I think Bryq is intuitive and easy to navigate, which makes using the software simple for me. It leverages AI in a meaningful way, supporting how profiles are created and how assessments are assigned. I really like the integration of AI as it helps to augment the process and speed things up. Ultimately, I like that Bryq is user-friendly, as sometimes these tools can become overengineered and hard to leverage. Additionally, the initial setup of Bryq was very easy for me, as I would rate it a 10 out of 10 for ease of setup. Furthermore, I'm very likely to recommend Bryq, as I would rate it a 10 on a scale from 1 to 10. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I think there could be improvements with Bryq. It would be great if we could collect more qualitative data about candidate experiences and understand why they think the way they do about the tool. Adding a dashboard for pulling reports with metrics like time to fill and candidate velocity would be useful. Also, having some comparator analysis to compare new candidates against the company culture profile or manager profile could be insightful. While the assessments are great, they shouldn't be the end-all in hiring decisions. Objective criteria within the tool to help with decision-making would be helpful.
