The cuts we worked to get down to the millisecond sometimes don't "take" and it's likely a combination of how may videos we spliced and the processing power of the system. It lets me send participants a set of questions, and they record their own testimonials. This feature saves me the hassle of scheduling interviews and avoids the need for reshooting or retaking footage. I just need to trim the submissions, which saves me a lot of time. Vocal Video presents these recordings in a really professional way with good music, title cards, and elements that make the videos appealing to our audience. Their editing software is also very intuitive, which is great since it allows me to create high-quality content without needing extensive video or editing knowledge. Additionally, setting up Vocal Video was incredibly easy; I just set up an account, was added as a contributor by my manager, and I was ready to go. **What do you dislike about Vocal Video?** I still feel like I'm very limited in terms of what I can do editorially. For example, when a self-recorded testimonial comes in, Vocal Video breaks it into chunks. I can shorten the beginning and/or the end of each chunk, but if there's, like, a dead spot in the middle of it or something I don't like, then I either need to be okay with including it or I have to cut out that entire chunk. I can't just go in and remove a little piece. This isn't a terrible problem to have, and I don't think we've gotten any real complaints. It allows users to make an account and start uploading videos right away. The interface UX/UI is very intuitive and my team was able to quickly add our users to the group and start sharing videos. No downloads, no additional equipment - the requirements on the user are the same as a Zoom/Teams meeting. The cost is not prohibitive and can fit into the budget of most corporations, non-profits, higher ed institutions as well. **What do you dislike about Vocal Video?** There's not much I don't like about Vocal Video. There's not the unlimited freedom of branding and placing images anywhere within the video as there would be if producing it yourself from scratch, but logos and your company's color schemes can be used to fit your brand identity. And the benefits FAR outweigh this minor inconvenience. **What problems is Vocal Video solving and how is that benefiting you?** With busy schedules and members all over the county, finding time and money to schedule video shoots for testimonials, campaign participants, thought-leader responses, etc., made video an expensive and infrequent tool for communication to our audience.
