Best platforms for scheduling across multiple time zones

Hi everyone! I’m currently researching business scheduling platforms that make it easier to manage meetings and appointments across multiple time zones. Our team often works with clients and colleagues around the globe, so we need a solution that automatically adjusts for time zones, avoids double-booking, and integrates with our existing calendars. Bonus points if the tool supports group scheduling, reminders, and mobile access.

Here are a few platforms I’m looking at based on G2 reviews in the Business Scheduling category:

• Calendly: Known for its simplicity and automation, Calendly adjusts meeting times based on participants’ time zones. For those who use it regularly, how well does it handle large groups or multi-person scheduling?
• Doodle: Offers group scheduling and polls, making it easier to coordinate across teams. Curious if it works well when multiple time zones are involved and how seamless the integrations are with Outlook or Google Calendar.
• Acuity Scheduling: Provides advanced scheduling features like automated time zone detection, reminders, and client self-service booking. For anyone using it, is it easy to manage across multiple team members?
• Zoho Bookings: Part of the Zoho ecosystem, this tool supports time zone conversion, automated notifications, and resource booking. I’d love to know if small to mid-sized businesses find it reliable for international scheduling.
• Setmore: Includes scheduling, reminders, and video meeting integrations. Has anyone tried it for coordinating across multiple global teams, and if so, did the time zone conversion work accurately?
