It is great for collecting and storing critical data. **What do you dislike about Pinpoint?** Older hardware devices remained within the database and was a pain to delete forever. However, this has already been solved. **Recommendations to others considering Pinpoint:** This software is a powerful error-proofing and business intelligence solution that's essential for any manufacturer to improve quality and efficiency. It is very simple and flexible. **What problems is Pinpoint solving and how is that benefiting you?** This software has got various designes that has greatly helped us to fit in the market competition. Quality traceability gains, improved operator training lead times.
