What do you like best?

Simplicity of route, detailing, change process, inner investigation, task supervisors for staff, and backing. The framework is web/cloud based so can get to our data and imaging from anyplace. This is astoundingly useful for our focal charging office. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

With any patient framework, it is basic to make a point to take the time toward the front so as to get the ideal final products and detailing. This isn't a con yet something that anybody hoping to change over any framework would should be aware of. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We have been on Denticon for 5+ years and have been able to see many of the beneficial enhancements that they have put out. They have been incredibly thoughtful and considerate of their clients throughout their development. We have converted offices from Eaglesoft, Softdent, and Dentrix. What do you like best?

Multi-office functionality, ease of adding providers, incredible support team.

My request tickets are always answered quickly, courteously, and are resolved without issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

Multiple steps required for basic functions such as opening schedules, granting access to employees for multiple sites. These processes can become quite tedious. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

Navigation- it only took me a few days to fully understand how to navigate and use the system functions. Also, every once and a while I receive notifications pertaining to new features Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

I will be entering in insurance information, need to go to another patient's profile, and get kicked out of what I'm doing. There isn't a "save progress" button so I am often finding myself entering in information for a 2nd/3rd time if I am every interrupted. Also, the timeclock function should include a notes section. We sometimes clock in/out late or early, and it would be nice to have a feature to add notes to instead of holding onto random pieces of paper for when it comes time to payroll. Once last thing, it is completely annoying that we have to change information in three places! Main profile, responsible party profile and insurance Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

I manage all of our Marketing for 5 locations and it is easy to run comprehensive reports on Denticon that give me insight to adjust our Marketing strategies and focus. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

It is a bit of a learning curve but for the advanced insights it provides, it's about as condensed as it gets. I would like to see more design appeal though, it looks rather dated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

If you manage multiple practices, Denticon will give you the numbers you need to compare easily. Navigation could be better and ease of use could be simplified but it's all there in the numbers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

Compared to our other software uses previously, Dentrix, this software is terrible. Denticon, has too many steps with everything from putting in new patients to making apppintments. So, to make a long story short ,i woukd not recommend this software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

Basically, everyrhing. Everyrhing takes too long. Entering patients, entering their medical and dental history, comfirming, making appointments. You have to go from one screen to the next. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
