs another platform layered on for campaign workflows.

And did adding richer content actually improve conversions, or do customers still prefer plain text updates?

Also, for those of you running WhatsApp campaigns, which platform actually handled multimedia smoothly? I’m curious if tools like Wati, MoEngage, or SendWo really make sending images/videos seamless, or if you still hit limitations when pushing richer content.
