I find Pinpoint very intuitive and easy to use, which makes it simple for both recruiters and hiring managers to navigate. I appreciate that Pinpoint scaled with us, adding new features and automations that streamlined our processes and supported our aggressive hiring goals. The integration with tools like Hireflix and LinkedIn is great, making our workflow more efficient across systems. I use Pinpoint for every step of the applicant tracking process. The aspect that I like most about Pinpoint is the friendly user interface, which makes it a straightforward process for reviewing and scheduling applicants for positions. The friendly user interface has made processes much easier as it makes it so Pinpoint does not feel cluttered and I can find the pipelines, roles, and applications that I am looking for more efficiently. I also like that there is live help from the Pinpoint team when it is necessary. The live Pinpoint team has also been helpful if I ever have questions or on the off chance that something has not worked. The Pinpoint team is quick to assist with what is needed from the user. As long as I have used Pinpoint, it has worked very well and efficiently. I like how customizable Pinpoint is. It allows me to build things how I want them, whether it's scorecards, AI review, hiring processes, our careers page, or candidate communications. Essentially, everything can be built to be exactly as I want it. I also think the experience that hiring managers, interviewers, and interviewees receive is phenomenal. Candidates get a lot of touch points through the messaging you can build and have the opportunity to easily communicate with us. I would like to be able to enter manually rather than needing to configure a template for every interview, which adds more clicks. It's not always clear where information on the template will appear in the candidate communications. The 'scroll' type time selector is very fiddly to use. We are unable to use free text for interview invites and confirmations, and the email template system is over complicated, with some sections being non-editable. Most importantly, self-select slots can't be overlapped, causing additional admin and headaches for my team, especially if managers want overlapping slots. Also, it would be good if anonymised data was available past the data retention period so we could pull historical data without unnecessarily keeping candidate personal information beyond a reasonable time frame.
