**What do you like best about Humanforce?**

What I like best about Humanforce is how easy it makes managing work schedules and keeping everything in one place. The mobile app is especially convenient because it lets employees check their rosters, request leave, and set availability without needing to chase managers. For managers, the platform saves a lot of time by automating things like timesheets, payroll, and compliance, while also giving real-time visibility into staffing and labour costs. It’s user-friendly, reduces admin work, and helps everyone stay on the same page, which makes day-to-day operations run much smoother.

**What do you dislike about Humanforce?**

While Humanforce has many strengths, there are a few drawbacks that can make using it frustrating. The support experience is inconsistent — users often report long wait times for help tickets, little follow-up, and difficulty getting hold of a real person. The interface for back-end users is sometimes described as outdated or sluggish; tasks like roster creation and admin functions can be more complex than necessary, with a steep learning curve. The system has also been known to lag or even crash under heavy use in some situations. Some features that seem essential — like strong customization of certain reports, smoother app-based roster editing, or better visibility/control over penalties and public holiday rates — are either missing or harder to use than expected. Overall, while the platform delivers a lot of power, it can take significant time and effort to master and get everything running smoothly.

IntelliHR is the best tool that keeps a record of the performance and productiveness of the employees. It is very helpful for the managers or HRs to store and save the data of the employees in this software.

I dont think there is anything that anyone dislikes about this tool, but yes its only little expensive than similar tools, but its worth it.

It solves the problem of Paperless work. We can easily fetch out the details of the employees from this software and can access important documents all in one place. Its Self service portal allows employees to manage their own information.

My biggest like for IntelliHR is how easy it is to navigate. It took me just a couple of traings to get a good grasp of it. I also had am amaxing account managr Morgan, she is exceptional.

**What do you like best about Humanforce?**

I recently started using intelliHR for my company's HR needs and I have been extremely impressed with its capabilities. The platform is intuitive and easy to use, making it simple for me to manage employee information, track key analytics and access important documents all in one place. The interface is modern and aesthetically pleasing, making it a joy to use.

One of the features that I find particularly helpful is the employee self-service portal, which allows employees to manage their own information, and request time off. This has significantly reduced the amount of administrative work I need to do, freeing up time for other important tasks.

In addition, the customer support has been exceptional in helping me navigate any issues or questions that I have had. They are always quick to respond and are very knowledgeable about the platform, especially our Customer Success Manager Jayden Leming was always there to help tailor our business's needs into the platform.

Overall, I highly recommend intelliHR for any company looking for a comprehensive, user-friendly HR solution. It has been a game-changer for our HR department and has greatly improved our efficiency and productivity.

The only downside I've encountered have been a few limitations of functionality. However, everytime I've raised an issue, it has been met with a promising answer. The intelliHR team are nearly always already working on the problem in the back end to improve the system. It's great to know they take on their customer's feedback and consistently implement new features into the platform.

intelliHR is a fabulous people management platform that has helped us streamline our processes, given us access to real-time analytics, and improved our UX. It's easy to use, easy to integrate with, and has reduced our admin burden, enabling us to do more meaningful work.

Nothing comes to mind. It really is a great HR solution.

Since implementing intelliHR we have seen enormous imrovement in our data integrity and accuracy. We have also noticed the admin burden reduce, enabling our time to be better spent on more meaningful work. The analytics have saved us a lot of time that would normally be spent manually putting reports together. intelliHR is now our source of truth for people data meaning we can push data into other business systems, reducing manual entry and room for errors.

**What do you like best about Humanforce?**

At times the rhetoric prior to entering into a service agreement for software service is not the lived reality once signed.  The experience with Intelli has been seamless, including their project management and they have provided exceptional engagement and support from the get go. We very quickly started seeing the benefits even before being fully implemented.  We are confident in configuring forms and workflows and back end processes to deliver on the needs of the business.  We have set up a range of tools to enhance our onboarding experience through Intelli and feedback on this from new employees has been exceptionally positive.  Providing one key point of contact has been really positive and we look forward to continuing to work with Intelli.

**What do you dislike about Humanforce?**

Not a dislike, however we look forward to seeing enhancements including introduction of the multi-level approval being implemented to support those processes requiring more than one approval.

**What problems is Humanforce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Moving from a lot of tedious paper-based manual processes and multiple spreadsheets to manage the suite of HR functions to enabling technology which has improved management and employee engagement and feedback, document management, reporting, workflows, onboarding, offboarding, performance development etc etc etc - the list is quite endless!

Incredibly easy to learn how to use and navigate, it has many additional functionalities that each business can put its twist on to fit its recruitment processes perfectly. Excellent talent pooling, candidate communication, shortlisting, integration & report building capabilities.

**What do you dislike about Humanforce?**

It's pretty difficult to pinpoint anything i dislike about livehire. I have used roughly 4 ATS in my recruitment career, all of which are outdated, clunky and rather difficult to use. I would say the only downside would be the cost of the subscription being pretty high, as well as the cost to integrate other platforms; in saying that, the system boosts efficiency & productivity so i think it all works out in the wash.

Great visibility over hiring statistics and reporting makes it easy to find areas of improvement and recruitment trends. Improves response rates from candidates with texting/email capability from the platform.

I have been fortunate to implement IntelliHR into the organisations I have worked on two occasions.  My dealings with IntelliHR are professional and the implementation is seamless.  The best aspect of IntelliHR is how intuitive it is to use and its functionality.  I am delighted that IntelliHR keeps getting better and better each time.  I have never been associated with a software company with such exceptional customer service and focus on the end-user experience.

I would love to get more video tutorials for IntelliHR.  The team are great - especially Alex - and always available to take you through elements of the system, but it is good to have video tutorials to reference for later.

IntelliHR has been successful in providing our Company with a centralised people database which we use across three separate entities.  It provides us with real time analytics and real time organisation chart.  Our Managers love the manager log functionality and the ability to electronically approve contracts.

The biggest benefit of the product is the possibility to have a slick, tidy, structured and customizable performance management process and improve the existing ones as the platform already has best practices.

I love the ease with which you can communicate with candidates in your community and on the live market. The ability to track talent in talents pools and in your community is fantastic for identifying suitable candidates for upcoming roles.

LiveHire has lots of great features but can be overwhelming to learn as they are all displayed on the page at once, especially when viewing a candidate profile - there are so many options! It also would be good if liveHire auto-prompted candidates to complete their profiles if they weren't complete.

IntelliHR is the best tool that tracks employee productivity and performance. It helps employers store and manage employee data in a centralised system. The software identifies the staff training needs and record skill assessments and employee metrics.

Integration issues with some third-party software solutions. It needs technical help to set up and maintain the management software. Cost-wise, it is a little higher side compared to peers.

Organization chart is great - with a growing team, it is helpful to keep track of who is who and what team they report to. We are starting to use it for OKRs, so looking forward to seeing how that element works!

So far so good - some of the data isnt correct (like vacation days), but that is likely due to a syncing issue from our end.

They are assisting with templates to regret candidates that have been regretted but think they may not have come across appropriately to apply due to the nature of the position. Unfortunately, there are specifications that we look for in an application; if the candidate does not meet that standard, then it is regretted.  We need to let them know in a good way that they don't fit the criteria.

intelliHR is very simple to use and has a solution to all your HRIS challenges and the business will pick it up quickly. The integration with ATS and LMS providers is great and makes for a whole solution for end-to-end HR. The implementation of intelliHR was seamless and very supportive from our Customer Success Manager Korey!

Nothing to dislike about intelliHR, there are so many features available and the team are constantly looking to develop or improve areas. They are very open to feedback and making the platform work for the businesses individual needs.

intelliHR is a very user-friendly platform that provides an intuitive user experience both for the administrator and also the team. It was very simple to get up and running and the support from both our account manager and also the support team in general, has been excellent since we joined. I appreciate the video meetings for quarterly reviews and opportunities to give feedback which can often feed directly into their development tasks.

**What do you dislike about Humanforce?**

Not a downside as such but my only comment would be at times I want it to allow me to be able to do more myself than the system allows from a manipulation perspective but this is not a major issue and we have always found a work around solution or in future releases something has been updated.

For a small business this is one of the most cost effective solutions that provides us with everything we need.

intelliHR assisted us to streamline and digitise our induction process and make it a more streamlined and user-friendly experience for new staff. It has also allowed us to automate many feedback processes that previously were very manual.

I love that IntelliHR is now our one source of truth for tracking our teams performance management, training and development, and performance improvement plans.

The only thing we are waiting to see is anonymous surveys, so employees can tell us what they are thinking without worrying about their name being attached to their opinions and ideas.

**Recommendations to others considering Humanforce:**

This is an excellent software with amazing support, they do not make you do it alone, the setup was done one on one with a rep who had a lot of great knowledge and was able to work around our schedules, it is obvious that you are more than just another client.  IntelliHR makes you feel like their only client.

**What problems is Humanforce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest problem we are solving is taking performance management from pen and paper to online automation. We have already successfully launched and tested our probationary perfomance process with great success.

LiveHire is incredibly easy to navigate for both myself as a TA professional, but also our candidates. The talent pooling function is fabulous, even when I feel I haven't used it to it's full potential!

My only issue with LiveHire is it has some restrictions when it comes to having multiple companies and the way its API connects with our other software. We have been able to make amendments to how this works for us, so it's only a slight hindrance.

Before LiveHire, we were using the back end of SEEK as our ATS - as you can imagine, this made it incredibly difficult to maintain a consistent experience for our candidates. It also meant we advertised for every single job vacancy we had, which we don't need to do now.

**What do you like best about Humanforce?**

It's an easy-to-use system for our recruiting managers and provides analytical insights we have not previously had access to.  We also love the fact that it integrates with ease into our HR platform making hiring someone quick and simple and done in seconds.

**What do you dislike about Humanforce?**

The only thing that would be amazing to see built-in is video interviewing, certainly something I miss from my previous platform that was a free inclusion.
In terms of analytics we internally report on how many people contacted, phone interviewed, face to face interviewed etc, so greater detail would be amazing, for ease of our own reporting needs but this isn't a dislike.

**What problems is Humanforce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest benefit to us as previously mentioned is the time we now save onboarding given everyone comes through the one system into our platform.  So much easier for tracking, the other would be the time saved not having to save employee documents manually such as application forms as this is built into our application process ,which is brilliant.  I think the problems we are solving are making our business far more automated and less manual paper task driven.  Clearly something our managers love.

This system is an excellent end-to-end tool from Hiring Managers initiation to offer stage and integration with your payroll or contracts platforms. While it does a great job regarding the typical ATS requirements, the differentiators are that you can connect and interact with your talent pools from a marketing perspective.

**What do you dislike about Humanforce?**

I have found some of the reporting a little clunky, and there are some back-end functions that you have to go through the support center to access rather than being able to change them yourself, but that is just being picky.

**Recommendations to others considering Humanforce:**

LiveHire is a very responsive company. Their support avenue is first class, and I have not been disappointed with the speed of service. Like everything, you can always think of more ways to use a system, and they seem pretty focused on continuing the development and improvement of what they do.  They are an easy company to interact with, and the system's initial setup was well planned and mapped out.

**What problems is Humanforce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

LiveHire was an incredible improvement from the system we came we using previously. The ability to build and communicate with your Talent Pools is an excellent function. The ability to track turnaround times/costs and TA Consultants' productivity are all benefits. This system is also very functional whether running large recruitment campaigns or smaller, more target ones. I also like that there are a lot of additional tools/providers that you can attach to LiveHire that you might use in your process, such as testing tools, video interviewing etc.

The user experience is so easy which then allows data to be inserted into the platform generating valuable data for culture, leadership, performance improvement and so many other opportunities to learn about the workforce.
We have designed several Workflows now for Onboarding/Offboarding and Performance Reviews and all work exceptionally well without having the historical time consuming manual practices.

There can be improvements across any platform but in general, IntelliHR is quite comprehensive in its offerings and therefore this leaves very little to dislike about IntelliHR.

**Recommendations to others considering Humanforce:**

If you are looking for a People Management platform that allows for a full range of analytics whilst being able to present a positive and aesthetically pleasing user experience, then IntelliHR is for you.
using IntelliHR as the basis for multi-platform integrations from best of breed partners ensures that you will be able to manage many different HR functions knowing that consistency will be achieved through integration allowing for accuracy when reporting.

Performance Reviews have been an excellent. We have been able to conduct our reviews and then extract all of the data into one place so we can analyse and target our responses so the employee knows their voice is being heard.

There is no need to remember anything any more.  There are forms for everything & if there isn't, they are easily created.  Workflows make processes so much easier - no more spreadsheets to keep track of!  The team at intelli have been so supportive and patient too during the implementation of our project.  They literally couldn't have been more helpful.

**What do you dislike about Humanforce?**

intelli would be even more awesome if we could manage absence through it and also if it was possible to print a .pdf of the org chart.  As it is, we can screenshot which is absolutely fine of course.

**Recommendations to others considering Humanforce:**

I wouldn't hesitate in recommending intelliHR to any organisation needing a  modern, intuitive and user friendly HR management system.

Onboarding; reviews; offboarding; returning to work; changing jobs; changing hierarchy - these make our lives in HR SO much easier!  The analytics page is awesome.  Once we are fully implemented, our performance in HR will definitely be increased.

The useability of the product: it is easy to navigate and adjust to your needs, it has easy to implement workflows, easy integrations with their open API, and the analytics are relevant and clear.

**What do you dislike about Humanforce?**

Some features are still in production such as the qualifications data to be included in the public API, and the zappier for integrations sometimes need manual adjusting if there is a new field or title update. Please remember this is not a 'time and attendance' system - it is a development and performance system.

**Recommendations to others considering Humanforce:**

The team at IntelliHR are excellent to work with, are down to earth and use plain English when explaining their system. They work with you and respond quickly. They are not all "sales" and really want you to enjoy using their system - you can tell they are all proud of it and proud to work with IntelliHR. This is an excellent system if you are looking at your performance improvement processes, employee engagement and well-being, and improved communication protocols. I was sold on their goal management process which has replaced our annual appraisal process!

Using IntelliHR as the central HR system I was able to integrate 4 other HR systems together - Training, Payroll, Recruitment, and Contract Management. Doing this created automated workflows and triggers, efficiencies and better communication and reporting.

The team were super helpful during the implementation phase of the project and kept things moving along.  Support for any issues has also been very responsive and closes tickets out in a timely manner with minimal fuss.
Now that I am using LiveHire as a recruiter, I find that the process of screening candidates is so much more efficient due to the layout of candidate information eg. salary expectations, years of experience, most recent employment, etc.
I also love the Live Market functionality which allows you to identify candidates with the requisite skills from within the broader LiveHire Talent Community.

**What do you dislike about Humanforce?**

Not much.  I do find that there are a few too many clicks to make a candidate unsuccessful, would be great to be able to drag and drop candidates to different statuses.
Also, I'd love the LiveHire candidate notes to sync with the notes in SuccessFactors.

**What problems is Humanforce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Recruiting more efficiently (ie. time to fill) and directly (ie. less reliance on agencies).  The analytics dashboard is also pretty useful for reporting statistics easily to key stakeholders.

Lack of self-service options currently available (e.g., to create or amend screening questions on a vacancy the support team needs to be contacted each time to do this on our behalf). Inconvenient and can create minor delays but not a significant issue.

100% candidate notification targets for the team are easy with LiveHire. Previously we didn't have much data without manually collating and analysing it but the built-in analytics are fantastic. We centralised our recruitment function last year and it was made easier with LiveHire compared to our previous ATS.

intelliHR is a really great product. Its possibilities in terms of automation, promotion of positive culture and streamlining of tasks make a world of difference when working in a busy HR dept.

Some of the breadcrumbs are not synced up, such as the 'form design' one, which takes you back to the wrong place, but other than that nothing, it's a really powerful HRIS.

Any issues, snags or oversight from our onboarding perspective are removed from the question when using intelliHR. We are able to build workflows from 3 months before an employee starting to well after their probationary period which allows us to focus more on the people of our business instead of setting up numerous documents, communications, and check-in points. After the initial setup of the workflows and forms, it gave us so much more time back.
