I will be entering in insurance information, need to go to another patient's profile, and get kicked out of what I'm doing. There isn't a "save progress" button so I am often finding myself entering in information for a 2nd/3rd time if I am every interrupted. Also, the timeclock function should include a notes section. We sometimes clock in/out late or early, and it would be nice to have a feature to add notes to instead of holding onto random pieces of paper for when it comes time to payroll. Compared to our other software uses previously, Dentrix, this software is terrible. Denticon, has too many steps with everything from putting in new patients to making apppintments. So, to make a long story short ,i woukd not recommend this software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Basically, everyrhing. Everyrhing takes too long. Entering patients, entering their medical and dental history, comfirming, making appointments. You have to go from one screen to the next. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
