I like that I have a direct representative to help me get things situated through Appcast. I think the only thing I would add more emphasis on is ensuring there is proactive communication around data that may be troubling. For example, seeing 250 clicks and 0 applications signals that there’s an issue that should be checked into. We didn’t know this until my team and I pushed for it.
