**What do you like best about Bryq?**

Support from the Bryq team is amazing, they are always will to help and provide support.
Maria and Veronika are excellent. I can always reach out to them and have really engaging and helpful conversations.
The platform is really easy to use, and the data and insights I can extract support talent decision from both a recruitment and development perspective.

**What do you dislike about Bryq?**

We are implementing this slowly across the business, we are learning and adapting our approaches to best deliver value to our stakeholders. So far there is nothing I dislike about Bryq.
Always opportunities to enhance the data integration between Bryq and our ATS - but confident our suggestions are being heard and will influence future enhancements.

**What problems is Bryq solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Since launching a new Applicant Tracking System the number of applications has significantly increased and we were looking for an objective approach to matching candidates to vacancies.
Our strategy also includes identifying development opportunities that support the career growth for top talent joining our business.

**What do you like best about Bryq?**

I love that it's fast in generating results; profiling is AI assisted and automated; and that it's mobile friendly.

**What do you dislike about Bryq?**

It's not that I dislike, but the assessment results could be better if there's more qualitative data to assist recruiters and assessors who would like to know the person more. Sometimes it's better to read them compared to all just being numbers.

**What problems is Bryq solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main problem solved is making data driven decision making. Bryq makes the experience of recruitment more objective, and it assists in getting to know our potential candidates much better.

**What do you like best about Bryq?**

Bryq is super easy to use and its results are direct and easy to read. It provides good insights into a candidate, but most importantly, it is able to evaluate the candidate against the company's culture during the screening stage of the process, which is outstanding. Aside, from this, the AI-powered tool that allows one to create tests through our job description truly facilitates the process.

**What do you dislike about Bryq?**

Bryq is still consolidating and growing as a company, and therefore, its data may seem still messy and hard to understand. There's a lot of room to improvement at to make it more believable and objective I reckon.

**Recommendations to others considering Bryq:**

Make use of the AI tool and the company cultural Indicator that Bryq offers. The integration with Greenhouse is useful but the best thing is the data you can acquire after a while using it.

**What problems is Bryq solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bryq helps us to screen candidates through logical reasoning and similar tests and assesses the candidate's personality, not only for a specific role but for the company as a whole. This helps us create a more objective process.

**What do you like best about Bryq?**

Bryq combines the assessment of personality and cognitive abilities which is great and saves time. The time it takes to do the Bryq assessment is just right to keep candidates engaged, ensuring a high completion percentage. Bryq is using a combination of gamified elements in a business environment making the assessment engaging without exaggerating on the gaming experience.

**What do you dislike about Bryq?**

Nothing, Bryq has a lot of useful functionalities and Bryq’s team is very open to suggestions related to new functionalities.

**What problems is Bryq solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bryq contributes to finding a strong and sustainable match. The key reason for mismatches is a lack of alignment between a candidate’s personality and the DNA of the organization. Bryq allows to look “under the surface” and enables to select the best professional already before the first interview.

Bryq provides thorough and scientifically valid insights in personality and cognitive abilities and match them against your job profile using Holland Code theory. Bryq comes with a unique feature, Leadership potential, which is very useful for managerial positions. The tool is very easy to use, you get access to your own personal environment with filtering options and possibilities to share with your team.
